I moved into a new build home, rural, and the owner of this company plumbed and set up my water filter/softener system after testing the water to see exactly what I needed. He also did my connections for my outdoor patio gas grill. Very punctual, personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

they have been helping us repeatedly for the last month and they have been on time, straight forward, and courteous. dalton has been a fantastic repairman and i will be recommending them to who needs service.

I have used this business many times over many years, they have always given us good service and a timely response. The only negative is the amount they charge per hour. In the future I will try a less expensive plumbing service.

Replaced pipes

They did great work on replacing a bunch of shutoff valves and some water heater maintenance. Pricing was fair and they were clean and efficient. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service!

Had no heat, very responsive. Diagnostic testing reveiled inducer motor needed to be replaced. My system was a very HGH end system, and it was more economically feasible to replace the heater. Upon further checking, techs noticed they smelled gas at the exterior of the house. Upon further checking realized the riser was leaking, and upon digging down to the pipe that goes out to the meter was not up to code. They had dug from the house out to the meter all by hand. These techs were very hard workers and always professional. They will definitely be my go to guys.

These guys are the best. I've known them to be called out to heaters not working. When they'd show up, it would turn out that it's just a pilot that was out. They'd not even charge the customer. Really good group of people. Very honest.

Jessie did an excellent job in unclogging our kitchen sinks and repairing leaks. He is a real good man! Definitely will use him in the future

I have choice home warranty. Use this guy to come out and check my AC. He said that it was under field. Then he said it was over filled with an obstruction caused by not normal use the warranty denied repairing my air conditioner. I have to do it out of pocket besides that he was also 4 1/2 hours late without giving us a warning. Replacing my air conditioner is not a big deal. I’ll do it out of pocket being accused of doing something to it is not professional and not returning a call to see if I wanted to have it fixed after that.

Used First American Home Warranty due to a bathtub leak soaking my carpet. Plumbers arrived with boots on, walked across my carpet. Spent about 10 minutes and told me I lacked calking. I asked them to stay while I refilled the tub. They just drove away. I had the calking fixed, carpet soaked again. On my own, I found 2 screws mounting the overflow valve and tightened them. Fixed the problem. Took me 10 minutes, right in front of me. First American refunded my money when they discovered just how bad these guys are. Run, don't let them in your house.
