I recently came home on a Saturday afternoon to my AC unit not cooling. After checking a few things, I call another AC company. Once they had checked the system, they told me my compressor was shot. They recommended I replace the entire unit at a cost of $10 - $12k. Having time to think about things I decided to get a second opinion and called Sinclair. They were very professional, sending a pic of the tech which would be doing the service work and communicating the process. The tech arrived on time, was very professional and even wore shoe covers while inside. Once he had assessed the unit he too told me the compressor was shot. He then provided three options ranging from just over $2k to just over 4k. He took the time to explain each option and their benefits as well as the warranty included with each. Choosing to go with the $4k option, the tech then told me they would have to find a unit and have it shipped. He explained this could take some time, but they would do their best to get it here asap. He also explained they would waive their service fee due to the purchase. By the end of the day I received a call from the office personnel letting me know they had located a unit and would have it in their warehouse by 8:30 the next morning and could schedule their team to be at my home by 9am. The installers where on time and got to work quickly, even though it was raining. Both men were polite and explained everything and by noon I had AC running in the house again. Sinclair did exactly what they said, their people are beyond professional and their communication is amazing. I will only use Sinclair for my service needs in the future. Thank you!

Wes, from Sinclair, came to fix our a/c for us and was fantastic. He was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and give tips on how to keep things running smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We're very grateful!

Dillon and Zack were professional, courteous and helpful. They checked the toilets for backup and installed new hardware on one commode. Everything's working fine now. Not entirely satisfied with office rescheduling of preferred customer account due to an upcoming trip or rating would have been higher.

Moments after posting this review, I received a call from Daniel with Sinclair. He was very committed to resolving the issue and we both agreed that it was probably a communication issue. I am extremely satisfied with the promptness of his call and his desire to ensure customer satisfaction. I am changing my rating to 5 stars.

Service was good but the communication needs work. The technicians came and after I identified the problem they fixed it. They were excellent in that regard. The problem I have is the pricing and the fact that they dont give you any estimates or flat rates for the service. They wont tell you anything until they come to your house first. Which doesnt make sense because as soon as they got to my house they knew the exact price for the job that I told them on the phone. Had I known the price over the phone I would have declined the service. Most basic unclog jobs in the area are around $50-$125. They charged a flat rate of $225 for less than 30 minutes of basic work. I can't recommend a company that knows what the price will be (because as I said earlier as soon as I told them the problem they instantly gave me a fixed price) but they choose to wait until they were on sight to give it, and then that price be over 4 times what the average price is for the same service. In these times saving every penny you can is important so if you are on a budget but need similar service, look elsewhere.

Edit on Wednesday, May 18th: Got a call from the manager and he took the time to address my review and after explaining to me the process and agreeing to better communicate with his employees he also gave me a credit back for their service. I feel completly valued now as a customer and I can recommend them to other people. Customer service is important and for that I have to give Sinclair 4 stars. Bravo!

I called Sinclair because my entire house was backing up. This is the first time I have used this company and I must say that I will never use another company again. Chelsey who took my call was extremely nice and her voice projected a smile through the phone. She had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumber Dillon was very professional when he arrived as we had to do everything over the phone to get him in and out. He fixed my problem quickly and made sure he left the yard and house cleaner than when he arrived. These are good west Texas people and have an amazing company. The service was exemplary.

My technician was very knowledgeable and let me know everything he was doing before doing it.

Sinclair has great customer service. Office personnel and plumber were courteous and polite. However, we were shocked at how much it was going to cost to install a new sink and faucet (almost $800). Wish we had been told a ballpark figure when we scheduled the appointment. Plumber spent about 30 minutes explaining maintenance plans that we could purchase ( but we didn’t) and an hour and 45 minutes to go get parts (and maybe lunch?). It took 5 1/2 hours to complete the job. We have used Sinclair once before and they did a great job at a reasonable cost. Had we known we could have saved money by removing the old kitchen sink and faucet we would have done that. Perhaps Sinclair should give a non-binding pre-estimate to customers to avoid the potential costly financial surprise.

