Charlie's Plumbing Services

I had high expectations with this company when they visited. I sent them a document detailing my experiences with the problem I had in the hope they might identify a pattern and a possible solution. They were scheduled to show and asked me to invite the water department - which now costs $75. They would have probably got business for at least $2,000 or more as we had two properties with similar problems. The day came for the appointment, and the City was there, and they did not show. We had to call them repeatedly. Then, in the afternoon, they sent an email and said the project was beyond their scope and bad for their business reputation if they failed. Why accept a project if you cannot do it? And why not cancel instead of costing your potential customer $75? I believe the Master Plumber was intelligent enough to do it, and had faith, but I fear he, or his company, lacked confidence and were quite a let down in how they handled this situation.

When we suspected a slab leak, we knew who we could trust to do an excellent job at a fair price with wonderful people to call upon and have into our home - Charlie's Plumbing. Not only did they fulfill our high expectations, but they went beyond. When we took a look at their work, it was beautifully done. Over the years, Charlie's has done everything: repairing toilets, installing new faucets and disposal after new countertops were installed, shower faucet valve replacement and now, rerouting the slab leak through the attic. Every time they come out, they are enjoyable, uplifting, honest, professional and of highest integrity. I enjoy calling because Jesse is a pro at listening, accessing and just being a joy. Tommy, Bryan and Steve are our plumbing heroes. We can count on them to do a job of the highest quality at the best price and do it all happily. I scheduled an appointment for 2/28 with a window of 2-4 pm. I called at 4 and the lady that answered said some one had a water leak that the plumber was dealing with. I asked if he still was going to make it to my house and she said yes. I called back at 530 and it goes to voicemail. I took a half day off work and wasn’t even given a courtesy call letting me know he was going to be late or not show. Terrible customer service I will not be using them to do any work.

Great customer service experience, Arbrey did an excellent job trying to work with me on my project. I didn't get to use them this time because of a timing issue. I have use them before and the service was great.

James and Stephen fixed a major slab leak in my condo today. They were on time, respectful, thorough, careful, professional, and kind to each other and to me! Any future issues--I have a team I can trust! Thank you guys!!

Contacted Charlie's Plumbing when I discovered my old water heater was leaking.  They came out the very next morning and took care of it for me, pronto!  They are trustworthy and did a great job for a reasonable price.  Aubrey is the one you talk to when you call and she is terrific.  Very pleased with Charlie's Plumbing. Definitely recommend them.

They just completed a bathroom remodel for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. Bryen was prompt, cuterous, and a true professional. I have used Charlie's for years and I have always recieved excellent service no matter what my need is.

Charlie’s has been sold to Max Air, an AC Service company. I only found this out after calling Charlie’s l (who I used in the past and they were very good!). They came to my house and I told them I needed valve replaced. He still insisted he had to charge me $89.00 for diagnosing the problem and then gave me a quote for $370.00!!!!! I refused to pay a dime and finally got them out of my house! Attempted several times to sign me up for a service contract. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! Charlie’s is no longer a company you can trust. His good name is now being used to take advantage of people!!!
