This plumbing company is the best in town. They were able to fix our leaky faucet quickly and efficiently, despite it being a tricky job. The plumber was friendly, professional, and provided us with tips on how to maintain it. Highly recommend!

I called this guys to fix my slab leak problem and they gave me an estimate before doing anything which i thought was fair, they took care of my problem that same day, will definitely go to them for all my future plumbing problems.

These guys are great they were on time and they bid with a three year warranty. Who else does that ? No one I know because I called three other plumbing companies and these guys hands down beat out the rest oh and no hidden fees at all what they said did not change

We called about a foundation leak in our home in Dallas. And this guys know what they are doing. They explained to us over the phone what kind of problem we were dealing with, and made sure we understood before the sent their team out.
First step was to locate it, from there they were able to give an accurate estimate on how much it would be for the repair. We were already sold by how professional and knowledgeable they had been so far, and so we had them do the repair, which was done the very next day! So far so good, but we feel comfortable with the result because they gave us a warranty on the work done. 100% they have my stamp of approval!

We called these guys and made a appointment to check out our slab leak. They came as scheduled and on time and diagnose the damage and gave us a bid on the job. I've had John from Texas Slab Leak Repair & Plumbing come out twice in the last 2 years to help me with slab leaks in the foundation. I cannot recommend this company enough. Very fair pricing. They are professional, on time, and fast with repairs. They also explain everything they are doing, in detail, and they go above and beyond in attempting to minimize cosmetic damages such as drywall, etc. If you need an honest company that takes pride in their work and customer service, look no further. These guys are legit.

Texas slab leak repair did a great job on my foundation problem. They came out and gave me a bid on fixing a water line leak that I had under my house then they let me get othere bids from other companies and they were the cheapest so I called them back and they honored there price and even deducted what they had charge me to locate the leak on to the total bill Thanks john

Job was never complete. Over charged 200 extra to dig and 1100 to lay 50 ft of tubing.
The trentch was never filled in correctly as quaranteed and the concrete meter box is too exposed, with no access to the meter dial itself. They flat out refuse to finish and the plumber eddie told me to make the check in his name plus the cash to be paid to him. It's been 3 weeks since the job was started even so they started late after being paid. No final receipt or invoice was given to me to turn into the city of irving for a repairs/leak adjustment assessment. They are rip off artists.

I'm a guy, even though this review/complain sounds very Karen like. I've tried reaching out, the company keeps making excuses or hanging up.

I recently had my old tank water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater by them, and I am satisfied with their service. The technician was skilled and completed the installation promptly. They also guided me in how to treat it to live longer.

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

I had a sewage backup and this plumbing company was able to provide fast and efficient service. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed of the process. I appreciate their great customer service

I called and explained what I thought was my problem and they were very helpful and understanding. They were very clear what their services are and what they could and would do to pin point my problem and get it fixed. They sent out a very knowledgeable service person who quickly found the problem and not only the leak but the cause. A full detail of the costs and time to repair were provided which seemed reasonable. I agreed and they started the work in a couple of days. The work was completed in the time estimated and at the cost stated. My problem was fixed. No mess left behind. The people were nice and professional and all is well. I would and have recommended them to others .

Called and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment to find a slab leak. They couldn't do it for a few days so we waited until their first availability 2 days later. I had someone go to the house to wait for them. Its a vacant rental house across town, so it was a chore to get there early in the morning to wait for them. They waited for 2 hours! past the time they said they would be there. During that time I called a over and over and no one ever answered. I left several voice messages and none were returned. I called back and left them a message that I wanted to cancel as they never showed up or even bothered to call or answer the phone. They are unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.

They were prompt and on time. He was thorough and delivered the estimate right on the spot when he was there. He gave us two estimates. One was if he purchased the new toilet and the other was if I purchased the new toilet. Both options were reasonable. At the end the service was fast and professional.

I live in London and have a property in Irving I called Texas slab leak repair to come and fix a leak underneath my foundation they came out and gave me the best Quote at the three companies and they finished it within two days I really appreciate the speedyness and communication we had

I called these guys when I noticed a puddle of water on the side of my home. It turned out to be a leak inside the house from a pipe under the concrete. Frank and his crew came out and found the leak and had it fixed the very next day. The price was fair considering all the work that was done since I did not want to damage my floors.
