Very friendly and professional customer service when you call in to make an appointment and the same great service provided by the plumbing technicians who come out to your home to complete work. I had to do a costly pipe repair in my front yard and by far their rates were the most reasonable and the work was done correctly and quickly the first time around.

I'm satisfied with the work, and they were transparent about the work and professional. The leak pipe repair bill came in under estimated quote and time.

Called this plumber on Thursday and Denise told me someone could probably be by later that day to look at my project to make sure I had everything on schedule so I can get my water lines moved the following week.
I called them later on Thursday to find out no one can make it until Friday. Then on Friday I called them to find out nobody can make it until Saturday morning then Saturday morning turned into Saturday after lunch then Saturday after lunch turned and not gonna make it at all and I get a text saying they can't make it until Monday I'm not available Monday. Regardless if they have emergency jobs or just another regular job. If they can't even spare five minutes to drive by and just look at the project then why would I want an actual appointment with them. They'll probably not even show up. Now I wasted three days and I have to find another plumber.

Most plumbers are booked currently due to the recent snow/ice storm. Found these guys online using #dallasplumber on Instagram. I called these guys at 5 am. Not only did they answer my call but they accommodated to our urgent situation. Plumber arrived by 10 am. Luckily the issue turned out to be small. He answered our questions and gave us options. Hired My Local Plumber to install plumbing fixtures in our almost completed master bath - only for them to discover incorrectly placed pipes put in place by the company our contractor had hired. Trevor explained the issues and repaired what was required and installed everything. Everyone from the people answering the phone to the plumbers themselves has been so helpful, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

I came here specifically to write this review about how awesome these guys are. The office staff is amazing, the plumbers are incredible (they even clean up extra after themselves) and fast, and they really seem to care as a team about doing a great job. I contacted Denise at My Local Plumber about a list of various preventative jobs I wanted done, replacing some shutoff valves from the originals, replacing several faucets and a few other tasks. She gave me an itemized estimate beforehand and had a team of two plumbers show up the morning of the repair exactly on time. We even called that morning due to having a power outage and she said that they would still be able to perform the work but appreciated the heads up for her team. They did the work quickly, cleaned up everything after they were done and in some cases left things cleaner than when they arrived. I can't say enough good things about My Local Plumber and will most definitely use them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Well, I have used My Local Plumber a lot since purchasing this house. It's a call you don't like to make but at least it's great when you do. They have one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. They communicate very well and the guys who come to work actually care about their quality of work.

We're currently working on a larger job right now and it has been nothing but pleasant. They constantly make you feel better than just a customer. They care about your house and the person.

Complete dishonest people, whatever rating they have it over here is mostly fake one. So I called these guys in February 2022 and they told me need to replace cartridge in my shower faucet, so i ordered online and get it, and ask them to fix it in March. As these guys are working hourly I estimated from the last time how much I am going to pay. So this time they stayed much less than that time and started asking me about 50% more, so I called their office and ask for explanation. They started threatening me for mechanical lien etc, so I go ahead I ask them proceed for mechanical lien and we will go from there. So in the mean time they run my credit card as they had on their file from the last time, but as I have some premium card that should not be a problem and I already chargeback to the company. But what I am saying is these guys are completely dishonest, so do not ask for any service from these guys.

I am very happy with the service done by My Local Plumber. The service technician was friendly and efficient, and supplied information for future upgrades I intend to make.

We have had what we thought was standing water in our front yard, but turned out to be a very slow leak in our valve box. Veronica was super helpful in scheduling an initial appointment for later in the week, only to get a crew out three days earlier. Felipe and Bryce was quick in their assessment, and then able to come out later in the day to do the work. Fast, efficient, and friendly, with a reasonable charge for the work they did. Will be filing away their number to call them if we need a plumber again.

I had a major water leak over the 4th of July. I called My Local Plumber because they got outstanding reviews on NextDoor. They came the same day I called within hours, found and cut off the water that was leaking. They came back within 48 hours and fixed the issue. Zac, Phillipe and Chris are wonderful plumbers. Veronica is in the office and is great to work with. They worked responsively with my insurance too. I cannot give them a higher, better recommendation!

We called in a panic about a gas leak; Veronica put us at ease with the process. Zach was very helpful and friendly. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone.

