Best Plumbers in Arlington, TX

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

My furious was horrible they canceled appointment on me three times and now they’re not even returning my call after I paid them they were supposed to come back and finish the job Please do not use them try other services if you have water problem

Chris came to work on my freeze broken faucet pipe within 36 hours. He was on time, pulled the broken pipe, got a new assembly, installed, patched the wall on less than 1.5 hours.

I had an issue with a leaking water line outside my house and called Mr Stalcup. He arrived a few minutes later and quickly found the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of hours. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He cleaned up afterwards and left everything looking good as new. I am happy with the service I received and will be sure to call him first anytime I have plumbing needs in the future.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.

Looks like I'm not the only one to experience driving concerns and getting hung up as well. Great quality customer service with this one.

I had a water line break in my front yard causing water to run out of underneath my retaining wall. I couldn't tell where the break was so I called Carl. He came out and found the leak in short order for me and charged me a fair price. I am thankful for the quick response, the successful leak detective work and the fair price. I'll be keeping his number on my fridge for the next time I need a plumber.

Worst service I have ever experienced. First I told them I was going to be using a warranty company for the repairs they were sent to diagnose. Then they sent a technician to look at the system and gave me a diagnosis there was a leak. I told them I would call my warranty company to talk to them so I can get the repairs done. The warranty company told me to have the tech call and give them the info. It took all week and no tech call. Then I call them today and they tell me they dont work with warranty company and that they didnt find the leak because they needed to do other work to find it. Which the tech never told me while he was at my house. So they basically just got their $76 fee for doing nothing. I will never use this company again and will be sure to tell anyone I know that has ac problems to not use them either.
