Jolt Electrical diagnostically identified my issue and provided a fair quote for repair. They followed all required procedures (filing paperwork with the city, etc.). If there are ANY negative reviews from my neighbor, please be certain she is disgruntled and completely irrational. Jolt did everything they could to make her supposed claims, correct, and in response - she was rude and completely out of line. I put my FULL faith and backing behind Jolt. T & Z all services did remodeling for us for adding a full bath room at the second floor.We are very happy with the services they offered. The boss and management are very friendly and responsible. For every details they tried to give us a help. Whenever we called them for help, we got answers. All the workers from the electrician, plumber and construction are all very pprofessional and responsible.We strongly recommend this company.

I read the previous review with interest because we are having difficulties with this company as well. They installed our outside generator (expensive house as well) and they wired the generator to the wrong rooms. We have been unable to get them to come out and inspect and fix the incorrect wiring for about three months now. I am very frustrated and hoping that we can get this fixed before we have the next hurricane

They leave before their scheduled time. I was sent to leave my shirts they gave me since I was a temp and no body answered the door and it was before their scheduled clock out time. Great guys in the field but horrible office employees.

Very professional and exceptional work. We remodeled the entire downstairs and had every light replaced. Chris and his team were awesome.

Sigma has provided services for the business I work for before. Dave was a great technician. The owner, Thomas, however, is another story. For some reason, the admin at the time, misplaced an invoice ($100-something) and it went unpaid for 2 years. Sigma and Thomas never reached out to us for payment so imagine our surprise when we made another service call. Thomas chewed out our new admin (who wasn't even employed at the time of the last service call) and decided he needed to pre-invoice us. That's fine. The technician came out for 10 minutes and we were billed for an hour and a half. We called back to see if we'd be receiving an updated invoice and Thomas informs us of his time minimum. We agree to pay the invoice and Thomas replies, Well if you look at the first invoice that ya'll didn't pay for 2 years... Why the hostility? We already apologized for the missed invoice and agreed to pay the minimum on the new invoice. It wasn't like we were always delinquent. It was ONE invoice out of how many times we've made service calls with Sigma? Why didn't your accounting department call us to reconcile the invoice in the last 2 years?
