Levi did a phenomenal job assessing what needed to be done to install our induction oven. He determined that our current wiring could not support the oven load and suggested two viable options. We chose his first recommendation, and he completed the job within 24 hours and at a great price. We are ecstatic with the great work and professionalism of this company. They ran a line from our oven to the breaker box. Right touch Electrical is our power company of choice, and we highly recommend them for any electrical job.

These guys are awesome! Josh and Ruben planned together and explained to me exactly what they would do before performing the work. Josh even fixed another little problem I had at no charge. I give my highest recommendation. They are super professional and clean, and the owner has a big heart for people in need.

The services of Right Touch Electrical were outstanding! Chris came out initially to provide an estimate for converting recessed lights into light fixtures. He called in advance, and was exactly on-time. He suggested an alternative...with the use of LED lights. They would be aesthetically better and would be exceptional long life. He quoted the fixture and LED options, and we elected to go with LED.The actual on-site work was conducted by Augie. He called 30 minutes before expected arrival, and he arrived exactly on-time. He was careful to wear cloth foot coverings so as to not dirty our floors. He went straight to work and was meticulous and resilient. He explained what he was doing along the way and stuck with the job until it was completely done to our satisfaction. Augie was very conscientious and did excellent work.I strongly recommend Right Touch Electric for your electrical service needs.

Can't really express how wonderful these guys are....but I'll try. First visit was on a Saturday morning (8am on the spot). We had them come out for a partial power outage. Turned out to be a CenterPoint issue. Second visit we had them install a surge protector on our panel (newer homes typically have them already installed). At which time I was advised my panel was the cheapest on the market and we should consider an upgrade. No pressure from Levi just being a great electrician. Third visit was again partial power outrage and again it was a CenterPoint issue. Kendrick advised us to consider upgrading the panel. This is when I became extremely grateful. Kendrick let us know our panel (being the cheapest on the market) used aluminum as the main connection!! As a layman I know that aluminum is a huge no no. All I could think was fire in the future. Electrical issues in the future. So we agreed. Fourth visit was the smooth installation of our new electrical panel. Auggie and Jeremy are the perfect example of professionals. Auggie showed me his work. Perfect alignment of the wiring to each breaker before closing everything up and left with no trace of them having been there. These guys have given me arrival time frames of 8am - 10am each time I call but are typically there at 8am. Makes me feel like the top priority. From the get go top priority. I have used four different electrical companies in the past. Right Touch Electrical is now the company I will be calling. I won't see them for a really really really really long time but when I do; I know I'm in good hands.

Levi initially came out to see what work we wanted to be done. He answered all questions that we had about our panel. He was very professional and detailed in answers. Josh did our install. Very professional answered any questions we had. Both Levi and Josh are very nice and professional. Would recommend them. Crystal helped with scheduling our install date. She was very nice and let us know that meetings are on Monday and driver will come after that. Josh showed up before our appointment time. Great service all around.

Auggie is the name of my serviceman and he did a great job! He had to remove the old chandelier from a 12' ceiling and then put together and install the new one. He is very professional and respectful. When his supervisor came over to inspect his work, they did me the great favor of resetting the heavy dining room table under the chandelier.

Top notch service from Wes Grittman! He was so friendly and engaging. He really helped me understand what was needed from the cities inspection of our corporate office and I felt safe going with this company. Especially after dealing with others not showing up, and over quoting. This is the company to trust!

These guys are true professionals! I called on a Friday evening and they had a crew digging a trench Saturday morning at 8 am sharp. They explained the process and took the time to go into detail with me step by step . The workmanship of the job really reflects what they do on a daily basis. My tree roots took out my underground power on a Friday afternoon and they had my power back on in my home by Saturday afternoon. It was definitely no small task but they got it done! Thanks to the whole crew!

Wes was our technician and it was so refreshing he came out and diagnosed our problem and found that is was a center point issue. He followed up with center point and gave them a detailed description of what the problem was they came out and fixed it right away. Normally center point will fight you on repairs. When Wes took the time to discuss with them the problem. They came out and fixed it we were back up in no time!! I recently had a sub-panel installed for a generator transfer switch for emergencies/power outages. Excellent service, very professional staff, and the materials they use are premium, all at very reasonable prices.I am a return customer to RTE, I also had them replace my severely outdated and dangerous panel.Ask for Levi, he’s very friendly, patient and good at finding solutiond to unique electrical complications.Also. RTE has military discount, what more can you want?

We used Right Touch a year ago to update our electrical service and we were impressed with their workmanship. . This time I had a problem with a light switch/dimmer. Spoke to Carly who saidshe would send Chris the next day to check it out . The work was more extensive than I originally thought it would be but Chris fixed the problem that day. I definitely recommend this company!

