My kitchen light did not work. Shaderick assessed the problem and he and his apprentice had me up and working. They were professional and cleaned up behind themselves. The quote I received the day before was just what I paid for what they did. I will definitely use them again.
We are so pleased with our experience using Mr. Electric West. Our company was requested to install pool equipment. There was no room in the electrical panel and we required a master electrician to come install a new subpanel and breakers for the expansion.Our technician, Jeremy F., was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. The subpanel installation was a success and the homeowner was very pleased we found them. 10/10 - Will use them again.Another special shout out to Jacqueline and Lauren, the customer service representatives that assisted us with scheduling. My home seems to have had some DIY electrical work done in the past. I wanted an electrician to help determine that things were safe and correctly done, in addition to changing out some fixtures and switches. The electrician provided by Mr. Electric addressed all my concerns and repaired the problems encountered. Now I'm sure my home is safe and beautiful.
We had a great experience with this company. It as very easy to set up the initial appointment, the tech showed up on time, was very knowledgable, and the price was fair. We needed a breaker in our panel replaced and also had him add a hook up to the panel for a portable generator. Shaderick was the technician and he explained all of the options, suggestions, etc.... and on top of that he was a very nice guy! Highly recommend.
Mr. Electric was able to send out a technician to give me an estimate very quickly. He was on time and very nice and patient with all of our requests. He was able to finish the about 10 odd electrical jobs we asked in only a day. He gave us very good advice regarding a variety of electrical situations in our house. Overall we had a few new lights installed, a few new plugs installed and a replaced breaker. I would definitely use them again for how nice, efficent and fair priced they were.
I Love Mr. Electric. They were so professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked how they took the time to explain everything to me. Jeremy and Nathan were so friendly and wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable that I wanted to invite them to dinner! I will definitely call Mr. Electric again!

Amazing service. We had an issue that escalated to Centerpoint turning our power off and refusing to turn it back on until the ground wire was replaced. Jeremy and his crew were able to rearrange their schedule to be at our house the next day to get it done instead of the following Tuesday. They were so nice and fair priced as well. We have some other needs to get done and he'll be our first call.
Upgraded panel from 100 to 150 amp. Brought meter housing and power drop head upto current code

We had 2 light fixtures replaced and that involved some adjusting due to a size differential against the rugged stone facade of the house. Very friendly and very determined that the installation meet our expectations. Durell also helped diagnose an electrical wire issue with another outdoor light that the original builder cut corners to make work. We will be using Mr. Electric again soon to fix this issue.

Quality work and prices seemed very reasonable. Had recessed lights installed in a room that had no existing light fixtures and added a new box with a dimmer switch to control. A ballpark price was given over the phone and it was basically right on, even included all parts including adjustable light color LED bulb/trim kit combos.
Sounds like these guys do great work. I wouldn't know because they didn't show up for our scheduled appointment this morning, and no one is answering the phone at their office. I have yet to receive any follow-up calls.There could be a good explanation for the no-show. But I had to take time off work to meet their electrician, and now I have to take more time off to meet the electrician for the next company I call to provide the estimate i was trying to get from this company. Bummer.

Told Burt what was going on with the house. There was miscommunication and the problem was not taken care of after spending $5300.00. Now they want an additional $1000.00 to fix the problem. That was a deal offered after they quoted me $1600.00 Apparently I need additional work and Bert made a note on the stating I denied the initial work only after asking Burt if what I needed was essential. He said no. So why would I agree to pay $5300 not an additional 1600 to get the electric up to par? I will never use Mr. Electric or their parents sister company Mr. Rooter, who never answers the phone by the way ever again.
Terrible! I had an appointment from 3-5 today. I cancelled work, clients, and arranged for kids to be picked up from school. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I called and left a message and within minutes Jeremy who was supposed to show up called. They obviously informed him right then and he said he had told them he couldn't come. No one informed me! They wouldn't even have called. Wasted two hours of my life. Is this how people run a business?? Will not be using their service, or should I say lack of. Save yourself the time and call someone else. not even worth a star

No high pressure sales ! Came in and gave me a great estimate and mentioned a couple of things to consider in the future. The price was so good I had them done that day !!! I’ve got. Couple more jobs in mind and Mr. Electric will be my first call.

I wanted a transfer switch installed on the circuit breaker panel of my old house so I can power it with an external generator after storms. Jeremy Friedner came out immediately, checked it out and gave me a quote. It was pretty pricey, but I said O.K. since I'm a firm believer in using pros. He and another electrician came out a few days later--right on time--and installed it in 2-3 hours with no muss or fuss. It works perfectly! My single minor gripe is that they didn't wear masks. But since the work was done outside and in the garage, I'm good with it. Five stars.

The employees of the company were great. Jeremy the electrician who came and did the work did an awesome job. The only reason I am giving them a 4 is because the work was a bit pricey. Everything else was great.
I would like to give a shout to a new, locally owned Company, Mr. Electric. The Technicians that serviced my house were knowledgeable, courteous and went the extra mile to understand and diagnose multiple issues within my house. I highly recommend calling on Mr. Electric should anyone need to troubleshoot and fix electric issues at the home or office.
The electrician (Jeremy) from Mr Electric came to my home. I explained the issue to him and he was able to fix it. He was very friendly and informative. I’d gladly use them for any other electrical problems I have in the future.

Electrician arrived without a stud finder - had to borrow my own 0 resulted in an additional hole in my drywall. It took three requests to persuade the electrician to test the power outlet he'd installed.

I've had the pleasure of working with Ian on business matters, but unfortunatly I do not live in his service area. If I did, I would most certainly use him for my electrical needs. Additionally I've met his technicians as well, they are true professionals, unlike some elecricians ive hired in the past for repair.