Fast, efficient and affordable.
We had a bathroom sink that no longer drained. They arrived on time, they were friendly and wore masks the entire time which was important for us. They worked quickly and while it was a fairly simple fix for them, they were thorough and tested the other sinks to ensure there would not be any further issues that may result in another callout.
They charged only for the time they were actually there and explained everything they did. Very happy with this honest plumber!

Professional, fast, knowledgeable.

I’d be very careful with this company. They charge $250 per hour. So a simple leak inspection could cost you $478 meanwhile they said it’ll be $85 to come out and look at it. Very shady. They took advantage of my older grandparents. Very unpleasant service and extremely unprofessional! Never again.

I use MyLocalPlumber exclusively for any of my household issues. They've always been reliable, on time, professional, and I'm very pleased to have found a regular plumber i can rely on. FYI this template was provided for me as default but it does all happen to be correct. They have integrity and do quality work also..

Zak was very good to work with. He repaired the toilet and consulted on a different issue. They will be doing more work for us next week. I highly recommend them!

These guys were the best, they met me earlier than expected, so clean they took away the old sink, and all the packaging from the new vanity. So fast, and very clear instructions on how to make sure everything installed correctly. Also, they expressed if anything was not satisfactory to call and they would come back to make it so.

We chose MLP based on recommendations on Nextdoor, but we were very disappointed with their transparency on pricing.

We thought we had a leak in our master shower which turned out to be not a leak. Let me be clear that the two technicians that came out to our house were nice and professional. They answered all of our questions and were helpful. However, the issue was the amount we were charged. They were here at our house for about 15 minutes. The other 10 minutes were spent by the technician writing up our invoice in their vehicle. We thought it was weird that it was taking him so long to come back for payment, but it all makes sense now (you get charged hourly). After all, we were charged $245. Their visit did not require any repairs, just them investigating whether we had a leak or not.

After paying, we were told by the technician that we would receive an email invoice. We've called the office twice asking for the invoice and still have not received it. We did ask how we were charged $245 and that was when we learned that they start charging you when the technician leave the previous job site. It's not like you get to choose where their previous job site is. So basically, we got charged for the entire hour for them to :

- spend 35 minutes traveling to our house
- investigate if we had a leak or not for 15 minutes
- write up our invoice for 10 minutes

That doesn't sound right/fair to us at all. We wish they would've been upfront about their pricing when we called to set up our appointment because we sure wouldn't have chosen them. Even though everyone we encountered was nice and helpful, we will not be using their services again.

I've used My Local Plumber several times. It's the type of company you don't want to call, because usually it means you have a problem. I had a bad leak in my office at home that ruined my hardwood floors, and had worked with a couple of vendors to try to figure it out. Well, they figured it out! I highly recommend these guys!

I love calling Denise with any plumbing needs and have her saved in my phone. She understands plumbing and can usually provide you a ball park price over the phone. She is very detailed with taking down your information and trying to fit you in on the schedule even if they are backed up. Their pricing is reasonable and they do good work as well. We have used My Local Plumber three times now. One was for a pin hole leak in an interior pipe. One for a slab leak. And the last time to have the entire house replumbed, including the water main from the water meter.

We were very happy with the work done by My Local Plumber the first two times. The second time, with the slab leak, Eddie, from My Local Plumber, told us that the possibility of more slab leaks in the future were possible. He was right.

We decided to have the entire house re-plumbed rather than fight with more leaks that would cause us to tear up our flooring and slab. We called My Local Plumber and an HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical company.

The other company sent someone out to gather the information to make a bid. Before he left, he said that it was NOT feasible to replumb the house. He also DID NOT volunteer services for finding the existing slab leak.

Enter My Local Plumber and our personal hero, Felipe. He spent quite a bit of time looking at the existing plumbing and how it could be re-routed into the attic. He prepared a detailed bid and we accepted.

We now have new plumbing from the water main into the house and to every fixture/outlet in the house. This Includes the outside faucets. And none of it susceptible to damage from the clay under the house.

We are extremely happy with the work that the crew did and would recommend My Local Plumber to anyone for any work.

