Requested they install an RUR199iN to replace my 50 gallon tank water heater. They were delayed a few days due to bad weather, but as soon as the weather cleared up, they did exactly what they promised as well as repaired a gas leak in my kitchen. What they quoted is exactly what I paid. Also, they worked with Atmos Energy to make sure my gas gauge was appropriately updated and tested with more pressure than we'll ever need. Would highly recommend Patrick, Jason, Sam, and their team.

The tech failed to assess the issue correctly. Convincing us it was a plumbing issue rather than a clogged line in the AC unit. It was late (as they forgot they scheduled our service that day until I called to see if they were still arriving after 8 hours of waiting). It was clear the tech did not want to be there and the tech decided it was appropriate to laugh at my situation rather than find a solution. I personally did not find it amusing that I had leaking water from my unit that was causing damage to my home. Because he had chose to not properly assess the issue I had to pay 2 trip fees for the plumber to come out (and that gentleman fixed the AC issue). I had to wait another day because I was told it would be $200 for a plumber to come that night because of the time. Mind you the company forgot they scheduled my service for after 11am. This is very off putting and I even purchased the family plan. I don't feel like family and honestly feel like I wasted $1000 with a plan that I am paying additional ridiculous fees and charges with. I will not recommend anyone use this service as I feel the tech is deceitful and I am now in a service contact that I don't believe is any benefit to me.

Long story-short, this guy's with D R Plumbing are excellent professionals for the work they do. I'll be calling them again for any Plumbing repairs that I'll need, thank you D R Plumbing.

I was assigned Jamco by my home warranty. I saw only 1 star reviews and went, uh oh. HOWEVER, Kirk was very professional and answered all of my questions. He quickly fixed my sinks and told me the brands and what parts I need to periodically replace/clean. I can't speak about the front office, we only spoke once to set up a time. Overall I was impressed with the service.
