I told Rachel that I wanted to have a tech come out and look at the intermittent plumbing problems after I had warranty work done. My plumbing was totally backed up and I wanted someone to take a look at the plumbing valve.The guy that came out 4.5 hrs late as I was scheduled between 8 am to 12 pm and he came at a lille after 4pm said he is just a drain clea er and doesn't get on the roof. He flushed the toilets and said everything looks fine to me and I don't get on roofs, it's against our policy. He said if you need us again. Give us a call and left.

I saw Bryce with ARS on our condo parking lot and asked him about purchasing Drainright. He coordinated the purchase with his office and voila! I am a very happy camper. Periodic use of this solution has kept my condensation line open for about 2 years. Good stuff!

I've scheduled an appointment with ARS through home depot for today between 9am and 1pm for A/C tuneup. Their representative called back at 12:12pm saying that they are behind because they are working on customers without A/C. I told the rep my A/C is not working as well and so the rep changed the order to service instead of a tune up and hung up. At 12:32pm I received a text confirming the appointment between 9am and 10am the same day. I confirmed the appointment by pressing 1 as instructed by the text. At 2:15, I called back to get an eta and but I was told by another rep that I hung up and so the previous rep cancelled the appointment. I told her I never hung up on the previous rep but she insisted that I did and so I told her to go ahead and keep it cancelled and I will go somewhere else. Horrible customer service.

Matthew using the camera equipment found and showed me the roots that were infiltrating around the pipe and joint. He then used a special tool to remove most of the roots to clear the passageway.Both times he took the time to show me what was going on. He did all this work and was so clean about it.He then proceeded to reinstall the toilet, clean around the area and re caulked or apply the sealant. He explained what the next step would be and asked how I wanted to be proceed. He mentioned checking on the availability of a crew and when would it be best for me. So he made an appointment for the afternoon tomorrow.He also went over what the processes might be like when they come.

Service was easy to arrange and Matt was prompt according to the time set. He was friendly, efficient and helpful, resolving the issue and providing information on maintenance and other projects that need to be addressed in the future.

I called at 8:30 am for their $88 drain clean out. Was given a 5 hour window, between 1 and 6 pm, WAS NOT told at that time that if they don't show before 5:00 that the coupon for $88 would not be valid. At 5:15 pm, after taking the afternoon off from work because they could only give me a 5 hour window, I get a call saying they will mot be at my house by 6:00 pm and that because the plumber would be there after 5:00 I could not use the coupon and would have to pay full price!!! WHAT?!?! Because you can only give a 5 hour window, i lost pay taking off work, and you refuse to give the discounted rate because your plumber can't get to me before my alotted time frame!!! SERIOUSLY!?!?! Piss-poor customer service and I will NEVER call again and will definitely NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

This company is a life saver! Neil was so patient, professional, thorough, and friendly, and most importantly, he fixed the problem! Laura, who answered the phones, was also super sweet and helpful! Cannot recommend highly enough. They really rescued my weekend!

We wont be calling them back.We had been using this company for a while but the last two times have caused us concern. We had clean-outs put in for 2 reasons. Number 1 ARS said that if we put them in then the cost to clean a clog would go down considerably because they would not have to go through the vent stack. Number 2 we were having foundation issues and needed the clean-outs to do tests on the water and sewage system. When we ask ARS to put the clean-outs in they assured us they would run the tests and give us a report. That didn't happen and we had to pay an extra 150 for them to come back out and test. We thought clerical error... Well we had another clog near the same place as when we had the guy say hey get clean outs so we called them up expecting it to be ~$100 nope! $300+ because the clog was not in the main line. The amount of effort it took to snake from the vent stack in the guest bathroom to the kitchen sink made me question their tactics. Why not disconnect the sink pipe and snake directly from there? Then that night the washing machine backs up on the drain cycle where it was working perfectly fine the night before. I question whether or not they fully took care of the clog, but I will not call ARS back out to check I will go with a local self employed plumber.For the most part the people are nice, courteous and clean but these last experiences have left me and my husband upset to the point we don't want them near our house.

Tech was great. Explained everything he was doing. Used a camera to make sure the pipe was cleared. He found a long ago repair about two feet from the cleanout and under the house ( before we bought the house 17yrs.) Had started causing a drain problem. Going to get a estimate for repair. I will be using them again.

Got ARS from Clark Howard web site. Called and got a fast response. Plumber came promptly, did exactly what he said he would do to solve my problem. Really like that he gave me a quote for the job before starting. Did a quick and efficient job. I would definitely call again for similar problem.

I will NEVER use this company again. They were supposed to be here (Saturday) between 9-1 but didn't show up until 7:15. Then that of course he (TONY) couldn't do it he gave all these excuses why he couldn't, then they obviously didn't set up another appointment because it wasn't in the computer. Needless to say I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!! Now they can't come out until tomorrow (MONDAY) in the morning. THIS WHOLE TIME WE'VE (a family of 4 with 2 dogs) HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER SINCE FRIDAY EVENING WHEN I CALLED BUT OF COURSE THEY HAD NOBODY TO COME OUT. Seems like they need to hire more people.

The guy who came out to our home was completely rude. He was being very cocky when I asked him questions. He quoted us $750 to do the job and was not very positive about doing it. Needless to say I told him that we didn’t want nor needed his services. We then contacted Benjamin Franklin and within 30 minutes they were here and charged us 1/2 the price!!!!!

