As a home owner, you hate to need to call a plumber on a Sunday after one of the guest coming to a birthday party at your house alerts you to the water running out of ground and into the street. But since I did, my first and only call was to Chris. He got me fixed up better than new. I really appreciate that they where able to respond quickly, explain clearly what the issue was and also give us a very fair price on the repair. I don’t want to need them, but when I do, they’ll get the call.

I’ve known the family a long time and trust there service, I had a leak in my attic from the water heater pipe. He came and went the extra mile to make sure the leak was fixed and it didn’t start leaking again. He even insulated the pipe for me and everything I will definitely only use these guys for any leak or repair they never disappoint and have the best customer service

I can not say enough good things about KO! I had already booked them for several projects when the day before they were to come my hot water heater went out. Well not only did they replace that, but still completed allll the projects I had for them. Even with problems because I bought the wrong type faucet, they completed them all. Very good experience with the service provided. What I appreciated the most was that Chris was not going to leave until all of my problems were resolved.

Chris came out on a Saturday at 3:45 and pulled our toilet and then cleared the line. He also cleared our AC drain line that was clogged. Did a great job and was neat and orderly. Straight forward and very fair. Highly recommend!!!!!!

They were quick and efficient. They had to bust through concrete and bricks, but they got the job done for a reasonable price.
