I reached out to Jennings Plumbing through a referral who highly recommended them. I had a leak in my kitchen that needed to be looked at. Timothy arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated how he answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop of the services he was providing. He was upfront with the pricing (if work needed to be done), and detailed how much it would first at every step of the detection of the leak. Thankfully, the leak was coming from the appliance, so no extensive work needed to be performed. I was very happy about that, but was somewhat surprised at the final bill. I do appreciate the work and the detection of the problem, but the cost of labor for less than a hours work caught me off guard. It will not stop me from recommending Jennings or using them again in the future as I was satisfied with the professionalism and transparency throughout the process. When I use them going forward I'll remember the saying of you pay for what you get I guess.

I always use Jennings Plumbing. I've had some bad experiences with professionals that left me feeling as though I'd been taken advantage of. Jennings is always great. They're on time, professional, dependable, and always fair.

Called Jennings last minute after work yesterday for no not water at our house and on cusp of long holiday weekend. Jordan (technician) arrived at 9:00 the next morning, so obviously very prompt. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and our hot water is restored. I’m extremely impressed with the service!

Jennings is the best! They over delivered and under promised. They arrived when promised. The found the cause of the problem and explained it in an understandable way. Their plumber was professional, presentable, and courteous. They left with everything working and cleaner than they found it.

When our hot water heater burst and flooded our home Shawn assembled a team with RAPID response. His team even stayed and worked after normal hours. We’re happy customers for life.

I hired Jennings plumbing to do leak detection and repair, I paid them thousands of dollars and they fixed nothing. They were paid in full, they got half way through the job and then said that they could not find the leak and recommended a re-route. They claimed that they fixed half of the house plumbing and it was holding pressure. Then they said they said they would call to schedule the reroute but did not call back, I called them and they said they had a break in and could not complete the job at the moment but would schedule it later. Then they just basically never called back.

Months later I hired a different plumber and they immediately said the clean outs had to be replaced because a real pressure test could not be done. They dug it out and there was a huge crack down the main line that would have been easily visible on the camera tests that Jennings did.

Then to be sure I had them run a camera on the half of the house that Jennings told me they fixed and was holding pressure. The camera test revealed another huge crack on the main line and pressure was not holding, this was not a new crack and it would have been easily visible on a camera.

I was basically completely ripped off by this company. I paid thousands of dollars for this work, they dug 6 holes in the slab, dug unnecessary tunnels and replaced pipe portions charging me every step of the way and demanding that I pay in full before the next step of repair which I foolishly did. I am now starting at scratch, the new plumbing company has shown me photos of what Jennings did and it was pointless when looking at the rest of the pipe. A full reroute is required. That is what should have been recommended in the first place, but instead I was ripped off and charged thousands and every dollar that I paid to Jennings was a complete and total waste of money and time.

Was a home warranty provider which can be hit or miss but this one was fast, efficient and professional.

Blow out a clogged AC pan line.

We needed to get our second water heater replaced and they came to our home quickly and worked around our schedule. Before even starting the install, they covered the carpet and made sure that the house would be just as clean as when they arrived. We also got a call 30 minutes before the appointment to let us know the plumber was on his way. Very professional, straightforward install at a great price.

they have service fee of $70 for gas inspection visit that they don't disclose at the time you book appointment. Only when engineer comes they request for this service fee.. quotes won't be given if service fee is not paid is the response. Appreciate if they can be more transparent and disclose any fees before the visit

We called Jenning's after reading reviews. We had a leak from the second floor bathroom, evident from the first floor ceiling showing signs of water damage.

A very nice plumber named Steven came out. He was punctual and extremely courteous. He explains that he needed to cut out a piece of the first floor ceiling and take a look at the pipes. This is where the positive thread ends.

He looked upstairs into the hole he had cut out for about 2 minutes and explained there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. He also explained the water damage was from the bathroom tiles; we had roaches in the sub-flooring and possible mold.

He referred me to a water damage specialist and charged me $29.95 for the visit.

I called a water damage specialist (not the one he referred) and they told me they didn't think it was the tiles. I also called our pest control service who told me there was a tiny trace of roaches, and after he sprayed the hole, we only saw a few dead roaches.

I called a second plumber (a family friend) and after looking into the hole Steven cut out told me that there was a leak in the hot water pipe. He cut a hole in the second floor wall to be sure and replaced the pipe. The whole job took less than an hour.

Basically, Steven and Jenning's charged me $29.95 to cut a hole in my ceiling and to provide false information which lead off-track from the problem which was the hot water pipe. It seemed Steven did not wish to even examine the pipes because he saw a couple roaches. He could have returned after we called our pest control but he just gave me some runaround about the bathtub tiles.