Very fast service you should be able to get a plumber within the same day if not the next day, we had issues on our bathroom sink and kitchen sink water was not draining and Benjamin took an excellent care of us for the price of $450, our problem was solved and he mentioned a warranty of 30 days we were very pleased with the service, unfortunately 3 days later we started to get issues on the bathroom sink again and now the bathtub too, when we called the very nice operator said it was not under warranty but she would wave the inspection fee, come to find out one hour before the appointment that it was not under warranty because the plumber said he only fixed the kitchen sink and I would have to pay the inspection fee plus any service if needed. My receipt said issues on the bathroom sink, this was not what I was expecting and I feel lied. Happy for all the other costumers who got a great service and their problem was fixed for more than 3 days

Do not use! I have used them in the past to clean my main drain and this last time I left my teenage son home to pay them. They charged him double for the same service! I have tried to call them 3 times and asked that a manger call me back and I have yet to get a return phone call. Poor customer service.

I called a technician out to my house to clear a bathroom sink line. He couldn't clear the drain and I still got charged. Called corporate and local office and got no help from either. What job in the world do you still get paid for if you are unsuccessful?

Marcus installed two fixtures, a shower head and...a tankless water heater. Service was outstanding. He had installed a faucet a year ago and was great on that project as well. If it's plumbing, call ARS to the Rescue!

The service technician was extremely prompt, polite, and courteous. He did a great job at replacing the garbage disposal. My only complaint is the cost of the service was outrageous . I was charged twice as much as it should have cost.

Brent was the plumber that came out. He provided top of the line professional service. The next day Kody stopped to give an estimate on future repairs to overall solve the problem. Haven’t decided if I’m using this company yet. Be warned they charge to come and give an estimate. It would not have been a big deal if I was told about this in advance so I could have made sure to have the money before they came out. Now I’m short for a different bill as I was not prepared for the fee today. I would have waited !!!

Michael Waldron did a god job the first time he installed my brand new commode, he is very professional and he knows his job. He is my go to man anytime I have issue with any plumbing in my house.

The crew showed up on time after I received a 15 min heads up they were coming. They estimated the job would take 2-4 hrs and they were finished right at 2hrs. They answered all of my questions and were very thorough in giving instructions on how to operate, flush and maintain the unit. Thur installation fee was $300 or more less than other quotes and they picked up the water heater at Lowes on their way as well as removing the broken water heater. Definitely a 5 star outfit.

We called late on Friday and Tony showed up on time Saturday. He was completely upfront and honest with us. He even takes the time to go over everything as well as showing you the whole billing and all. Definitely using them again if the need arises. Their prices are the cheapest no matter a week day or weekend. Everyone else wanted 200-400 just to show up.

The main line cleanout helped to resolve the water backup problem. The gentleman who provided the service was courteous, professional and resourceful. I would happily recommend.

I just have to RAVE about out technician, Neil, from the FT Worth location. I had been looking everywhere for a tech and everyone was so expensive and lacked customer service. ARS was so nice and courteous from the initial call. I couldn’t be home when tech Neil came, but my elderly mother was present. When I got home she raved about how kind, polite and professional Neil was. She said he explained everything to her with patience and even cleaned up afterwards. My mom can be a spitfire but she absolutely loved Neil. Thank you so much for not only fixing our clogged issue but also for being so kind to my elderly mother. I will definitely reach out again!

I called ARS this morning and someone was out within a couple hours. Garrick was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lucky me, my downstairs toilet backed up and flooded the area as I was taking a shower. Found the mess afterwards...cleanup was a nightmare. My Mom told me to call ARS as she had used them in the past, told me they were honest. Well, thank you Mom as I did and they were here within the hour! Zachary was punctual, kind, and most important, he treated my home with respect. My pipes were clogged and needed an auger, which I knew, however Zach found the outdoor clean out line I never could due to landscaping. I actually had a similar issue 2 years prior and called another local plumber who too looked for 20+ minutes and never found it. Zach found it within minutes, dug it up and even showed me the telltale marking on the exterior of my home. This made his job easier and subsequently, made my cost less. He explained everything as he was doing it, what to watch out for in the future and was all around a good guy--he even gave me a first responder discount as I'm an active firefighter/paramedic. Bar none the best experience I've ever had, to which let's be honest, if you're calling a plumber its not for fun. Zach made it painless, but far more important to me, he was honest. Plumber spent more time telling us how much his hourly rate is than actually fixing the issues. Left without actually repairing anything and sent us a bill for over $500. We refused to pay and they got very aggressive and unprofessional. This company has been blacklisted from our vendor list

I didn't like the idea of no one could give me a price for draining service. I had no major issues, it took 2 minutes for the tech to use my plunger to unclog the drain. I was in disbelief when Jamie said he was doing me a favor and the price was $188, i felt like I was getting robbed with the ink pen. Never again will I use them, lesson learned for me.

ARS Plumbing didn’t an excellent job on our drainage problem. They arrived within a couple of hours from calling them, honored their online discount coupon, and completed the job in a short period of time. Great job!

John Foster arrived promptly and was wearing a mask which I appreciated. He explained exactly what he would be doing and all the charges upfront so I knew exactly what i I would be paying. He said if he needed more time than the standard 2 hours, he’d let me approve that before he continued. Luckily he didn’t need any extra time. He cleaned up the area perfectly and gave me hints as how to avoid future issues.

Just paid $89 for a guy to not even try to unclog my toilet, walk around my house, try to sell me on things before giving me a quote for my actual problem, then quoting me $654 to unclog my toilet. The first time I had a clogged toilet and called this business the guy used a tool with a pole and successfully unclogged my toilet w/o upselling me before even touching my toilet and it was much more reasonably priced. I want my money back, absolutely dissatisfied with this guy doing absolutely nothing and charging me $89. I’m in a budget and this is just simply taking advantage of people.

