J Rowe Plumbing was able to come to my home on the same day to repair the hot water tank. The two technicians were quick to find the problem and repair in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

The WORST customer service!!! They did a job for us and broke something else. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to return to fix their damage. Then the repair was incomplete and have had to schedule additional repairs waiting over a week each time for them to finish and incomplete job!!!!!

Waymon was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I had a serious problem with my A/C unit and he came out the same day I called. The repair requires a specialized crew and they are scheduled to be here later the same day.Oscar and Moses arrived exactly as promised by Carlos. They were very respectful of my home. They took time when carrying parts in and removing the worn out ones. They stayed until the job was done which was well past when most would have gone home for the day. Oscar was the repair team leader, knew his job well and communicated superbly. They did an excellent job and my unit fired up perfectly the first time.

I had a bad blockage in my sewer lines and stuff was backing up into my tubs and toilets. I called them and they came out right on schedule. They didn't change the quoted price or try to sell me anything. They were thorough, professional, and friendly. They also were able to locate issues to avoid future problems, and gave me a quote if we wanted to move forward with fixing it later--very helpful.

Arrived promptly as promised. Did a great job. The only concern I have, is you need to write your driver license and birthday if you pay by check.

Excellent and professional! My toilet was spraying water and I could not turn the water off. I called many companies. They were either closed or could not come out until later. Dave answered my call and came out quickly, at the time he said he would. Very nice guy and personable! He explained what the problem was and how he repaired it without me even asking. I loved our experience with Local Plumbers Grand Prairie TX. Fast to respond, tons of texts with information on arrival times and the process, plus Scott was incredibly helpful and fixed our cracked valve quickly! We'll be hiring them again if we have more plumbing issues in the future.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
