BlackTie Plumbing came out through my home warranty company. Mark was GREAT! He was informative, honest and very helpful. I did have to call back to home warranty, but NOT at the fault of BlackTie or Mark. A hot water heater issue that hasn’t been resolved (apparently home warranty won’t replace a bad water heater unless it leaks!). I’ve officially found my new go-to plumbing company. Great office people and Mark is THE BEST!

Lane went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving our tankless hot water heater problems. He worked in the heat until he figured out what was going on. He was very communicative and open to suggestions. He used various resources to learn about our situation. the cost was less than I anticipated. I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

Worked with Brian and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor I’d never met. Prices were as advertised, disclaimer of potential additional costs for the job were given before arrival (just a few bucks in parts that he went to Home Depot for and showed us receipt ((even told us he didn’t use certain parts and didn’t charge us for them)) only like a $40 difference).

We didn’t have the most typical of situations, but he offered a legit solution that would keep us within the original quoted price. Let us know the pros and cons of each choice.

Job was done quickly and professionally. Brian even check back a few days later to make sure everything was still working properly.

The crews seem to like working together and also for this particular company. After each repair, they’ve left my property in excellent condition — sometimes better than how they found it! The crews are organized so I know exactly what to expect and when. I appreciate I can call and talk to the owner/Master Plumber directly with questions. Prices don’t seem to be inflated or extreme and quotes have been reliable. I have peace of mind working with McFarland, which is invaluable especially when dealing with major home repairs. Called and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment to find a slab leak. They couldn't do it for a few days so we waited until their first availability 2 days later. I had someone go to the house to wait for them. Its a vacant rental house across town, so it was a chore to get there early in the morning to wait for them. They waited for 2 hours! past the time they said they would be there. During that time I called a over and over and no one ever answered. I left several voice messages and none were returned. I called back and left them a message that I wanted to cancel as they never showed up or even bothered to call or answer the phone. They are unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.