Isaac came when we were having flickering lights and loss of power. He replaced a bad breaker and performed troubleshooting service letting us know we had a problem with Centerpoint Energy equipment. He was correct and went over and above what was expected to make sure we knew what to tell Centerpoint. Turned a bad day into relief when everything was fixed. It started out they were going to replace a light fixture outside my home. However, they found voltage was low to the existing light, entered my attic and found spliced, live wires (left by another contractor) and saved my home from a potentially dangerous situation. So grateful!!!!!

Right Touch has done a wonderful job and is very professional and reasonable! They fixed a short circuit, added grounding and a power surge protector for the entire house,, and Alex and Rafael spent about two weeks rewiring the house. Excellent company. Never going with anyone else. Chris figured out the problem quickly, fixed it and did it safely and professionaly. Pointed out what the previous guy did wrong. You get what you pay for. The Right Touch aint cheap, but its not crazy expensive either. Ill gladly pay more to know it was done right with technicians who know what they are doing, and take pride in their craft. I never leave reviews for anything, but do yourself a favor and hire these guys.

They were friendly on the phone, and ended up being able to come see me that same day. The electrician Kendrick was exceptional. He evaluated my issue (I needed a 220 plug for my table saw), and was able to come up with a solution. I wil for sure be using them in the future for any electrical needs I have.

I work at an old mechanic shop. Management hired Right Touch to replace our very old, unlabeled and incorrect panel that was affecting daily work at our shop. Right Touch came and did the job during closing hours and I stayed late at work because I had some loose ends to take care of. They ran into a huge issue with the construction of the building, but by the next morning when I came into work, Wes had everything back up and running with a brand new panel. He returned later and was very helpful to us with locating exactly which breakers do what and all the questions we had. Thanks Right Touch

Chris provided excellent service and explained in detail the work he was doing. He also broke down the quotes for additional services we requested and what he thought was worth doing. It was easy to setup appointment and they communicated ahead of time that Chris was running a little late. I would use them in the future for electrical issues.

We planned to install an inlet plug and transition panel for the portable generator, so I searched for licensed electrician to install it.Right Touch Electrical was one of the companies that I scheduled for consultation.We already scheduled other two electrical companies within a week of fitted time, and pretty much knew what to expect and what is the price range.After RTE electrician showed up, it took him 10-15 minutes to look around the property. Then we asked him what is the average price for the service that we needed. He said it would be between $700-$1,200. He told us that Our house main breaker still meets the code requirements and no need for change.Then the electrician didn’t send us the quote until I contacted its office. Again he surprised me with a $1,902 quote on a piece of hand-written paper, it was very unprofessional and dishonest for the price. The $1,902 was more than doubled price than other two companies quote of $900. I wanted to know where is the additional $700-1,200 coming from? Additional labor or materials?So I texted RTE office after the shocking, because I am a business owner by myself and hoped that management is aware of what was going on.Office management responded my text and told me that manager would contact me the next day.It has been 7 days since the quote received but nobody from this company has contacted me.Today I already had my inlet and transition panel installed by other electrical company with a good quality service and reasonable price.Hopefully people will check and compare the price and quality service before hiring a service company. Dishonesty and unprofessional is what I found for Right Tough Electrical company

From my initial call (at 7am on a Saturday morning) the Right Touch team was responsive, professional and very easy to work with. My initial contact was with Will who gathered information about what prompted my call for service. He listened and offered feedback that helped shape my expectations of what would happen during the initial evaluation of my system. All of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. Eli performed the initial inspection of my system and went over my options in detail. He also offered recommendations on how I could best prepare for my upcoming service, which made for a very smooth installation process. When a customer calls me, I want their first impression to be of an employee who is happy to talk with them, NOT a voicemail. The technician was professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything to my understanding.The reason I didn't use this business is the price quoted to me was high to install a ring floodlight camera. If the price would have been just a little lower, I would have gladly had it installed.

I have old aluminum wiring in my townhome that I wanted replaced with copper connectors and copper receptacles and switches, as well as replace my old and possibly dangerous breaker box panel. Horrible!!! Chris took the front panel off of my breaker box (a first) and told me it needed replaced. When he replaced the cover, he only put 3 of 4 screws. He was very away. I saw him drop the screw from the top right then take the bottom left screw out to replace it. I waited until he was preparing to leave before I asked if he was going to replace it. He also went to the back of the house for no apparent reason. When he returned, he told me that the electric meter was pulling on the breaker box. When he took me to look, it was very apparent that the damage was just done. The area where the screw was pulled from the siding was fresh. All this for an estimate for 2 ballast replacements ($150-$300 job). He then told me that the repairs would be $1,102 and he would do the ballast replacement free. LOL REALLY!!!???Less

I’ve used this company a few times now and I make a request to have Levi since he’s been very responsive to my needs, very personable, very honest, communicates well and has been very efficient.

