I had an appointment with them for 2/14. There was a big storm and they never showed up. I understand why they didn't come out but they also never called to say they won't be making it. I called to see when they could make it out. He asked if Friday would work. I asked if he could do it sooner then he hung up on me. I called back and he didn't answer. I called one more time. He answered and hung up immediately. I get that you can't expect people to drive through the snow out here but to just refuse to talk to me is childish.

Rip off. They put $75 for just come and once they show up, Once They quote astronomical price. Charged $250 for 20 min service. changing flush tank valve.

flush is still leaking and they don' t pick up phone. be are very scary service