I had a severe and very stubborn clog in both toilets and showers. My repairman, Curtis Smith, was very courteous,professional, and persistent in tackling the situation, I was quite worried he wouldn't be able to get it working but his great attitude put my mind at ease. My only drawback would be it seemed a bit pricey on initial quote, but the hard work he ended up investing on my problem made it a lot easier to handle. If all their repairman are like Mr. Smith, they will always be my choice in the future!

Chris — the on-call plumber — was fantastic, as was the response and overall ‘back office’ service from ARS / Rescue Rooter. Though the problem was actually created by a different HVAC company earlier in the day, ARS got Chris to our door — on a holiday weekend — within 30m. Though he’d been on-call since early in the day, he was exceptionally professional, thorough, and completed the emergency repair quickly. This is the 4th or 5th emergency that we’ve had — perhaps expected as home owners. Things break. However, when water is flooding or sinks are backed-up ARS / Rescue Rooter is the only plumbing company in my contacts-list, and they’ve been able to resolve every one. After 15 years, I’ll never call anyone else.

I was awaken to a running toilet in my master bath after 2am on a Sunday morning. I used google to help me find someone who could give service today. My first call only had 3 techs working today and couldn't assure if someone would be available later today. 2nd call would be for a $200 service call in addition to needed parts. My 3rd call was made to ars where Crystal the dispatcher obtained my Mesquite address to make sure they service my area. I live on the border of Sunnyvale and surrounding cities Balch Springs and Forney. She estimated 30mins it took a little longer for James service tech to arrive. I didn't get upset as I know I live off 80E. His initial diagnosis was to replace the flush valve once that was done he noticed a crack in the fill valve. All I could think is more money but no matter what would get the work done as my work schedule wouldn't allow this to be done during the work week. Thankful that ars rescue rooter was able to have James come out do the repair and no longer hear that running water which was getting on my nerves.

Zack from ARS was on time, friendly and very helpful with my clogged drain. After a camera inspection of my lines kody found a break in my pipe. If they were not thorough with there work, I would be paying much more later on. They are awesome and look forward to continue business with them when needed.

Not professional when coming out to my home and wanting to know what we were actually charged for and all they can say. Is it's a valve replacement nothing else $1300? They wanted to charge us rip off company found another company to do it for $200 do not use this company. Not to mention we have used this company several times and never been charged this amount this is ridiculous

Mike F came by and did an excellent job unclogging my drain! My only suggestion for him is please clean up after u are finished and use ur own rags or absorbent towels. Nothing was put back under the sink, floor was dirty, and one of my towels was used to clean up. Other than that we were pleased with the work 👍🏻

Scheduled appointment, then they called and said due to some emergencies with peoples pipes bursting, they had to re-schedule. So I selected the weekend because they charge you an extra 100 dollars if they show up late to your appointment if your appointment is at the end of the day during the week, which mine was originally scheduled during my only free time after work 5-7 on Tuesday. So I selected Saturday 8am-12, and at 7:30 am on Saturday they called to tell me they did not have the tools to do the job and they had to re-schedule even though they have now had an entire week to be ready for this appointment they made and now they refuse to do the job even when I have bought the tools for them to do the job and I told them I would buy whatever they needed. They said they would call back and they never did.

Had great service from ARS Rescue Rooter and their plumber Phillip Penny who went above and beyond. He was very professional and wouldn't settle with just patching the issue and leaving. He made sure he stayed to check out what the main problem in the house was, and even called another plumber from ARS free of charge to be doubly sure that we knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything he was doing and what the problems could be as he worked.Ask for Phillip Penny next time you're looking for a plumber. Highly recommended.

They installed a two way clean out in my front yard and wrote in my paperwork that they would fix the sprinkler system 1 time if needed. The section of my sprinkler system that has pipes running through the hole they dug stopped working, so I called for a week and just kept hearing they would call me back. They never called me. They sent out a tech while I was at work who dug up my yard and left it. Left me with a large hole in my front yard and a broken sprinkler system and refuse to take any responsibility. They said the tree in my yard caused the problem. This is a very dishonest company and you should not trust what they say even if it is in writing.

These guys are wonderful. DJ and Gary Whitehead was great. They are friendly and so helpful. And didn’t waste a minute. The guys while working, did not even take a break except for lunch. I will recommend these guys highly.

The technician was not personable at all and didn’t explain anything. He never introduced himself, came in like he was in such a hurry to get out of there. The quote was twice what they told me on the phone and definitely more than I have paid for the exact same issue before. I’ll be calling that company back and wouldn’t recommend this one.

I am extremely happy with this company! We had a water main backup and water was pouring out of our two bathrooms. Juliano arrived promptly after I called in, he was a kind, professional and good worker and fixed our main clog issue after a quick assessment . I will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing problems in the future!

Expensive and unable to fix the clog! They gave me an estimate of $240 to unplug my main. They worked 15 minutes and came back and said they needed another $120 to go further down the pipe. They never mentioned before anything about extra charges. I asked them to leave and I would get someone else. They still charged me the $240 and my drain is still clogged.

Do not use them!!! Outside spigot came off and had to shut off water to house. Called at 10 AM. Gave me a window of 2-7 that day. Sat outside from 5:50 waiting. At 7:20 called and was told they tried to call at 6, but it went straight to VM so they cancelled the call! Told that dispatch was already gone so it would be next day for new appointment! (Open 24 hours?!?) I’m guessing they will only “rescue” customers during daylight and in perfect weather...

I called before 9:00am on Monday and was set a time for between 11:00 and 4:00 and would not quote a price over the phone (should I e been my first clue) and they did not arrive until 4:45....quoted us a cost of $300 he lowered that to $250 (with their online coupon) to snake our clogged drain in the kitchen sink, there’s a clean out place on the outside of our house, next to the sink. So in other words, not a difficult job at all, he was hell all of 15 minutes and was done. I feel we were grossly overcharged....yes we could have called someone else, but there’s a whole nother day spent waiting on someone to come fix our sink.

