Jay Young Plumbing is professional, on time and honest. They are respectful and do not try to upset you on unnecessary repairs. I called Jay Young for a second opinion when another company said I needed thousands in repairs when I had called for a simple clog.. The plumber arrived on time and unclogged our line in less than 30 minutes. I asked him to scope the line to make sure everything was working in order. He agreed to do it although he thought it was unnecessary as the line was running well. He scoped every inch of the lines and ensured we would be running well for years before any more repairs would be needed. I am so grateful to Jay Young Plumbing for preventing me from becoming the victim of a scam artist.

My experience was not great at first but the follow up from the customer service was superb. They listened to my issue and addressed it immediately. This shows the company cares about the customer's problem and is willing to work with the customer.

They don’t return your phone calls, which is what led me to abandon my home warranty company and seek help elsewhere. The real kicker here is that they lied to my face. Essentially they made it look as though they couldn’t remove a plumbing line blockage when in actuality the scam seems to be to get the home Warranty claim denied and stick the customer with thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs. Lesson learned. Buyer beware

I really enjoy dealing with this company. The service techs are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to answer any and all questions I have for them. They come out twice a year to check my unit and I never have any issues with them.

I ran into Dalton at building Depot when the employees were being unhelpful and he was so great. I showed him pictures and he repaired my plumbing complication in like 10 seconds and was so nice. I would use this company.