We have used My Local Plumber for the past several years for all of our plumbing needs. The front office staff is so friendly. The technicians arrive when they say they're going to, they are up front on their pricing, they're fast and friendly. I never look forward to plumbing problems, but with My Local Plumber, I know I will get my issues resolved AND be satisfied with the results.

Well coordinated visit and both people I worked with were genuinely nice. Very knowledgeable and congenial tech who visited. I paid for my hour of his time and learned a lot about the plumbing of my house and neighborhood.

Good honest work. I've had 2 service events, one for gas line, and one for water leak in the main line. In both instances they accurately predicted the issue and presented an accurate estimate. Work completed with no surprises.

The two gentlemen who came were great and polite. In the end the clog was cleared.

They were at my house for 2 hours. But I was charged $505 for the service…….no super special equipment was required. But $505 for two hours is ridiculous. Great people but way overpriced. Won’t be using again.

I use this company exclusively for any plumbing issue that is beyond my limited DIY abilities. Eddie is just the BEST. He's straight forward, matter of fact, and wants to keep your costs as low as possible. That being said, his quality of plumbing work is superior, and not cheap, but this is as it should be. The old adage, Good work ain't cheap, and cheap work ain't good, applies to plumbing. I will always request him for any service. He has no problem showing you what's up, and explaining everything as he goes along.

Veronica and everyone in the office are awesome too. Emergencies are handled just as such, and non-emergency service is treated with its appropriate urgency.

They do the maintenance on my tankless hot water heaters, and yes, those water heaters do require some maintenance.

They have repaired the sewer pipe where a tree root grew into it, and replaced a water valve that has failed, under the bathroom sink.

I know that these repairs are done correctly and completely, no question.

If you are in their service area, and in need plumbing service, don't hesitate. Just call them, schedule, and then relax, they got you. For me, that's what I would do.

The guys fixed a leak under the bathroom sink without no problem. We also discussed additional work to be done in the near future. They walked us through it explaining the different steps. We weren’t surprised though. We have used them in the past and find them to be friendly, on time, able to accurately diagnose the problem and have it correctly fixed in a prompt manner. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We are very pleased with everyone in the company that we have dealt with.

I have used them in the last six months for three different jobs: tankless water heater installation, shower thermostatic catridge replacement, and fixing an emergency water leak problem. And they are awesome so far! Eddie, Zac, Mike have been very skilled plumbers. The ladies running the office have been extremely courteous and helpful (Alma, Veronica, Caroline). Be careful dealing with this company. I worked here for a year. Veronica is particularly skilled at being rude to you In the most polite way possible. She prides herself on her ability to run off customers that aren't good for the company. If you happen to need a big job done I would recommend tracking the hours worked by this company. They will quote high and if the job takes less time than estimated they will just take the extra and call it profit. I would also recommend asking for an ITEMIZED report of all parts and equipment used and they're cost. I have seen Denise tack on a 30% price increase on ALL parts and the invoices only show you the total. If the plumbers make a mistake which causes your job to take longer this company will withhold that information and try to correct the problem without you knowing. Leaving you to pay high hourly rates for their blunders. Denise has a very kind voice and demeanor which serves to distract you from all of these underhanded business tactics.

And as you can see in the reply she will do anything to preserve her image. I was never given a drug test by this company. I was actually picked on for having a mind for safety. Believe what you want I suppose just use caution some people just SEEM nice. The nicer the nastier.

The Service was good. To change the faucet ‘s cartridge, they have charged me $338.00 and they have done it less than 30 minutes.I’m not sure that’s the norm now or not.

Leaky Shower faucet repair

My Local Plumber (MLP) first installed [as part of its normally available weekend service] an old but unused water heater that I and the manufacturer hoped would serve well. After it became apparent that it wasn't satisfactory, MLP was able to install a new water heater 1 1/2 days later. Both crews were very professional, polite, as well as patient. Thank you everyone at MLP!

Called My Local Plumber this morning after a friend recommended them to me. I spoke with Carolina who was so courteous and professional. She took my info and said someone would be out between 1 and 3pm. Omar and Preston showed up right on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem (toilet leak) and gave me options. Plumbing pipe cleaning

Just had Felipe Garcia and his helper over to repair two toilets that had been improperly installed. The flanges were broken on both. I talked to them at 8:00am they were there by 11:45am. It took them 2.75 hours and the toilets are re-installed, shimmed, and leveled. The old Mounting Flanges had to be cut off the Sewer Line and were replaced with the best available. They even repaired a leaking tank flap on one toilet and “batta – bing” they were done. Great job accomplished, by a reputable company. The technicians showed up dressed properly, left no mess whatsoever and I can say they have my loyalty from now on. I thought their rates were reasonable compared to other quotes I had gotten. I suggest you try them.

