Best Plumbers in Irving, TX

I'm am not a fake I called and asked for a appt he was very rude! Told me it would be a minimum of 180.00 and he would text me for my address and details! Unprofessional to handle business with a text a phone call would have been better IMO! I found another company who could come immediately and for a better price. I called Chris and nobody answered so I left a message because the recording said leave a message that I was canceling. He then called and told me I should have kept calling til someone answered that it would have the right thing to do I let him know as thought he was rude the first time we spoke.

I have to say that my experience with Steve was the BEST I have ever had with a plumber. Not only was he quick to come out the same day, but he was able to get us into hot water again quickly. :)
Steve was also able to help us navigate the new kitchen sink & faucet we need to install.
Definitely calling Steve again!!!!

2 other plumbers performed hasty inspections and jumped to the conclusion that all of the under-slab pipes needed replacing. DFW Pipe sent me two professional, knowledgeable, better equipped plumbers that did a meticulous diagnosis at a cheaper hourly rate. After pressure-jetting debris and gunk out of the drain lines, their test bulbs could get a good seal and performed an accurate static leak test. In the end, there was no drain leak at all. Service could not have been better.

Sergio and Luca installed a new A/C & heating unit in our building last week. They did a awesome job! Both men were polite, hard working, personable, and efficient. We are pleased with their service.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend S&T plumbing. I used them because my business had used them for many years. I called them to fix a toilet at my house that had a sewage smell. The plumber replaced the wax ring. A couple days after the wax ring was installed, the toilet quit flushing. My husband and I decided to replace the toilet instead of having them back out to look at it. We've been wanting a new toilet anyways, so it was a good excuse to bite the bullet and buy a new one. The people we had install the new toilet found a ball of wax and paper left behind in the toilet. When I called S&T to tell them what had been found in the toilet, so they were aware of what their plumber had left behind, I asked if they would be willing to refund me any money for the poor service. (Since paper was also left with the wax, it was apparent that it was not by mistake. The paper and wax was a result of carelessness and a shot-y job). They said no. There is even more to the story, however, it's not worth me typing a novel. Needless to say, my business as well as my family will be finding a new plumber. S&T was unwilling to remedy the situation to save 2 customers, one customer being a business. I would not recommend them.

I had a problem with my water pressure and this plumbing company was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time. Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and always made sure to explain everything to me. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

Loni O. replaced our leaking water heater same day we called and gave us plenty of background context throughout the process, answering and re-answering all of our questions, and even gave other home related tips to ensure the safety and efficiency of our home. That was good enough for us and we were certainly not disappointed. Daniel, the technician that came out both times was everything you would want in a service technician—thorough, careful to explain all he was doing, respectful of our home, and just very polite in all his interactions. Best of all, he pinpointed our leak to a faulty dishwasher which he took care of and when I asked if he would mind removing it and taking it out back for me, he was kindly willing to do . Every person we spoke to connected with Atlas, from the dispatcher to the workmen to the account manager was professional as well as personable. I love finding a plumbing company this competent and trustworthy and will definitely refer my friends and family members their direction. We already knew we had the best neighbors ever but their telling us about Atlas elevated them to rock star status in our estimation!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience with Nata Ibarra and Milestone Electric. Nata represents Milestone as if it were his own company. He is professional, diligent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. It was an absolute pleasure having him represent Milestone and care for our home today. Included a photo of the box Nata worked on. Our pool is now up and running again. Ramon arrived on time and cleared the sewer line quickly. He was professional and efficient. It was a very reasonable cost for the service. I will use them again when I can't find the source of the obstruction.

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