Fast, friendly and fair. Toilets backed up on the 4th of July. Jerry was at our house within an hour of our call. Free service call. Jerry examined the problem, suggested a diagnosis and estimate. Job was finished within 30 minutes. The total price was less than the service call other providers were wanting to charge.....just to come out.

Outrageously overpriced.Had a blocked A/C drain line leaking in the attic and down into the wall, so we called rescue rooter to come out on a Sunday to fix it because obviously we need the AC going in the extreme heat. They got someone to come out same day which was great, but the cost was outrageous. 90 dollar fee just to come out…. Okay I guess it’s a weekend service call, the price to snake one drain?…. 425 DOLLARS. A single, completely straight drain that was easy to access. They were finished with the work in less than 20 minutes. So i guess rescue rooter values their time at a little under 1300 DOLLARS AN HOUR. It’s not the technicians fault, he did a fine job. Clearly the company knows they can charge stupid money for an air conditioning drain because it’s a record heat wave and people are desperate to get it fixed. I won’t be calling them again.

ARS was quick in getting us help with the pipe leak in our irrigation system. Scott was great and made sure that we had our main water turned back on that night. He was able assess the damages and made quick fix. Thank you ARS!

Dear older friend used their service, since she doesn't do research to know what to pay for a typical plumber to come out. Kitchen faucet was leaking and merely needed to be replaced. 2 visits & they replaced a new $80 faucet which cost her $500 a visit, $1100 total for both visits. That's highway robbery to install an $80 faucet!!! Didn't even get the right color faucet, installed a chrome faucet when she has a stainless steel sink. You've been doing plumbing how long now??? Can't even get the right color faucet??? WITHOUT A DOUBT... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ARS.

I am. Land lord and do work on most of my houses myself. I was stuck out of town and we needed a plumber so we called AMS. They came out 2 separate occasions on the same day for the same issue. It must have been a slow day because my tenant said 3 people showed up. Looking at the invoice it clearly states they planned on doing a service which costs 340 dollars but it also says the service was not completed due to their inability to find the entry location for the procedure. They still sent me a bill for 340 dollars. The second time they came out that day to fix the issue they gave me an 11000 dollar estimate which I firmly rejected. I called another plumber the next morning and the issue was resolved for 98 dollars. This company is a joke and I plan on calling the BBB right after I post this. Have a great day but please dont use this company.

This review is in regards to ARS Rescue Rooter employees Mike Waldron and Juan Terrazas, along with supervisor, Chip.Mike Waldron with ARS was a HUGE help today (7/11/19) . (I called about my bathtub not draining.) When he figured out that it was a block, not a clog, he continued to try to fix it and break the block. Mr. Waldron tried several times, and figured out that it was deeper in the pipes than originally thought to be. It was determined that grout had gotten washed down in there from our recent renovations in the bathroom, so he told me he would set up an appointment with a specialist for me as soon as possible (which will be tomorrow morning)Mr. Waldron also took a look at a couple of other maintenance issues I have had in my house and gave me some advice on how I can maintain certain appliances to extend the usage. he also gave me some pointers and suggestions on how to prevent blockages and clogs in my kitchen. Mr. Waldron was very friendly. his customer service skills & plumbing skills are very valuable to have in his line of work, because I felt like I was putting my home in good hands. I am so excited that I have found a trustworthy company that’s composed of some very knowledgeable individuals to make repairs on my house. Mr. Terrazas explained to me in depth, the issues that were happening in my house, what was causing them, and a few of the different solutions that I have to choose from. Mr. Terrazas and his supervisor were generous when working with me on a pricing option, and Mr. Terrazas even worked around my schedule to come visit with me again and set a time and date for when to begin the work that’s going to be done on my house. ARS/Rescue Rooter was doing repair work at our neighbors house when my wife spotted a leak in our kitchen ceiling. I noticed the tech getting ready to leave neighbors house when I ran out and explained our situation. The tech immediately came over, assessed our situation and let his company know we needed immediate help so he was able to begin work immediately. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and contacted a water damage repair company on our behalf. This company really went above and beyond to help us out in a difficult situation and for that we are extremely grateful!! Will definitely be using them for any other plumbing needs and would definitely recommend them.

Called 6:15 in the evening for a plumbing emergency in Euless Texas. They made it seem like they could have someone out that evening with text and email giving me a confirmation and window of time. I even called to double confirm. But, no one ever came and I called again after the time window at which time they still could not reach the local technician and said maybe tomorrow. I lost precious hours during which I could’ve had someone else come in and save the evening.

They were nice and honest enough to tell me up front they were booked up solid and they couldn't get to me until the next day and suggested I find another company to do the work and put me on the list for the next day and asked me to call and cancel if somebody else gets the work done. The people over the phone were nice but the plumber would take too long to arrive. I was told a plumber would arrive between 1-5 PM (thats a pretty large window of time, we spent a whole saturday afternoon waiting for a plumber to show up) but no one came. Called at 5 to ask if the plumber was still coming and was told he was running late. After a few minutes I decided cancel and called back. The guy over the phone said the plumber had just so happened to become available, I wasn't buying that BS so I still canceled.

In 2018 ARS installed a brand new Carrier Air Conditioner Unit. We spared no expense and were told we were receiving a top line unit. In 2020, the capacitor died. In 2021, our a/c line froze, but they also discovered that there is another flaw with the compressors, there may be a coolant leak, and that THEY incorrectly installed a breaker box (none of these caused by the a/c line freeze).We will never use ARS again. We have spent over $15K in three years for HVAC parts and labor and have received subpar HVAC service. The team is clueless.Do not use them.