This company is AWESOME!!!! Ruben was our contact, very knowledgeable and friendly check everything in attic and everywhere around the house, I was impressed with the whole company. Setting the appointment was easy. Isaac, the electrician called before he came and was on time. They didn't charge a service call and the quote for the repair was fair. He completed it on the same visit. They were great!

A Fedex truck pulled down our utility pole. Per Fedex's claim requirements, we got three estimates. The first was Right Touch Electrical. $6,500+. Some other outfit appraised the job at $800 or less; and did not impress us. The third estimate was $900 from a reputable, licensed, qualified electrical outfit which lost no time in getting us back up and running; the work satisfying even the city inspector. Can you guess which firm we hired? $900 versus nearly $7k? You guessed it!!

After a big thunderstorm came through had a tree fall and took out powerline to the house. Right Touch Electrical came to the rescue. They order the parts needed making sure that I was up to code.The crew work through till the repairs were finished. The crew them self were polite, professional and knew their job. The young lady that work the telephone was great. She told me who was coming, went and what to look for. ( name tag, truck with company sign). At this time they offer discounts to Veterans, First Responders and ones over the age of 55. If needed they will be my first choice.

When they came to work on my house They answered all my questions and respected my privacy by asking me if it was ok to enter rooms before Knocking on doors or just walking in.

I called at least five other electrical company in Houston, half of them didn't answer my calls and some of them didn't come to my home to give me an estimate for the breaker problem we had.Right Touch Electric answered right away and said they could be to my house within the hour. They replaced the breaker box that was in bad shape right away and are reasonably priced. Thank you, and I will be using you guys in the future as well as referring you to friends and family.

I am giving Right Touch Electric a ZERO rating because they sent an electrician to my home on 7/17/ 17 to replace two internet connected wall switches to my home and the electrician blew the connection to the plugs through out the system. He had to put regular switches in to make it work temporarily. He then charged me $610 for his botched work and I had to call in another electrician to take out the switches he installed and replace them with correct switches and then get them programmed. What makes this review even more horrible - I rec'd a call from Right Touch Electrical to ask how the electrician did and I told them the terrible service and they told me the owner was going to show up on 7/24/17 with the new company..... He never showed up and still has not called back to see if the problem was fixed - today is 7/27/17.

Our outside outlet when bad which some how caused a chain reaction of switches and outlets to go out. Including the bathroom!! Will took his time to come as his last stop and fix. I have used Right Touch Electri several times. Their technicians are always knowledgeable and professional. They respond quickly, give accurate pricing for the work and get it done in a timely manner.

We found out the hard way that our service drop line from our house to the Center Point box was laid as cheaply as possible when we purchased our home 9 years ago brand new. With the recent downpours we lost most of our power as the line had deteriorated. This included all our major appliances except the fridge and we lost our A/C in 85-90 degree weather. We were miserable to say the least, and on top of it we found out that Center Point does not cover that line we are responsible for it. We called first thing in the morning and received three quotes, all three companies came out in the morning and provided same day quotes. Now that be saying, one quote was extremely low and the other two were definitely higher, but cheapest is NOT always best. This was a major project and we wanted it done once and done the RIGHT way. Meeting with Chris was wonderful, he took his time with us, answered all our questions, honest in his answers and wasn't trying to upsell us. He was extremely knowledgeable and I felt absolutely comfortable in choosing to go with his quote. Was this the cheapest quote, absolutely not...but this was the RIGHT quote...he sold us on his expertise, his far superior product and his strong customer service. He didn't push the sale and he didn't push the upsell. We did decide to upgrade to a higher amp level because this is our forever home and we wanted to do it once and have it done the RIGHT way. Fast forward ten minutes after we called and said we wanted to go with him...we received a call from the office, set up our easy loan with them, and had an emergency appointment scheduled with them for the VERY NEXT DAY! Within a few hours, Center Point was out marking the lines and the next morning, the crew delivered the box, piping, wires, etc and they got to work. They were amazingly efficient and worked hard. Chris came out and introduced Alex and Ethan as they were the electricians assigned to our project. They were absolutely phenomenal. They worked extremely hard and were meticulous in their work. They went above and beyond with their work, they even assisted with making sure the rock bed that was trenched was put back exactly how it was before, you would never know there was work done under it. The boxes and the piping was hung cleanly, straight and secure. They absolutely showed true craftmanship and pride in their work. My husband was blown away by their work and we are 100% confident we chose the RIGHT company for the job. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for superior skilled electricians, quality craftsmanship, excellent customer service and people who take pride in their work. Chris, Alex and Ethan were amazing and we cannot thank them enough for getting us our power back the very next day after we met with them. We are sitting in our fully powered, 74 degree house again and we are absolutely confident in our choice. Anyone who wants to make sure they have the absolute best service and product should most definitely contact Right Touch Electrical. The name truly does say it all!