Very, very impressed with My Local Plumber.  We were told by another plumbing company that we had two bellies in our sewer line and to repair them would mean digging a trench under our house at a 5 figure cost.  Eddie, a Master Plumber and his helper, used a video camera and determined that we have two very small bellies that are nothing to worry about at this time.  They saved us lots of money!  Eddie recommended using a Sewer Friendly Toilet Paper that breaks down quickly and fortunately we are using the same paper that he uses at his home.  Also, the actual cost for their service was less than I was quoted.  I was so impressed that I called the owner Denise and told her I would be recommending her company to my neighbors and friends.  I will definitely be using My Local Plumber should we have any further plumbing problems.

Zac came this morning to stop a leak from the sink valve underneath. He was very professional and on time. We plan on getting a new faucet since ours is 30 years old and will use Mylocalplumber again and call to have Zach install it too.

Be aware of this place. They charge $478 JUST FOR AN inspection! They will tell you $85 then hit you with a bill extremely unprofessional they had one of their employees come out to my job to hand me the bill, and she threaten me that she will put a lien on my property at my job. Probably one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Employee spent about 45 minutes an hour there and never discovered where the leak was coming from and never finished his job and never sent me an estimate for actually fixing that issue.

I use My Local Plumber for all my house repairs. Recently a hot water tank.
They worked with me through the process and their customer service is excellent.

Honest and reliable. We’ve had a few plumbers come out for low water pressure over the years and we’re told “it is what it is”, but My Local Plumber knew more about our HOA pressure reducing valve requirements (which I had no idea). They were able to sort out our issue quickly and at a fair price. They explained other services we may be interested in, but not pushy at all. Will use again!

Contacted them regarding a rent house and received a quote for adding an expansion tank, approved the work at that price, then was charged $250 more than the written quote (claiming an hourly rate of $160 an hour). They knew I was in a bind because of the tenant issue and took advantage of me. The work was fine, but if I would have known they were planning on tacking on $250 more, I could have found 10 other plumbers that would have treated me fairly. Then Denise stated I shouldn't care about the price, since it's a rent house and said I would be able to get the money back (who in their right mind doesn't care about the price of repairs). Thank God I was able to dispute the transaction with my CC company, or I wouldn't have had any recourse. She claims my credit was declined but I can unload a screenshot with the transaction showing--never give Denise a CC number over the phone, you could be stuck paying whatever Denise charges. Unless you have a leaking shower head or clogged toilet, something small, do yourself a favor look somewhere else, anywhere else and pay cash. Look at the reviews and you’ll see which ones are fake. If you leave a bad review this company will tell every lie they can to discredit you (I’ve post a screenshot of the racist text she sent from her own cell phone) I would never recommend this company. #racistdeniserobbins #racistmylocalplumbercompany

I had a great experience with this company, Denise was very knowledgeable and compared to other quotes and previous work I've had in the past very affordable. Amanda was also very helpful , overall it felt like working with family. I recommend them to all my friends and family and anyone else who is looking for honest service and great work. When I called this company to make an appointment to replace the gas line valve on my patio and connect gas to my grill, I was told they charge by hourly rate of $150, no extra service fee or trip charge.

The plumbers did good job and had good manner. I have no problem with that. However, the office didn’t tell me that their clock started clicking from the plumbers leaving their previous service place, and it ended by the plumber’s car leaving my house. So the traveling time / cleaning up / 10-minuete of running invoice / my credit card running time... all those time counts and get charged at $150/hr rate. It was a surprise at the end.

I called the office to argue. The lady was rude and impatient. She simply tried to end the conversation by crediting me 15 minutes and asked me not calling them again. For the first time in my life, I was treated as if I was not a reasonable customer.

I own single family house for years. I have hired many contractors/ technicians/ handymen to do house repairs / projects. Never run into a billing surprise issue at the end. No any service company ever asks me not calling them again.