Was not good!Had an emergency, was told someone was coming between 1:00-3:00 or sooner since it was urgent ( I had water flooding the condo) from a defective shut off valve.When I called back @ 3:00 she said her guy was still working.She was going to send someone just to cap the line… which was great.The guy arrived and thought he was to shut the main water line for the building and leave (Saturday afternoon)!He said he wasn’t a plumber and didn’t have the tools or was told that’s what he was to .do!! It was a total mess .I’ll never call them for help again!!

I called on Wednesday book an appointment for that eve 4 to 8. At 430 You called back and changes app to thursday 8 to 10. I called at 1030 finally here at 11. It was too cold to workU could tell he did t want to be here. Don't think his snake line was long enough. Told me when he comes back it would be 700 to 800 to power wash my line. But he poked a hole in it for now.Merry Christmas

Tech responded, found out, hot water over heater, switch was turned unknowing to hot, check relief valve, ok.

I called last night to have somebody come out to look at my AC because it keeps going on and off. They said to come out at night would be $119 and daytime would be $79. So I decided for May 24 at 8am. They gave me an ETA window of 8am to 12pm. At 9:37am they call me that they were making me 2nd on their route and that the tech would be at my home before noon. At 1:35pm I called them to what was the ETA. A woman name Nikki picked up and passed me to a dispatcher to get an ETA. The dispatcher then said that she will check the techs route and that Nikki would call me right back. It is 2:11pm and still no call. I wasted the whole day on them and receive no help. Don’t count on this company to help you. My kids will be spending another hot day on the house just because I trusted ARS/ Rescue Rooter. I had to scheduled an appointment with Sunny services. Bad customer service thanks ARS for nothing

Benjamin was honest with me and professional even though he couldn’t do the job because I had already done what was needed to be done myself on my French drain system. Everything else would have destroyed the drain system so he told me I will need a landscaping company that specializes in French drain systems

We just had service by Juan from rescue Rooter. I gotta say this is the most professional tradesman I have ever met and I work in construction!He was super nice, helpful, very good about explaining what he was doing and the whole process. Do not use this company unless you want to overpay!!!! I was quoted over $600 in total to replace a $10.00 part on a toilet. The technician was rude when I turned down the quote. I called and spoke to someone in the home office and they told me they have a set corporate price. After calling around, this was way over what is standard. Like they say in their google responses....they are not the least expensive.

My appointment for a quote was scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday. When Saturday rolled around and it was 11:00am and no one showed up or called I decided to call them. I was told my appointment was scheduled with their after hours answering service and I actually had a 10:00-2:00 window. Fine, no big deal. 2:00 rolled around and still no one showed or called. Finally at 5:00 I received a call and they apologized. They were stuck on a job and wanted to reschedule for Sunday from 10:00-2:00. I was annoyed but agreed. On Sunday the SAME THING happened. I sat around from 10:00-2:00 and no one showed up OR called. I finally got a call at 5:00 and they wanted to reschedule for Monday and offered $50 off for the inconvenience. Yeah right! Why would I want to take time off work for them to not show up a 3rd time?!

They are total unfair with their price they will rip you off. They told me that they would charge me 250 dollors to get the job done after an hour they go like it will be extra 129 for another hour added on top of it still the job dont get done and charge me another 187 dollors. They get to the middle of the job and start barganing on the hours and the job, they be like so far here is the total if you want to go firthur this will be the amount added on top of it. They will trap you because you job dont get done and you have no choice telling them go ahead. Would not recomend them even to the enemy!!

The tech was rude and lacking in social skills. When I had valid questions, he answered me like I was stupid. When he was having difficulty, he would throw his tools down and cuss. He had to borrow a socket wrench from me. A tech without the necessary tools? The first appointment, he was 5 hours late. Second appointment he was 3 hours late. Positive? My a/c got fixed.

This is the second time I have used this company for plumbing services. They are very fair with their pricing and do not try to get you to pay more for services. They will be my go to for service from here on out.

Scott, the technician, was very informative of the problem with where the water leak was coming from and how he would fix it. He explained the process and roughly how long things would take. The water leak was fixed before the 1/30/23-2/2/23 freeze. When the roads were safe to drive again, he came out to make sure nothing froze over. Would highly recommend Rescue Rooter and Scott.

Received a phone call within 5 minutes of sending a online message for service. Had a plumber at the house within the hour. Robert solved the problem I had. And, gave me some pointers on the trade. We have a outside sewer pipe plugged raw sewedge was flowing from the inside drains onto the floors of the home. We called them to come and rotor the drains. They told us that they didn't do that and couldn't help us and hung up on me. That is false advertising on their website.

I have used ARS Rescue Rooter twice now. Both times they’ve come out to our church to perform different services. Both times the technicians were amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as friendly, and Professional.This last time Scott Smiley was the technician who came out. My experience with this guy has been amazing. I had a problem. I thought it was the end of the world for our bathroom… Scott was out with a solution, cost analysis, and then perform the service all very promptly and effectively. I even messed something up reinstalling the toilet later and he came back out the next day, fix the problem help me install the toilet, and was so friendly and professional. What a great company and what super employees! And our church here at North Point I have made ARS Rescue Rooter go to company. Never use the service They tried to charge me457.50$ to replace 2 valves then he said if I couldn't afford it he can get me financing by offering to sell me a heater for 1930.75$So needless to say I went to home depot And lows to find something to fix it and I came across shark bite faucets that all you do is clean the pipe and press Amman and it fixed my problem 20 bucks for 2 basically So instead of pay in the 457 50 I did the whole thing for 20 bucks plus gas to get there which wasn't much Really scandalous really sideways don't trust these guys I have pictures of the so called Written estimate that they gave to me if you wanna see them👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We had a clogged line on a weekend, of course, so we called ARS Rescue Rooter and they came when they said they would. Zach was professional and completely transparent. He gave us several options rather than only telling us the higher priced options and then gave us tips on how to prevent clogs in the future. I would definitely recommend!

