Great service, arrived on time fixed a clog in my pipe that was backing up my laundry drainage pipe and kitchen sink. Scheduled easily online. He took his time and explained everything would recommend them to anyone needing a fast, reliable great plumber.

Nice young man, very professional and honest but price quoted was more than I expected. Not his fault, company prices.

The tech arrived in the scheduled time slot. He did a great job troubleshooting the problem and resolved the issue and then performed maintenance on the 2 units.

Harry Combs with HFC Services was able to locate and repair a major slab leak without tearing my house apart and charging an arm and a leg for it. Great company!

Complete lack of responsiveness or living up to commitments. I contacted Matthews to replace the rings on our outdoor fire pit. They initially came out and did some work to the lines and put a straight bar across the circular pit. We thought that would be fine, but it turned out not to be appealing or produce even heat. So, we reached back to have them replace the bar with a ring. They said they would get us a quote by the end of the day. After not hearing back, I texted the next day (12/14) to get the quote. The owner said they could get the ring on Amazon and they would be out the next week to do the work. As of Thursday, 12/19 I hadn't heard from them, so I sent a text asking when they'd be out. They asked if 12/26 worked. I said yes. 12/26 came and went without a peep. So, on the 27th I asked again. I get next week is better. OK?. Again, I say yes and again I hear nothing. At this point I have given up and am contacting someone else. Save yourself the hassle and do that from the beginning.

We had a great experience with Edelman Plumbing, and on a very short notice! Dustin came out to troubleshoot an issue, we agreed on a couple different options, and the first approach did the trick. He takes pride in his work and is honest, can't beat that!

I have used Smith Plumbing so long that their 2nd generation is running it now. They have always done great work. I find they are very professional and timely in there work.

Called one of the big companies I used before but they would not estimate sight unseen. Couldn’t risk being hundreds off, I understand but at the end of the month really just needed ballpark for such a simple gig and needed completed same day without having to call some one else if it was too high. And I don’t have the time to do it myself.

NIKKI to the rescue. Estimated over phone, keep in mind it was a couple of simple toilet supply line shut off valves ( just note she may not be able to estimate large gigs sight unseen - and I wouldn’t either). She was prompt in communication, arrived when she estimated and made repairs so quick and done right! It took like maybe 45 minutes at most! Nikki will be my new go to plumber - Plus she is local! Support your local businesses! You should use Nikki’s for ALL your plumbing needs!!

Appointment was 8AM-5PM.

Technician did not arrive until 3:30PM and did not bring any of the 4 toilets we purchased to install nor did he even know where to pick them up.

He then proceeded to try to add over $800 to the install price that we already paid $1000 for.

Entirely unprofessional and absurd. He tired to charge us to replace new valves, he tried to charge us $300 to replace the “o-ring” on our toilet. For those of you that don’t know…. That isn’t a thing. The flange on one of our toilets might need to be replaced, but that’s a $8 part.

In total these idiots tried to charge us over $1800 labor for 4 toilets… more than $450 per toilet not counting the $250 for the actual toilet.

Stay away from these people. Dishonest at best.

Josh did a great job and finished the job to our satisfaction. We have used RC Pros Plumbing many times and have always been happy with the work they have done.

The company was very quick to respond and the estimate provided was reasonable. The technician, Tommy, was clearly a very experienced, professional, and knowledgeable plumber. He kept everything clean and had no problem answering all my questions. Should I have another plumbing issue, this will be the first company I call.

I am always pleased with the work that Tempo Plumbing and Heat/Air provide. I know they will do the job correctly and professionally.

A little pricey! but very good work!
