I have used this company to fix my a/c which ended up being $3700.00 less than my friends estimate and was running the same day they arrived out to check it and give me an estimate, they did a fast repair to give us a/c while we waited one day for the new part and install . The morning before Thanksgiving this year my daughter comes in my room in a full panic saying that the basement is flooded with two inches of water , I had no idea where the water arrived from so after doing some research I contacted SOUTHWEST PLUMBING and the dispatcher got the next available professional to my building within hours of my call. After JAMES M diagnosed the problem and came up with the most efficient and long lasting solution to my problem, they had a crew to my house the same day to get my sewer line repaired where they found my old cement line had to be repaired do to it being damaged by roots and also collapsed from the Deterioration of the old pipes. The crew and the whole company made this overwhelming experience a great one for me and my family and I appreciate southwest plumbing.Thanks for saving holidays

More than a year I've been enduring a warm shower, when I could have been luxuriating in a hot one, with a lower gas bill. I've left this review for a week for any issues to come to the surface but, no, it's been great. Anthony tried to save me money by getting me to buy and fetch the part and have him back to fit it. After I persuaded him that I wasn't competent to do even that, he was able to sort it all out the same day. He also helped me understand what faucets I should buy… which I’ve now had him and his helper back to fit, which they accomplished in just minutes. fantastic work!

Twice they have come out to sort out issues. Each time they came when they said they would, corrected things on the first visit, and for a much lower cost than I was expecting. recommended. Edit, Oct 2022. I had another trouble today - this time with my kitchen sink leaking everywhere and filling up my cabinet. I called them at 7:00 , they arrived by 8:25 and by 9:00 they had everything fixed. Total price was less than $200. Fantastic! I can’t recommend them enough.

Malachi is the most competent journeyman I have ever had in the region. He has installed a new water heater, a new toilet, and a new dishwasher for us and we have had no problems. He keeps the task areas tidy and his workmanship is neat and done well. He is knowledgable on the state regulations and never tries to cut corners. Additional, he is pleasant person. I terribly recommend.

Hector is terrifc and has helped us out many times. Whether it’s just a clogged drain or a bigger issue, he is knowledgeable and is able to explain the situation in terms we can understand. He also gives fantastic advice for future maintenance.

The technicians were able to unclog my pool skimmers. My pool man was not successful after many hours. Super nice guys. I would refer them any day. Leonardo, Stephen and Douglas were super nice, knowledgeable, and corrected my problem.

He was and answered all the questions we had. He did a good project tuning up and flushing our water heater and gave us advice about one of our toilets with a possible leak. He gave us advice and a price estimate right on the spot. quick and efficient as well. Thank you.

We loved their team. They were responsive and helped break down our needs. They explained what we would need to do and how likely it was that we would need new equipment soon. They had a responsible and Effie my team out that same day to replace our old toilet.