Used online request form, got a call, set up appointment for this morning 8-10. At 10 they weren't here so I called to find out what was up, backed up due to weather. An hour and a half later I get a call telling me they don't service my area. I had given the address 3 times, once in the web, 1 time when they called, and again when I called. No one said anything so I've wasted half the day and now can't get anyone else till tomorrow. I can't even understand how this happened!

They were quick to respond to my request. The service technician was very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. I also asked for a quote on a water heater that I will have installed at a later date. Garrick was very prompt and did the job in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Actually, the Master technician connected our gas line to a beautiful firepit we purchased. He did a wonderful job, explaining as he went, as he had to change the gas pipe from the patio deck to fit under our firepit. He saved us $ by not having to build a platform for it!

I called up for a sink that was not draining. I spent 15 min on the phone making confirming they service my area. The employee on the phone said they did. so I wait for my appointment the next day and right before the end of the appointment window they call back up and will not come out to my house because it's too far away.

Service order 5910420 ref# WSH3321232 could not get free camera of mainline without first paying $114 for drain clean and cabling of mainline that was not needed did not have any clogs in the line tech gave me $2450 estimate of pipe separation that I did not have they also said if I wanted pictures of damage line I would have to pay over $400 for a separate camera fee since the free camera does not provide pics, no thanks, thanks to l&s and service company plumbing which I highly recommend over rescue rooter, service company did camera for under $100 and checked the whole home for any leaks or plumbing issues and provided visuals of clean pipes throughout house all the way to the front curb I don’t recommend rescue rooter because they are liars and they showed up several hours late almost cost me to sell my home for $2450 lesser then asking price or buyer may have walked because of false information from rescue rooter and I ask Evelyn manager for refund was told I would get one and after 3 weeks goes by I called manager back and was told they changed mind and could not provide a refund of the $114 do not I repeat do not use this place for plumbing repair or diagnostic

Called Saturday morning to schedule an appointment with ARs I scheduled an appointment for Saturday November 24th between 12:00 and 2:00 nobody showed up between that window called back they stated it will be between 2 and 4:00 got a telephone call stating that they were 30 minutes out and I waited no show around 6:00 I call back and they stated that they would have the tech call me stated due to the holidays that he was running way behind wanted to know if it was okay for him to come tomorrow I agreed on Saturday the 25th the text showed up was quarter the price of $400 just to run a Roto-Rooter down the sink p trap ask him why it was so expensive he stated because of the weekend. I felt that the company was unfair due to it not being mine fault that the appointment was moved to the weekend I did not use the service for that reason

I am going to have to call them back out because I am still experiencing problems. The guy who came out was nice enough, it's just that I have 16 feet from my clean out to the street and he told me that if he goes further than 4 feet in he will have to charge me more!! WHAT?! It's 16 feet! Just clean the thing out for the $200 I gave you! It's not back-breaking work to run a hose through a pipe!!!! I have the feeling I'm going to have to eat the $200 I paid them to do a snake my line. Sad, I am a single mother living on a disability income. What a way to take advantage of your clients! I am VERY disappointed that I handed over that much money to someone who snaked a line for literally one minute or maybe more. What a scam! I'll let y'all know if they come back out and do it right without charging me again.

First the guy didn’t want to take my $83 coupon and he said the best he could do is $93 so I went with $93. At first he wanted to charge me $344 for cleaning the sewer drain until I showed him the coupon. And apparently he didn’t like the coupon at all so he quickly ran the line down the drain one time and left. Personally I think his license should be revoked and come to think about it I think I’m going to call whoever is in charge of that type of thing to see if I can’t get his license revoked.

They came out in very prompt timing and had me look at the camera so I would be knowledgeable about what was going on and what to accurately tell the city. Thank you.

Great service provided during inclement weather! The tech came out promptly explained what he would do, gave me two outcomes as to where it would go and what it would cost. He used the camera equipment to check where the issue was and what was causing it and he was able to clear the main line blockage using the camera in less than 20 min. This is the worst company ever. Canceled on me 3 times. Booked at one price for service and was advised a different price. Terrible service. I gave up trying to have them service both of my homes.

He was sent the same day, because an uncontrolled leak is an emergency call. I let him know that our other 2 toilets also had broken cutoff valves and issues with running. He replaced all 3 valves, rebuilt 2 of the toilets, and replaced parts to repair the third. Pricing was transparent, since he looked in his pricing book while he wrote up the estimate and explained everything to me. He was great at listening to my needs and giving me options. Now I have 3 toilets that work like new. I will definitely use them again.

After a recent negative experience with another contractor, ARS was a breath of fresh air! They were the contractor recommended by Lowe's to install my hot water heater. Everyone I spoke to at ARS a very courteous and professional.Mike, in sales, came over soon after I contacted them. He gave me his recommendations, drafted up the agreement, and set me up with an appointment for first thing the next day.Daniel and Zarhan (I apologize for butchering this name) were on time, got straight to work, and cleaned up after themselves.You never know what to expect when calling a contractor for the first time, but I can tell you this: I've added ARS to my call again contractor list.

