Schedule their appointment with Alec but they never show up. Quote me 500$ for replacement a bathtub spout and water valve replacement. Didn’t call to let me why they didn’t show up.

had problems with my bath tube called them, and they came out and got it fix in about 30mins affordable, and the guy was very nice thank u i will be useing u again when i have problems in the future and letting all my friends know about u when they need someone thank u again i really appreciate it.

This review is for our new partner Southern Plumbing. I own a remodeling business and Aaron with Southern Plumbing partnered with us to pull permits and build this shower. Aaron moved all the drains, poured shower base, installed the liner, and all the fixtures including shower heads and tub. By far the easiest plumbing team we've ever worked with for a reasonable price. We finished our project 2 weeks early because of them. Wow! I don’t even know where to begin! I’m not sure how, but Bakers Brothers have reinvented and mastered good customer service. From the first technician to come to my home, Isaac, then Chester, both were awesome! It just kept getting better! Ozzy, who installed my new AC, was amazing. He and his helper, I cannot remember his name, were so helpful. They worked quickly, never saw these guys take a break! Nonstop till they were done!

Not only did I get a great quality new AC unit, I also got top of the line customer service!

Plumer 2 trust installed a water heater, 2 faucet, a black water tank and 2 white water tanks; piped all of it, in a new construction, a (concession trailer) for freshly squeezed lemonade. He knew the health department codes that we needed to pass, and we passed with 100%. A JOB WELL DONE!

The service that they DID NOT complete was horrible! The plumber came to my house and unclogged my toilet but told me not to use it because it needed some other repairs. It has been 2+ hours and I still have not heard from them! I called the company several times and the receptionist or whoever answers the phone, very poorly by the way, was extremely rude to me! She hang up on me and did not answer the phone anymore! I can not believe there is companies that can treat customers this bad! Please do not use their service or you will regret it!!