Sinclair is a great option for your home. I have had a couple of companies come and just try to sell me things without doing their homework. Sinclair shot strait with me and did not try to oversell. When the service technician came by he fixed our cooling issue, detailed what MIGHT need to be done in the future and gave me things to watch out for. They wanted to let me know now so I could start preparing for it financially if something major goes wrong. Timely, and a fair price point (no service charges just to come and talk to you) our issues were taking care of within the hour of them arriving. Thanks!!!

Mike Morin, service tech, went above and beyond to help keep me cool during our first heatwave of spring. Working in an estimate during a busy week, giving my existing system a boost to give me some relief from the unexpected temperatures, and getting the install scheduled later that week was phenomenal! The install crew (Joshua Austin and Luis Hernandez) were courteous, friendly and hardworking. They worked in a very tight spot throughout the day in stifling attic temperatures and never lost their smiles. They were back today to tweak the pressures and make sure the system was cooling properly and promised a final check tomorrow. All three made a lasting impression with their courteous, professional service. I highly recommend Mike, Josh, Luis and the Sinclair team.

I recommend Sinclair 100%. We had them install a new HVAC system and we could not be any happier. Our sales representative Mike knows the products and answered all of our questions. The team that did the installation was very professional. They knew their business and had the entire system installed in one day. They cleaned up their mess and left our home the way they found it. Called after my A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. Quickly got me on the schedule and were up front about the time it would take to get a technician out to my house. Kohl was the tech who arrived within a few hours and he got the unit up and running within about 30 minutes. He took to time to explain what was causing it and made some suggestions on how to maintain my system. This company has definitely earned my business going forward.

Atmos recommended I have a plumber check out my fireplace when I had a fuel smell in my home on a Friday afternoon and a low carbon monoxide level. Sinclair sent two plumbers out within an hour and checked everything out thoroughly. Both Atmos and Sinclair couldn’t have been more professional and caring. They recommended a chimney sweep who fixed me up same afternoon. Snowed in all weekend but with my gas fireplace and neW carbon monoxide detector. Thanks all.

Sinclair is very responsive to the customer. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, they do a great job, diagnosing the issue and providing the fix.

Our technician, Ron was phenomenal. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took great care of us and had our AC running perfectly, faster than ever expected after we waiting on a different company for more than two weeks. We are now Sinclair users for life.

We used Sinclair to have our AC repaired and they were great. Cory was very helpful and personable and so were the two men who installed our replacement part. What we needed happened to be under warranty, so we only had to pay for labor, which seemed reasonable. The warranty company was slow to get the part here, but Cory knew exactly when it came in and they were here the next day. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because it took two visits, 9 days apart, to diagnose- the first person couldn’t figure it out and their office charged the diagnostic both times for the exact same issue. Overall though, they were easy to communicate with and if we can, we will specifically ask for Cory in the future.

Our problem was a plumbing issue. The service technicians were through, informative and courteous. The service manager, David Valdez went above and beyond duty to solve our problem. Sinclair is now the only company we will call for the services they cover. Thank you, Sinclair!

Very happy with the service I received from the Sinclair technician Andrew Norris. I was so afraid of the water damage from a linking-clogged condensation drain line but he took care of the water, removed the blockage and did a great job. This is the second time I’ve used this company and I am very pleased with their service.

Both gentlemen were professional and easy to talk to. They were very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything to me so that I could understand. Very pleasant experience!

Sinclair is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with in any place I’ve lived. That includes California, Tennessee, Houston, and Lubbock. They usually answer the phone with a real person, but are quick to return a call, great on pricing, easy to work with and schedule, and the technicians act like they are fixing something in their own home. Very conscientious and helpful. For both air-conditioning and plumbing problems, we have had the best technicians. Can’t recommend Sinclair highly enough for any needs in your home.

Good folks to work with and Plumbers were professional and personable. Work was started on schedule. They were able to accommodate a change of scope at my request with reasonable price adjustments. This is the 3rd time I have had work performed by Sinclair and I will again if needed.

