The morning before Thanksgiving this year my daughter comes in my room in a full panic saying that the basement is flooded with two inches of water , I had no idea where the water arrived from so after doing some research I contacted SOUTHWEST PLUMBING and the dispatcher got the next available professional to my building within hours of my call. After JAMES M diagnosed the problem and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. The crew and the whole company made this overwhelming experience a great one for me and my family and I appreciate southwest plumbing.Thanks for saving holidays

Such a great business! I had a call with Sonny and I was trying to get an estimate for a previous subs work that led to my shower leaking. Instead of taking easy money, he directed me to checking if the previous plumber took out a permit and whether it was filed with the city. It was not and now has giving me leverage to help with my dispute. I can't say many would have done the same but I will recommend this company to all my friends and family simply because they are honest. Houston Mechanical Service responded quickly. Most importantly, they did not charge a $320.00 fee (like one Lubbock company wanted to do) for having to drive 80 miles roundtrip to service an aging AC unit. Randy was personable, nice, and helpful. Most importantly he understands that most people just do not have tons of money standing by for repairs or replacements. Knock on wood the AC has been working perfectly since he serviced it in early summer. He got the job done and got us through this summer. I highly recommend this company!
