Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

Water heater quit working yesterday. Tried to relight pilot but it wouldn’t light. Called Starnes Plumbing and Rebecca was able to change the schedule enough to squeeze us in right away. They replaced the gas control valve and verified that it worked properly. Done in about 30 minutes. They have come through for us so many times, I will always call them first.

Paul is the best hand's down. Me and my friends call him for all our plumbing needs!!

My relationship with this company began with the installation of a new 50 gallon water heater. Hey was initially considering going tankless until they explained the cost, pros, and cons. They offer a service plan that will perform the routine maintenance on your appliances.

We have had few issues with our home. Marco and Jerry have come out to take a look and fix the issues.

I needed a plumber ASAP. My toilet water would not flush down, the water just stayed. Luckily, no one had used the restroom before it stopped working properly. I called Solve Flooded Bathrooms and they arrived in less than an hour. We were happy they came so fast. I informed the plumber of the issue and he gave me the price to perform the service. He resolved the problem in 5 minutes. Professional, efficient, and friendly he was. Great service and informed us if it happened again within 7 days, he would come back to fix it.

I have to say, I'm really glad I called Hickman Plumbing Services! Our water heater gave up the ghost overnight some time last week. With as busy I have been, I could never find time to figure out what I was going to do, but after a few days of cold showers, I had to do something. When I searched for repair services, I noticed the office location was literally in my neighborhood. Can't get more local than that, and even thought they only had 25 Google reviews, they had 5 stars. I called, and Tony scheduled me for the same afternoon, showed up early(a good thing), and within 30 minutes we had talked about what needed to be done, how much it would cost (total, the number he qouted is the number I paid), and then he and his employee were off to get the parts. I had some errands to run, but I'd say maybe 3 hours after that, the job was done! Looks good, water's hot! I know it's only been 2 days, but there are no signs of stopping! Thanks again, Tony!
