I just had my first semi-annual Generac generator maintenance service. The technician was very professional & courteous. And, he explained what he completed and the status of the generator. While I am a new customer since Wood Electrical Services installed my generator last June, I am a satisfied customer.

The Copper World Electricians are definitely professionals! I had my house renovated and they replaced all of my electric wires, added light fixtures and updated my breaker box. After they finish their work we called the city inspection and it passed right away. Thank you guys, highly recommended!

Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

I asked Curtis Electrical Solutions for second opinion on the electrical issues of my old rental property. The owner walked the whole house checked everything and provided me with detailed explanation on what is going on the wirings and what are needed to be done. He spent a good amount of time talking to me over the phone on issues and possible solutions. He treated my rental property like it is his own and put the safety of my tenant as his priority.I highly recommend this company especially to investors who have multiple houses to manage. I had been running into a problem with my socket and switch. I was having a hard time figuring out what was wrong, and the light wasn't turning on. He came out to my house the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, fixed it within an hour, left me a note with instructions on how to keep it fixed in the future. The whole experience was professional and amazing!

Had severe emergency when a tree toppled over from strong winds on Thanksgiving evening causing breakage of the conduit containing the electric wires connected to my home. He was very gracious to come by early the next morning to repair the system quickly in bad weather, including reinstallation on a 22 foot tall ladder to reattach to the electricity pole. He and his wife deserve a gold star! Will definitely use them again for any electrical issues.