This is a scam of a company. I had a small water leak started after the City of Arlington replaced the water meters. Although they caused the problem, the city said it is our responsibility and sent a threatening letter indicating if the problem is not fixed within 30 days, they would disconnect the water.'I found ARS as they show up on top in Google search. Supposedly, they offer free estimates. The guy came, refused to do anything. I had to pump out the water to show him where the leak was. He said I had a blue quest line, which was illegal and that they were not allowed to work on them. This is a total scam. He said my only option was to replace the line from the meter to the house and it would cost around $3800 (an estimate). They are vultures trying scare tactics to steal people's money. So please be careful when you deal with this company. Eventually, I found another individual (very experienced plummer), who fixed the entire problem for $50. By the way, the blue quest line that ARS plummer indicated was about a foot long, it was just an inter connection pipe.I cannot believe how they try to rip you off.

Mr. Mike to the rescue!!!! He took care of our family at MIDNIGHT, and worked hard to clear a main blockage. Before leaving he tested all drain pipes to make sure everything was flowing as it should and even tested our water heater. Excellent service very friendly man! Highly recommend Mr. Mike!

Our technician, Robert J. was amazing. He arrived on time and was so professional. He came in and reviewed what needed to be done and explained everything to us and gave us the price. He got to work right away and had the job complete so quick we almost didn't believe it. Sure enough, not only did he do the job quickly and correct, but he also cleaned up the area, which he was not responsible for. He really made us feel comfortable about the process, and truth be told, he was a pretty cool guy. We'll not only use this company again, but they better send Robert. :)

Unfortunately this morning (Sunday) this happened while cleaning up from the night before. I am writing on behalf of my 80 year old Aunt. She had a plumbing issue this week. She called at 2:00 pm and they did not show up until 10:10 that evening. They were there less than 15 minutes. One of the plumbers did not even get out of the car! She was charged $360 for unclogging her toilet! This is outrageous! She does not have a computer or smart phone to access the internet! It is terrible to take advantage of people, especially our senior citizens! I would never recommend this company!

I have a toilet that was occasionaly overflowing and thought I needed to have my main line serviced. Brent came out and told me that the problem was just the toilet itself, that it was older and should probably be replaced. This company could have come out here and done a service that was not needed and taken my money but instead they were honest and left here without me paying them anything. They have given me a fare estimate to replace the toilet and I truly appreciate their honesty and professionalism.I highly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

1 star is the only way I could post, they deserve no stars at all. Called ARS around 1pm, was told it would be a window opening till 7pm. Received a call around 4pm that they were at my home. When told them no they wasn't, they called out the address. At that time I told them that was the wrong address. And that I had given them my address 2times, even spell out for them. Trying to stay calm, I gave them the correct address again. They said they were a few blocks away. I waited for another hour to only get a call saying that they didn't service mobile homes. After I was told they did, and they popped up on the goggle list for that specific service. Smh, I did not even receive a simple apology for my time being wasted. Good luck to anyone that choose to use this company.

Our AC stopped working because our over flow drain was clogged. In this heat, it was critical we got help quickly. We had a repair man on site within an hour of calling. He fixed the issue and our AC was restored. Great experience. Highly recommend.

07/08/2019Called up Gary again. He arrived a little late but only because he was dealing with a flooding emergency before my appointment. He also made sure he called me to let me know. My toilet in the Master's Bedroom was leaking and had a damaged overflow tube. He gave me an estimate and immediately worked on the problem. He did a clean and excellent job. My toilet also had hand rails to assist my disabled mother and he was kind enough not to charge me extra to get through the rails. He also worked through the rusty bolts beneath the toilet and suggested I have that looked at next time. I will definitely call Gary again if I need to replace my old toilet.05/04/2019My upstairs toilet was leaking through the supply valve with a broken flush valve. I tried to do it myself by watching YouTube but it only made things worse. I felt it was an emergency so I called ARS rescue Rooter and the dispatcher was patient and helpful. 30 mins later Master Plumber Gary Whitehead showed up and took care of everything well between 10 - 15 mins. I was so appreciative of the work and Gary was very professional and informative. Thank You for calming me down with my problem and giving me peace of mind. I will certainly call Gary again if there’s any plumbing issues I face.

Worst company on the planet told me they would be at my house between 1-6 they called at 8:00pm to reschedule for 10-2 the next day finally showed up 4:00pm this guy tracked mud all over my carpet and left it SOAKING WET got the roter rooter line stuck in my toilet line cut it off left it there hanging out of the floor and then tried to charge me $1,500 for thier mistake I was so furious I asked him to leave and then his supervisor showed up to try and get the line out and was there for amost 3 hours after i asked them to GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! talking to me like trash the whole time never got the line out wrecked my bathroom made my problems so much worse and more expensive, terrible experience what FOOLS!!!!

Discussed multiple options to fix my stopped up toilet problem and allowed me to see the camera scope as they did it and explained everything as they went so I was satisfied that everything they told me was legit.

Their prices are ridiculous. Better options out there. Literally just needed the control valve replaced I had the part they just needed to install it and they quoted me $800. The part that irritated me the most was that they couldn’t give me a quote over the phone they sent a tech to inspect the issue and then he gave me the price for the repair. The price was was so stupidly high I declined service, but they charged me for the visitation fee. I got robbed in broad daylight, the tech was there a max of 5 mins and he ended up walking out with $90. Ridiculous! The tech was professional and polite no problem with his service. I’m disappointed in their processes and pricing. I ended up finding another company with reasonable prices to do it.