I will not use Jenning's again; if Steven represents there professional staff, they need to rethink properly training them in plumbing.

The hole is still there because the second plumber wanted to be sure he fixed the leak. The bathtub is being used and there is no leak. We can conclude the leak occurred because of the hot water pipe. Also, the second plumber after cutting the second hole could see there was no sign of mold.

The Jennings team replaced a water heater for us this morning and the service was great as always. This is the second water heater they've replaced for us and we used them for other services at our home. We'll continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

I hate giving bad reviews but felt others need to know my experience with this company. Here are the facts:

This started with water leaking between the floor and toilet. I figured it was the wax ring so I went out and purchased one and replaced the old one. It did not work. I pulled the toilet and saw that water was standing in the pipe. I checked yelp and called Jennings because of the good rating.

They came out and first said that the flange needed replaced. They could patch it for $450 or do it right for $1200. I went with the $1200. They also said they would check the line for the clog but never did. The first person did not put the flange back in the correct position but after a call to Shawn, the owner, they came back out and put it where it needed to be.

I then paid another company $220 to repair the tile. I knew I was going to have to absorb this cost.

Included in the $1200 was for Jennings to come back out and re-set the toilet. The person they sent out to set the toilet told me that there was now a leak between the tank and bowl. He said the gasket probably dry rotted. He suggested I replace the toilet and he would come back and re-set it for $275. Or he could re-build it for $375. This is only a 10 year old Kohler so I figured I could replace the gasket if needed. Turns out I didn't need to! I checked the bolts between the tank and bowl and they were loose. I snugged them up and the leak was solved!

I was pretty upset with the up sell and left a message for Shawn to call me so I could tell him my experience with his company. He never returned my call.

Now I am out $1440 and still have the same problem of the pipe being clogged. I plan to call another plumber as I have lost all confidence and trust in Jennings.

Great company, great team! We used them last year to repair a tankless water heater and this year with the freeze we had another tankless water heater damaged that they got to replace. With the craziness of the freeze and huge uptick in urgent repairs across the area they did a great job of scheduling and getting repairs done quickly.

I needed a toliet unclogged. I called JPS. It was time to replace a toliet. I called JPS. So when I had a major plumbing issue - I called JPS. One half of my home’s sewer lines replaced. The hardest part of getting the job done was getting my finances in order. And praying the rain would ease off. JPS got my home back to better than normal after not having one of my bathrooms for almost 2 months. Not once did I worry about leaving their crew in my open home while I was at work. We had a new faucet installed on the upstairs bathtub. The plumber forgot to install a seal on the new bathtub faucet, so when the tub was filled excess water leaked behind the tub and down into the first floor ceiling. While the plumber did come to fix the issue, they were adamant that they were not to blame for the water leakage and refused to pay for any damages.

The two gentlemen that performed the service were pleasant and did a good job. They were efficient with their time and corrected the problem in short order.

Recently we had a plumbing issue that needed a professional to address. I called my Home Warranty company so the selection of plumbing company was out of my hands.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with Michael who was there to help. He called on the way to give me time to leave work to meet him. He was thorough, patient when I asked questions and respected that I was away from work and was quick to address our issues.

He even gave some pointers to avoid issues in the future. All around a great experience that I hope not to have to repeat but if I do, I know who to call this time!

Second time using Jennings, referred by my Appliance insurance company. Needed to replace thermostat on hot water heater. Technician (M.E.) called 30 in advance, arrived on time, had friendly professional attitude and knew what he was doing. He listened to what I thought was going on, inspected and diagnosed for himself then had a replacement thermostat on the truck with him. Told me what to expect after replacement and thoughtfully advised me on potential courses of action if more work was required. Terrific service.

They made a mistake that damaged my house and they tried to cover it up, unwilling to pay the repair bill. Really sad because I liked them before.

The Leak was detected back of the house when my crew dig the location there was NO leak. 2nd time around leak was detected at front of house which was uncovered. Plumber was knowledgeable but the office stopped responding to take care of back ditch or the leak. This was really unprofessional. I used their services due to very good reviews.

Update 2/24/2023 Great service again, quickly diagnosed and capped a leak in bathroom wall for a fair price. Will call back when we do the bathroom renovation. Also fixed clogged drain line cause by AC slime last year.

Good plumbing service, helpful in giving advice, and has worked well with our home warranty's service. Completed a unique point of entry water filter replacement in a difficult to access space. Saw project through to the end including an unexpected leak. Stood by their work and left a good impression on us. Will be top of our list to call if needed in the future.

We just had Michael Campbell in our home to complete a tub repair in our home. He had contacted us prior to arriving and gave us his name so we knew who to expect. He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions prior to beginning the job. Jennings Plumbing Services and Michael Campbell are recommendable.

