I give this electrician company five stars because Ryan the technician and the owner provided excellent customer service! I called today and Paul, the owner, was able to get Ryan to come out and repair a breaker that was causing my garage door, and five GFCI outlets to stop working. The price was reasonable and I'm not complaining after having to open my garage door manually for two weeks. This will be my electrical company for any future electrical problems that I may have. If you need someone dependable and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing, just call Paul Richard Electric.

Thanks for waiving the $59.00 fee and charging me $199.00 just to tell me we get these calls all the time. eletric smokers and GFI plugs just dont get along from what he told me was he was going to look for the problem and fix it. If he knew the problem all along then why charge me 199.00. He could have just told me that. But thats how they make their money. 59.00 isnt enough they want to make you think they will do all this to help and turn around and charge you 199.00 for nothing.

Levi was an excellent adjuster. He explained the work in detail and what to expect. As promised the work started on time. The installers Eric and Armando were true professionals! Very courteous and helpful! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole process! Would highly recommend your company! Top notch!!

This is the second time we've used Harmony. The technician that came out, Raul, was courteous and efficient. The prices are also quite reasonable -- I was really expecting the cost to be a bit higher for the job than it was. Good service, good value, can't beat that :)

I called and spoke with Robert Bakenhus about pulling power to a covered patio addition on the back of my house. Robert came out to my place to take a look at the project and provide me a quote. He listened to what I wanted to accomplish and was able to provide great suggestions as to how he could get it done. After this meeting I felt very confident that his company would get the job done exactly how I wanted. He provided me a quote the next day and the pricing was very reasonable. I hired them for the job and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment, the two electricians (Geoff and Terrell) showed up on time and ready to work. I walked them through what Robert and I had talked about and they were already aware of exactly what needed to be done (this was very reassuring). The guys finished the job very efficiently and the finished product was very professional and clean. I had them wire in 4 can lights, one ceiling fan, and a box for a flood light over a grill area with its own outdoor switch. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire process with Bakenhus Electric. Would absolutely hire them again.

Mid-West Electrical has been our electrical service provider for over 30 years now. They have done everything from small jobs to large major jobs. Their office personnel to their electricians have all been great to work with. Very professional and responsive to all our needs. I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

The job was finally done by the electrician near me. They were really nice, and they fixed my socket in no time. I would strongly recommend them to install electrical outlets and switches!

Called these guys to change a GFI on the outside of the house. Over the phone they told me that it should take less than one hour to change it, but they charge minimum of one hour to come out. I thought that sounded fair. Once the electrician got to my house, though, he took 2.5 hours to change ONE single GFI switch and handed me a bill for about $400. When I questioned him he became defensive and rude. I cannot believe that it can take a certified electrician this long to change one switch. Either this guy had no idea what he was doing or this company is scamming the public. I think all these wonderful reviews they have listed must be from their family members, because if this is the level of ethics that this company displays, I cant imagine how anyone can recommend them in all honesty. BEWARE!!!

I just hired an emergency electrician to do some standard maintenance and repair work at my house. In addition to the excellent quality of his job, I appreciated his fair pricing. He even returned a refrigerator that he had repaired in record time. Don't think twice about calling this guy for help if you're having electrical problems.