Warmer weather coming soon and A/C has been a little finicky lately so, with a recommendation of a friend called Sinclair. Only seconds into the phone call was immediately told that they are not taking new customers. I guess if they don't want my business now, then they don't deserve it in the future... I would go as far, if asked, recommend not contacting them as a choice for your A/C needs

The motor in our AC unit died on July 4th. Called several AC companies the next morning. Sinclair's returned my call promptly and had someone at our home in southwest Lubbock within an hour. Andrew replaced the motor and cleaned the unit. We had cool air again by lunchtime.

Plumbing! Jake & Zack are amazing! They came & were very very professional & let me know exactly what was going on & were very responsible. They even cleaned up my bathtub when they didn’t even make the mess. I’m very thankful & would highly recommend them both.

My husband and I were told that our AC was broken. We had several companies come out and give us estimates for a new one; Sinclair was the 5th company to come out. Mike Morin was the ONLY ONE to actually look to see if it was broken or not, it wasn't. Mike fixed our AC and gave us an estimate for a new one (ours is still very old and we know that we need a new one soon). He was able to work out a great deal for us. Mike was extremely professional the whole time he was here. He also, explained things to us and was very informative. We are very pleased with the work from Mike.

The reaction to my phone call was very fast (within 1 hr) and the service man (Wes) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would call Sinclair Heating again if I were to have any problems with my heating/air conditioning problems.

Long story short, my home warranty company sucks and their preferred plumber is even worse so after 11 hours of waiting on them last Saturday, we called Sinclair directly. The technician, Mario S., was onsite within 30 minutes and got my ONE bathroom up and running within about 15 minutes. I definitely recommend Sinclair and highly recommend Mario. He's very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

The receptionist went totally against what the instructions set up by the home owner to contact me for proposals. She was EXTREMELY incompetent and spent a week trying to contact him and he didn’t answer because he is extremely busy. Only after a week did she reach out to me, late on a Friday afternoon. There was a reason why he had instructed them to go through me.

After I told her on the phone to go through me she got extremely rude and said that they would keep on contacting him. I understand to sign forms but this is just for proposals that I would be showing him.

We were able to call in and schedule a visit for the next morning. The technician, Cory, took care of the service call in short order and was very professional throughout the process.

Hands down most professional and knowledgeable technicians. Another company just wanted to sell me a new unit without doing any trouble shooting. Sinclair did the troubleshooting and performed the repairs promptly. They saved me approximately $2,500 and I am very grateful.

Sinclair did a great job. Unfortunately, our AC is a Bosch & we’ve had nothing but problems with it. It took 5 weeks to get all the parts in because every time one or two got here, which took 1-2 weeks, there was a problem with another part. Sinclair stuck with it though and stayed in contact with Bosch & me until the unit was finally fixed. They are awesome!

They’ll take care of you! We had a new unit installed last year - that was done fast and they took care not to damage anything and do it right. This year, my unit developed a leak (no fault of Sinclair’s). They came out Monday morning, and had it fixed and recharged in less than an hour. Cory was very professional and super nice. Sinclair Plumbing Company came out to to replace the faucet in my front yard. Zack and his helper had it replaced in no time at all. I think they did a great job with a reasonable price.

Sinclair replaced a water heater and check valve that was under warranty. They arrived when scheduled and sent a photo of the person performing the work. over a 3 day period i dealt with 3 technicians and they were all very professional and performed the job quickly and efficient. i highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Repaired leaking lines in ac/heater system

Before I begin the review, you need to understand my unit is soon to be 20 years old and symptoms that present can be caused for numerous reasons. Sometimes it turns into a man vs machine war.

I only use Sinclair for my HVAC needs an have done so for close to 20 years.

I have always gotten exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. I guess I should add at a reasonable price.

Brandon was very professional and arrived promptly and got to work. Due to the machine age it took a few weeks to get the part. Brandon was out the same day it arrived and got it installed. But the symptom was not totally resolved and resulted in a tie. Brandon put up a good fight.