I have a rental house and the tenants called me and said they were not getting hot water and they checked the water heater pilot light and it was not the issue. I called Jennings Plumbing and they came out and said that I needed a new water heater. The one they wanted to install was a 50 gallon tank with a six year warranty and the price just for the water heater alone was $1079. They said the one that was in my house was a 50 gallon tank.

I thought this was very high anf was thinking they sold for around $500 to $600, so I stopped in Home Depot and sure enough, their tanks were in the $500 range. I selected a Rheem 50 gallon with a 9 year warranty for only $524; about half of what Jennings wanted to charge me and also this one had a three year longer warranty.

When the Home Depot affiliated plumber went there to install it, they called me and said that it was a 40 gallon water heater that currently installed and they said a 50 gallon would not even fit as it would be too wide for the water heater closet located in the garage. They returned the next day and installed a 40 gallon tank for even less than what the 50 gallon would cost.

So my advice is to beware of this company as they were trying to charge me double for a water heater than what Home Depot sells them for and incorrectly telling me that the current water heater was a 50 gallon size instead of a 40 gallon. Don't know if this was so they could justify charging me more or their just guy didn't know what he was doing.

Michael made it out to my house about 2 hours after I called. He solved my line clog for me and at a fair price. That might be the fastest I've ever seen a plumber make it out. Super nice people both on the phone and that came out. Will use them again.

Discovered a gas leak on outside of home on Thursday afternoon. Called Jennings and they had someone out on Friday morning. Texted they were on the way and were at the door shortly after. Quick pipe changeout and explained all we needed to do to get inspected. Even helped schedule the inspection same day so we will have gas through the Labor Day weekend. That sounded odd… but nothing was dealing with the Jennings Plumbers. Best customer service ever.

Mr. Steve did a diagnostic on where water was coming into my bedroom. He inspected inside and outside. Found 3 areas that needed repair from outside. Gave the report to management. Thanks.

Jennings Plumbing team was very responsive, timely, creative, professional, and delivered a High Quality solution for our Master Bath plumbing challenge running piping inside an exterior porch ceiling. They created a shutoff and drain system that even though manually operated, should dramatically reduce copper pipe freezing risk during our north Texas winters. My only area of opportunity for Jennings Plumbing would be in pricing side, higher than competition.

Amazing experience with this company! Had a water pipe break in the super cold temperatures and Jennings was super responsive when we called them and got a crew out to assist. They were timely, professional, responsive, personable, great workmanship, kept great communication with us about the entire process all at a good price. This will be the only plumbing company I ever use going forward. Highly Recommend!

We called for help with the toilet in our kids bathroom. When I called I was quoted a max of $250 for the entire service. The first time they came, they did not fix the clog and charged us $175. I immediately called and told them it wasn't fixed. They came out again and not only didn't fix the broken toilet once more, they also broke another toilet in our third bathroom. They fixed the third toilet and didn't charge us for that repair but they also left porcelain shards all over the floor and badly scuffed up and ruined the wall behind the toilet. In the end, they charged us almost $500 and the toilet I called about is still broken. They gave us a quote for another $600 to complete the repair. Beware of being overcharged and your repairs not being complete. I spoke with the company twice and asked for the charges to be lessoned and they did not comply. What bad service. We will find a different company to help us with our plumbing needs in the future.

I suspected our plumbing issue was going to be something simple but 4 bathrooms were affected and since neither my husband or I are professionals, we thought it'd be better to call Fidelity, our Home Warranty company. Fidelity sent out 2 gentlemen from Jennings. They showed up on time and both, Michael and Chris were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. While our problem in all 4 bathrooms turned out to be relatively simple, they took care of it quickly and professionally not once making me feel like an idiot for not being able to identify and fix the problem myself. Excellent customer service!!

Very friendly and good communication, don't know about the swiftness or repair quality yet as they are waiting on the home warranty to approve before they can.

On the phone the company says an estimate would cost $70. On site, the repairman tried to promote an upgraded service using a magical device that would test whether or not a leak was present under the slab for $175. The worst part: he suspect that no such leak was there but wanted to make sure. Well, his magical device was a water pressure gauge. He hooked it up and waited 15 minutes, no pressure drop? Done. That's billing at a higher rate than a corporate lawyer. When in doubt, get one's own gauge and avoid such scam. Really? This company expects the market would pay for such special service? When he left, the source of the leak still could not be identified. His excuse? Because the sprinkler system could not be turned on, there was nothing he could do. Well, that's truly professional and taking full responsibility for the 15 minutes wait on a pressure reading.

Jennings called and setup our appointment for the next day. Jordan was very friendly and explained what our problem was, what caused the problem, and how he fixed it. Will definitely use Jennings Plumbing again!
