We had the pleasure of doing business with Johnson Pumping due to our septic system being full. I called around 8:40am and spoke with Phil. He had a truck out by noon. Forrest Lopez was very professional and knowledgeable and got us taken care of and explained to us how to use the fizzy tabs. I would highly recommend this company .

Then they gave me several options to fix problems I wasn't aware of before. Their guys are professional, clean cut, and knowledgeable. They had a gentleman by the name of Sam come to fix my problem and he was very professional and very respectful and I would so recommend these guys for any of your problems.

These people settled for $1,200 and when we gave them the credit card info they charged $1,701.25. This is fraud. They are crooks. Do not use their services. Over priced for one and inflate your bill. Criminals!!!

Very professional and friend staff. They were extremly busy and performed their service call on day 2 from my initial call. I was not in an emergency situation and surprised with their quick response. They explain the process and gave me an estimate of repairs during their service call.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