Anyone who wants to use this company, please be aware of that.

Yesterday I had a sink stopper repaired, a shower head installed, and a toilet repaired. As in the past, they were polite, professional, and worked in an expeditious manner. No sitting around taking breaks. Again, My Local Plumber is definitely My plumber from now on.

They communicated that they were on the way and within the stated 1 hour window. Both employees acted professionally and went straight to work to solve the issue. This was the third or fourth time using My Local Plumber and I have received equally good service every time. I highly recommend their services.

Omar and Preston were AMAZING! We have been having issues with water pressure, temperature, squealing shower and slow drainage. They worked diligently until the issue was resolved. They helped us by giving us the make and model of the shower to re-order the parts and the route they recommended fixed the problem vs having to install a whole new shower system which would have cost 6-7 times more than the repair. Highly recommend Omar and Preston!

Denise at My Local Plumber has been my go-to for years. I live in an older neighborhood and have had my share of plumbing issues. When I had a slab leak from a leaking cold water pipe, they expertly rerouted both hot and cold water into my attic and it withstood the arctic blast just fine. They've also repaired broken sewer lines for me and a number of other issues. Always professional and they get it done right.

I called late in the afternoon, desperate to find a plumber to unclog my sewer line. I spoke to Denise, she regretted that her company didn’t service Corinth. She did over to reach out to a contact to find who they used. Sure enough, she called right back with the name and number of Express Drain Cleaning. Within an hour my problem was solved. They are always on time, neat, take their time to explain the work they completed and wore masks while they were here. This is not the first time that we used them and they are consistently very customer service oriented.

They did a lot of work at my old home, my new home and my son's new home -- checked out gas fireplace plumbing; replaced gas fireplace control mechanisms; installed new kitchen/bath faucets; replaced leaky/broken outdoor faucet; fixed & replaced hard to find faucet hardware (and had gold finishes bronzed); etc. Not the cheapest price in town, but you get what you pay for and they are competitive and honest! List definitely would use them again!

I had two garden valves that were damaged over the last two winters. Another plumber attempted a repair and one started leaking into my foundation. The company wanted an outrageous amount to fix them properly. I called my local plumber and they scheduled me right away on a sunday even. The guys arrived right on time and fixed both faucets and stopped the leak for a very fair price. I will call them for any plumbing issue in the future for sure.

I had a plumbing emergency and found out my regular plumber does not do evenings or weekends. I called My Local Plumber and the person who answered asked a lot of questions and had me send pics. She shared the pics and details with a plumber and had someone there in 20 minutes after 5 PM on a Friday. The plumber took the time to show me the issue and explain what caused it. The cost was reasonable. Moving forward I will use them as my go to plumber.

I called and requested for this company to come onsite to give me a quote for a leak coming from 1 roof drain pipe. The crew arrived on time and were professional. They spent an hour looking around the building. Before they left they informed me they didn't prepare a quot because they feel the roof is leaking not the pipe. However they need to collect the fee for coming onsite.? I was never informed of a site charge to receive a quote when I called in and made the appointment. I refused to pay. I had 2 other plumbing companies come onsite and give me quotes for free to replace the pipe, due that it was in fact leaking. A week later I get a call from the receptionist who was very angry, asking me why I refused to pay. I explained I requested a quote for repairs and did not receive one. And it was never disclosed to me that I would be charged an onsite fee for getting a quote. I do not use companies that charge to give a customer quotes. She proceeded to tell me I had an attitude problem for disagreeing with her. She also lied about notes she said she had taken during our previous conversation. Do Not Use This Company! You have been warned.

My Local Plumber is highly professional, efficient, and super friendly!! We had a clogged shower affecting washer and kitchen drain. I called after hours and Denise was very attentive to the problem although they had no one available to service my request during late hours she recommended an alternative or wait until the next day.

We decided to way until the next day, and happy that we did. The plumbers got there at 9am and within an hour and few minutes the issue was fixed. Very happy with the service provided and the plumbers that came to our rescue! They're my first go-to when I need plumbing help, and just recently helped me put in a brand new kitchen disposal, very cleanly done with no leaks or issues.