Called Sinclair and they immediately sent out Colten and you could see in his face, he was not going to lose to a machine. He went above and beyond until he identified a needle in the haystack. The machine lost big time.

I felt I got the best technicians with Sinclair and they gave it 110%. Thanks Sinclair, Brandon and Colton for the outstanding service.

My refrigerator water inlet valve had been leaking for longer than I would like to admit before I caught it. My bathroom was flooding. It was Friday close to 5pm and my regular plumber couldn't come for several days. Sinclair came in about an hour, it was an easy fix and only took a few minutes! They were so nice and saved my 9-year-old grandson's birthday party!!

The AC stopped working about 10PM on Thursday night. Called Sinclair 8AM Friday morning. By 10:30 AM their man Darrin had come, fixed the AC and was finished. Needed a new capacitor for the motor in the attic. To have your AC working again in mid-June within 12 hours of it breaking and within 2.5 hours of asking for a service call is beyond outstanding service. And he was professional and friendly, giving us good tips on maintenance. I won't use anybody but Sinclair for HVAC.

Jake installed a new valve for my tub and a new toilet for me. He was very courteous and polite. Took his time explaining everything to make sure I understand that and was very friendly with my cat. Will use for any future plumbing. The possum and black widow spider I’m so grateful he got rid of. He is amazing Sinclair.

After over 1 month of another plumbing service being unable to find my leak, Lee found it in 15 minutes and completed the repair in 2 days without disrupting my brick or my water service. I am so grateful.

Our heater went out on a cold day, I called to set up an appointment and they were able to show up that same day!! The technician wore a mask and and had our heater fixed!

Given an estimate for the work, technician then called the office and came back telling us he did not know about additional fee that added another $100 to quote. UPDATE - Received a call from Nate at Sinclair and the confusion has been cleared up.

Glad I called this company first. Showed up same day, very friendly and professional. The problem with my AC unit was figured out almost immediately, they quoted me a price before doing any repair work and also gave me tons of advice for maintenance I could do at home to stop any further problems. Seems like a great company.

I would highly recomend Sinclair heating and air. We had them come out with the plan to replace our water heater. They were honest with us and told us we didn’t need a new water heater, just new elements. They replaced the elements and now have a working water heater for a fraction of the price of what we were expecting to pay.

Even tho it was after hours, Jake was courteous and showed up when I was told he would be here.
He had the necessary part to complete the plumbing repair . . . which definitely beat waiting from Fri AM—Mon AM for service, which is what I initially was told was the best Sinclair could do.

He got my shower turned off, installed a new valve, and waited for me to test it out.
The prior faucet was installed by a different Sinclair technician just 3 months ago. There is no way that valve should have gone bad, but Jake very ably corrected somebody else’s work.

Sinclair has always cared about their customers. They have always done the job right, and we have used their services for years and years because of this.
I was a little dismayed this morning to find that they could not send anyone for 3 —4 days.
Jake kept our business for them tonight by coming out here, even tho he wasn’t on call.
If I had needed to call a different plumbing co to get my shower turned off tonight, I would have switched all my business.

After a routine plumbing inspection, Sinclair replaced some plumbing valve and stops. They are very professional. They send a picture of the technician who is coming to your home, which always makes me feel more at ease. They communicate well about the appointment. He was a pro, knew his stuff and as the hookup was a bit unusual, took the time to explain exactly the whats and whys of what he was doing. I'm very satisfied. Sinclair will be my goto for AC/heating and plumbing repairs.

SECOND REVIEW 2020: Hired Sinclair to replace a different water heater. This time the work was completed by Dillon and Zach. Both were very professional and friendly. They also took the time to listen to me, explain the repairs and answer my questions. There was a rat's nest of corroded old fittings and leaky gate valves on the cold water in line which had to go. They devised and installed a modern solution that will no-doubt outlast many water heaters. Total satisfaction on my part and five stars again!

Amazing, amazing, amazing❣️ In the middle of a hot summer day.....salesman Mike Morin came to my rental property and gave me an estimate for 2 new units. Here’s where it gets good.....I had Bruce Thorton Heating and Cooling out a few days before and a super nice guy added a little Freon and quoted
me a price for a new unit. My unit was 23 yrs old and I assumed that was accurate information about needing a new unit. My husband however was telling the repairman what he thought was wrong with the unit. I start comparison shopping for a new unit and Sinclair’s Mike Morin walks into my world and tells me my husband was right. Mike stepped out of the salesman role and became my repairman. One hour later and there was air after two days of sweltering heat. The cost was $350 vs $6000. A bandage that allows me time to get ready to spend $6000. Thank you Sinclair AND thank you Mike❣️

The guys came to run the line for my plumbing due to my toilet backing up. Price was at least $60 more than I’ve ever paid before. The place I normally call couldn’t come out today. They only ran the line to my toilet and told me there was hair in my tub drain, said it would be and additional $75 to run that too. Evidently if you are a member it’s only $140 something, still more than Joe Rushing. Also of course there is no warranty, they said because I had roots in the line, which is strange because the line was just replaced. So $175 later and only half the problem is fixed. I’ve never had a plumber only run the exact line that was stopped up when it’s connected to the shower line.

We were experiencing low water pressure in two showers. Zach came out and worked very hard to locate the problem and fix it. We were so impressed with his work ethic and desire to fix our problem. We will use Sinclair for our future plumbing needs!

I have used Sinclair for 6 years since I purchased my house for their quick service, reasonable call pricing, willingness to come out evenings and holidays, and honest diagnosis and system repairs. My air went out two days ago and Darin came by to find a solution and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was not good news, but he went over all of my options for repair and replacement. Given the circumstances, we chose to replace our 12-year-old existing a/c/furnace unit. He was very helpful and honest in helping us choose a model that would last and wouldn't break the bank and never tried to up-sale us on units. He gave me piece of mind with his confidence in their units. He even came back the next day and the day after to ensure that we got our unit installed ASAP with 102 degree weather in full swing. Sinclair is great! We use them whenever an HVAC or plumbing problems arises. They are not only professional and well-priced; they also have been very accommodating when - due to my travel - I’ve had to ask friends and family to also coordinate with them. (This last point won’t matter for most, but as someone who travels a lot on business and, well, issues arise, Sinclair has gone above and beyond.)

not sure exactly what the service is called but I had to have my dryer vent to outside cleaned and new parts installed to hook up new dryer..called on Friday close to 1pm and a very sweet and professional lady answered the phone (forgot her name) and said someone could come out soon and look at job and give me estimate. Adolfo came out within 30 minutes and gave me estimate and said he could get parts and fix it that day. He came back with Isaiah and they got the job done AND listened to my ramblings about other issues! I will definitely use Sinclair again! Very pleased with everything and everyone!

Mike was very diligent in getting us an accurate quote. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He identified right away that our A/C unit was too small for the space it was supposed to condition. He took a bit longer on finalizing our quote but I think he was trying to be thorough. In the end we decided to go with a different company. His quote was on par with the other contractors we spoke with and the warranty Sinclair offered was better than the others but in the end the other company was better suited to handle our specific problem. Side note: I would go with Sinclair over Earl's - hands down. Earl's A/C department is worse than Mos Eisley. Avoid if at all possible!!! Go with Sinclair!

The technician was professional, on time, and found that there was really no issue with my unit and so called in for permission to only charge me 1/2 of the normal amount.

Our water inlet valves in the wall to the washing machine had slow leaks. They were 45 years old and soldered to the cooper water lines. My husband could not simply unscrew them and replace. Sinclair was called. They arrived at scheduled time, wearing masks at all times. Sinclair sent a picture of the service man for our security, previous to the employee coming. The service men were friendly, knowledgeable and informed us of the reasonable price before doing the repairs. We now have new valves which are not soldered, but have screw on connectors to the cooper pipes, so future problems can be avoided. I highly recommend Sinclair for heat, A/C and plumbing work.