These guys are the greatest. They are friendly, professional and reliable. I’ve used them for every plumbing issue we’ve had since we purchased our home and I’ve been pleased with their entire team.

They’ve replaced our washing machine faucets, replaced the o-rings from our water shut off valves in the kitchen, and upgraded the plumbing from a single vanity to a dual vanity.

I do have a few favorites but I’m not going to name names because everyone on their team is great. Including all their office staff.

My Local Plumber is excellent. I had a pipe in foundation leak and they were able to provide options and both Eddie and his helper were very knowledgeable. They also provided me some advice on some other issues I was having with the sinks. Finally the office manager Denise and the staff Veronica were incredibly nice. I have been using them now for about five years and they have consistently delivered from routing gas lines to installing a toilet. They are located in Carrollton and are local family owned business that’s been around for about 20+ years in talking with them. They have build trust with me and my family and I strongly recommend them.

These guys are great, this is the second or third time I have called for their help and they always give me fair quotes and the work is always good.

Office staff is super nice and very responsive on phone and on emails.

We had the cold side of our shower leaking and a busted toilet shut off valve. Eddie came and knocked it out, he was in and out in under 2 hours. I could tell he knew his stuff when he walked up to the shower and without even touching it knew what brand of shower valve was used behind the tile. That is impressive to me. He also gave us some valuable info on where we could source a vanity too, which we are looking to replace soon.

Great experience from start to finish. Found a leak in our front flower bed and wasn't quite sure if it was an irrigation or plumbing issue. Called and spoke with Denise who was extremely helpful. Sent her a photo of the exposed leaking pipe for a determination and she was able to get someone out the same day. Felipe and crew were great and explained all aspects of the repair and answered additonal, general plumbing related questions I had. MLP will be my go to call for any future issues.

Like others have said, watch out on the pricing. Tech was at our house for six minutes, only to tell us our issue was a tile replacement issue and and not plumbing. Got an invoice for $95. Then they sent their title people out to give us an astronomical quote to fix the shower tile, including work we clearly didn't need. Found someone on Thumbtack to do the job for a third of that quote and the work is incredible. Would not call these guys again.

My local plumber goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. Even on a holiday, they answer their after hours calls and are willing to help before sending a plumber out. Fair priced and very knowledgeable and kind staff. Highly recommend!

I am never using another plumbing company again. They fixed my water heater and leaky sink within an hour and the water heater was a headache! I was able to get someone to come on the same day which I know can't be guaranteed next time I have an issue but other companies were trying to schedule me a week out unless I pay their $300 after hours emergency fee. Not only did these guys charge me a reasonable amount, they were genuinely nice people. Thanks!

This review is long overdue. These guys were my heroes during the epic freeze we had back in February. I had 14 broken pipes in my second floor condo from the severe weather. Eddie and Omar were great, very nice gentleman. They had a great attitude even though they had a lot more to fix than they expected. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had contracting services. MLP plumbing engineers Zach and Trevor were knowledgeable and diligent throughout the process of finding gas leaks outside of home and inside home. MLP saved us close to $10k in repairs. The first 2 plumber we had come out could not properly identify where the leak was and therefore overcharged on the work that needed to be done. Veronica and Denise in the office were also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company for any and every plumbing job in all sincerity!

I have used them many times and they have always been on time and done great work. This time they came out to look at our hot water heater. It needed a new control module. They were able to find the part and repair it in no time. Will continue to use MLP every time I need a plumber.

Had a wonderful experience with these folks. They replaced our bathtub spout that had a busted diverter. We also knew we had a leak and they detected and fixed the problem. All this took only about an hour and a half max. Scheduling and communication through the office was wonderful...they were easy and polite. Will call again for our future plumbing needs.

Actually i have used your services 3 times, the first time was great. The second time was acceptable. The 3rd was the worst. I was belittled by both the plumber and the phone receptionist. The level of service was appalling. After the plumber completed his work, he slapped me with a bill that was double of what I was originally quoted. Didn't tell me anything at all. Just did the work and expected me to pay for the up charge. When I questioned him, he stated it was a driving fee. Who on earth charges a 150 bucks for a driving fee. It would have been cheaper to call them a Uber xl for a round trip from their office to my house.

My local plumber services has really gone down hill over the years.
I literally will not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