Sinclair was the only plumber I checked with that could give me the same day service. They were early to the appointment and completed the work in much less less time than I expected. They did a great job for a very fair fee & they did it fast!

Got home about 3pm to discover that the air conditioner had gone out and it was about 80 deg in the house. I called Sinclair and the young lady said they would have a technician out as soon as one was free. It is 5:30, the young man just left and we are cool again. He found the problem and fixed it in about 40 min. We have always had good service from Sinclair. Thank you!

This time service was done on Friday when only our billing employees are in. One negative is that service techs did not let billing dept know when complete so that they could lock the front door.

Josh M. installed my water heater. He was efficient, didn’t waste time, and went out of his way after his work to make sure the area he worked in was cleaner than when he found it. He also took appropriate/ethical measures to ensure that my water heater was installed securely and safely. He was also very knowledgeable and amicable when he answered my questions about alternative methods to heat my water (tankless water heaters). I’d suggest Josh to anyone who needs a repair, consultation, or replacement regarding water heaters or plumbing in general. He does good work and is very polite.

Sinclair Plumbing is the only company I will call in Lubbock. They are very professional and they do a great job every time. There is not a long wait to set up an appointment.They are always on time. They have a great system in notifying you that their technician is on their way to your house. They text a picture of the technician so you recognize the person when they arrive. I normally don't do reviews but my experience with Sinclair was exceptional. The salesman, Mike was very personable,honest and upfront. The ladies in the office were very personable and helpful. Great communication. Jay and Conner did an outstanding job with the installation. Very impressed. Later after the install was completed, to my surprise, Mr Sinclair came by to inspect the job. Such a nice guy. A pleasure to meet him. I will recommend Sinclair to every one .

Our heater wouldn't turn on.. and very cold outside... we called other places but they couldnt get to us.... Sinclair's sent someone out right away. Then to my surprised sent me a text not only showing where they were sending him to but a picture of who they were sending. We explained to Jeff the Technician what was happening, he stood there and actually listened to us, then stated he thought he knew what the problem was.. checked out unit, replaced part.. and works great... he was in and out within 15 mins.. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.. we won't hesitate to use Sinclair's again.. very pleased how they handled everything

Sinclair sent me a text with a picture letting me know the name of the technician and what time he’d arrive at my house. He arrived on time and performed the work efficiently and was very professional. The technician made sure I understood everything he was doing and provided me with pictures demonstrating the work he’d performed. I would certainly use Sinclair again.

I am disabled snd my toilet began overflowing on a Friday afternoon. I called a couple of other plumbing companies who advertised emergency plumbing. How can it be emergency plumbing when they can't get to you till Monday?
I called Sinclair and they dispatched Zach within the next 20 minutes. He was at my house with the half hour. And after I called them, they sent me his name & photo so I would know who was coming to fix my toilet.
Zach was courteous & professional. Most importantly, he knew what he was doing and had the problem resolved in a matter of minutes. He even took a look at my washer, which had been overflowing.
He said the washer was an issue of overloading and I should tell my aides to cut the laundry loads in half. He then gave me his card, so I could call him if he was needed in the future, as the repairs on the toilet were guaranteed for a whole month. He rode out of here like the Lone Ranger, having saved the day for yet another Damsel in Distress.

We have been using Sinclair for the last couple of years for both AC and water heater. Always prompt and friendly service. Problems have always been fixed on 1st service call.

Technician today was friendly, professional and quickly fixed my water heater.

All I had to do was call about a required state valve check. They did it, turned in all the paperwork and sent me a bill. Super simple!

Serviceman was over an hour late. Once he arrived, he said he couldn't do anything, and left. I called Double T and he showed up in 30 minutes and started working.

I called in and within an hour I had a text letting me know who the technician was that was on his way. Very professional and personal. I highly recommend Sinclair!

Dillon was such a professional and went out of his way to help my elderly mother. A storm was coming in and she would have been without the use of her bathroom or sinks. I explained that to Dillon over the phone since I live out of town. Even though it was below freezing outside he spent several hours on the roof trying to unclog a drainage for her. He was originally suppose to come back once it was warmer, but he on his own started to work on repairing whatever was needed. He called me and kept me informed. Once we figured out that the City needed to be involved.... he called them and then followed up with me to let me know once it was all repaired. I cannot thank Dillon enough for the care and the extra attention he gave my mother. Thank you for not making it just a job but caring for people.

Last summer my A/C started blowing warm air. It was on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon and I planned on lots of company arriving on the weekend. I felt like God was looking out for me. The gentleman Mike was so kind, helpful and understanding of my predicament. By Saturday morning I had a crew installing my new A/C. I brag to everyone I know about the excellent service that has come from your company. Cory followed up with my heating checkup and was just as exceptional as all the other members of your group. Receptionist were very unprofessional.
I asked to speak with Justin I guess the HVAC supervisor. .
Gin said that Justin was on another line.
Justin never called me back or Gin never gave Justin the message.
Because Justin never called me back. .

Keep in mind:
They charged me $ 446.41.
The first time .
Which I gladly payed.
Me believing that the their tech stating that no leak or leaks were found.
First tech charge the system with 410a Freon he claims 3lbs.

Their tech claims that no leak or leaks was found.

On that date 07/07/22 Thursday.
I was charged.
$446.41 For a leak that was never repaired nor found .

This was on 07/07/22.. Thursday
Not even a month later the A/C unit stopped cooling my house.

I Call Sinclair back 08/17/22. Wednesday and spoke with Gin about the problem with the A/c unit .
This was the second time .
She put me on a schedule for 08/18/22. Thursday.
No time frame.
To have one of their technicians from Sinclair come and check my A/C unit for a leak or leaks again.

This is the Second time .

Now their charging me over $300.00. Again for the same problem that was never fixed or repaired and not even solved .
Are kidding you me $88.00 for (2) shredder valve .
And over some leak sealant that they claim will stop a Freon leak . And charge me over $300.00 dollars to inject some sort of leak sealant into this system’s Freon lines.
That caused a bigger leak .

That I myself actually had to repair myself over the weekend …

This is very poor service .
And very ungrateful way of doing business .

I am very, very disappointed .

I assure you that I will never use this business again.
I will also assure you that the owner from this business will be hearing from me .

Professional all around service. From the online appointment scheduler to end of service. Andrew was tremendous. Notified me of all issues and corrected all issues. I was not present during the service but my 20 year old daughter was present. She felt safe and comfortable around Andrew. He kept her informed of all issues and repair steps also. No mess left , overall could not be more pleased with Sinclair.

I called Sinclair early Tuesday morning with a/c issues and by 6:00 pm someone was at my house to repair my unit. Luckily it was an easy fix! They fare very professional and very responsive!!!!

Zach was very helpful and friendly. He showed up alot earlier than i expected which was great. Definitely will be using Sinclairs for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs. Reasonably priced.

Diagnosed quickly and resolved the issue.

This company was amazing. I called them to come out and locate my Sewerline . They came out the same day marked out ware it was and uncovered the clean out. Zack was a dream to work with . Josh, the technician, was very pleasant and professional. He assessed the situation ( leaking water heater) and recommended a new replacement.
The new water heater was installed and the problem solved within about an hour.
We have used Sinclair Heating and Cooling since 1994 and have had excellent service by every technician. We will certainly continue to use the company for all of our heating and cooking needs!

I called Sinclair on Friday. They were at my home exactly when they said they would be there on Monday. Colton was an outstanding and professional tech, not to mention friendly and personable. I had asked Sinclair for a routine servicing (I have two units.) While checking everything out, Colton spotted a part he recommended I replace. Cost was minimal. Saved me money in the long run. He had me fixed up in no time. AC is blowing COLD. And this makes my wife very happy. :))