We hired ARS/RR in June 2018 to clear a clogged line. The first tech to come out was able free the blockage. Unfortunately for us, our home does not have an exterior clean-out so the tech had to remove our toilet and go through the interior sewage line. While retrieving his snake equipment, he flung the sludge from the sewage line on the bathroom walls surrounding the toilet and neglected to clean it up. Rather than cause a stink, we cleaned up the mess as best we could and moved on.Fast forward a short time and our clog problem returned. ARS/RR sent out a different tech. He re-snaked the line, cleaned up additional sludge that was hidden behind the tank from the first tech, and apologized for our experience the first time around. As he was leaving, he dropped his wet vacuum in our hallway and spilled all of the water he had sucked from our toilet on our hardwood floors and new baseboards. Once again, we did our best to clean up the mess but accidents happen and we went on our merry way for quite a while.In May 2019, I noticed the grout surrounding the toilet they had used to snake had become discolored. I pulled off the toilet to see what was wrong to discover the wax ring did not reach the toilet flange. Our flange is recessed (it's installed flush with a mud bed with tile laid on top) so we've had almost a full year of toilet flushes with an ineffective wax ring allowing liquid to seep between our mud bed and tile.I think 1-star reviews are given more often than they should be but I think ARS/RR deserves this one. Either of the first two issues would have been easily forgivable (and they were forgiven for almost a year) but to call out a service, pay almost $200, clean sewage sludge off your walls after the first visit, clean toilet water out of your hallway after the second, and then find out a year later a simple wax ring installation was botched is ridiculous.On 5/29/19, I called and spoke with Vicki about our experience and frustration with their service. She informed me that the manager would be calling to discuss our situation. Three days later I have still not heard from the manager and can only expect they would rather ignore my problem than talk to me about it.

They charge 88.00 for everything. I had a different company out that had a promo but when they got here they wanted to charge more. This company didn’t charge a dime over their price they told me. We been using this company for over 15 years and was satisfied until Sunday 1-18-2021 the worker that came didn't even.want to check the water heater he kept saying if I touch it its an automatic 180.00 we kept asking how can you tell.me what the problem is without touching the water heater he just said your warranty has expired last year so you need a new tank its only been 7 years. We finally called a different company who came Bakers Brothers who came and told us what was wrong with it.

Had a bathtub slow drain since Sunday and tried every super unclog liquid there was and no avail. I was told a tech would be at my home yesterday, after hours of not hearing anything I called and was told they tried calling me numberous times but my voicemail was full, they NEVER called me!!! I gave them my number AGAIN, this happened 2 more times, I gave me number to them a total of 4 times. They ended up showing up at my door at almost 8 pm, then charged me $119 just for driving out there when they never called me so I called another plumber, they also wanted to charge $500 to unclog the toilet in my small house. Will never recommend. I have tried calling today to speak to a supervisor since I don't think it is fair that they didn't provide any service and didn't do anything to deserve the $119, of course I can't reach anybody to help or talk to.

Grandson clogged the toilet with tons of toilet paper and wipes. Used all the tricks to get it unclogged to no avail and it came up in the shower when plunging. NASTY! Called 3 plumbers who did not answer. ARS answered and had a plumber out in less than 45 minutes on a Sunday morning. Jack worked tirelessly for hours to get it unclogged.

The ARS technician, (Jacob) arrived within the given timeline, All the while having to traverse the extreme icy weather conditions to complete the service call. He was extremely professional, with impecable personable service. Also, very knowledgeable with the heat pump operations and Nest Thermostat programming, providing a complete system operational check..Jake also pointed out the heat pump could use a soft start kit which would increase the effeciency and longevity of the unit while reducing the in-rush current needed for compressors to start by 60%, thus minimizing potential damage to compressors from mechanical shock hard-starting current surges.The dispatcher was thorough and complete with timing and notifications.The entire ARS experience is highly recommended. As I am certain any of the services performed would provide the same great experience.

I scheduled an appointment to have a technician come out between 1:00-5:00. I waited at home for 5 hours to be told a technician stated no one was home and left. I have cameras outside my home, and no technician showed up. I called at 5:08 to find out the ETA on where the technician could be to be told he showed and no one was home. We were rescheduled for 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and I called back at 7:00 pm and was told the technician would not be coming. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Made an appointment and was told someone would be out the next day between 8a and 11am then when the guy confirmed the Appt before I hung up he changes the appointment to 8a to noon on that Saturday.About 1215p I called and was told they couldn’t find my appointment. And then when she actually took time to look she found it only to tell me the Appt was from 8a -12p. I already knew this and even explained that to her when I called.I was told someone in dispatch Laura I think said my appt was changed to later. I finally reached Laura after playing phone tag for several calls.She then tells me someone would be out between 3 and 4pm that day she thinks. I was already assigned a tech and they have emergencies. As if my issue wasn’t an emergency.Needless to say I made several calls back with no one or knowing what was going on. It was after 6pm now and no one showed up nor did they call me. Your customer service stinks!! And I will make sure to put this review on every website i can find with your business.Sunday around 130p Laura called to tell me know one came out. And said she told her manager everything that was going on and doesn’t know why no one showed up. Then she had the audacity to aak if I wanted to make another appointment.The words that I wanted to say to her I didn’t. Don’t ask me to email you to discuss this issue. They came out Tuesday to unclog my toilet.The plumber was nice and gave us a deal.I was satisfied and if it ended their I would've given a 5 🌟,but today,two days later my toilet is stopped up again.i called at 10:30 am.it is now 10 pm on the dot.no one has showed.i had to reschedule cause I have 2 kids that are tired.so I have had to be without a toilet all day.thank goodness one of my kids is still in diapers but the other is just potty trained and I have a non working toilet! I'm hoping I don't have to wait alllll day again tomorrow 😟

They were prompt, coming out the day I called. Juan was excellent and provided an alternative solution to our slab leak issue. We opted for his suggestion. He wrote up the order and went over the cost then called a technician, DJ who came out within 30 minutes. DJ went right to work and worked hard to get the job done same day. Very pleased with both Juan and DJ. We have used ARS Richland Hills before and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

ARS's HVAC service is reasonably priced; the technicians are knowledgeable, courteous; and will answer any questions. They went out of their way to explain their A/C check up to my buyer no less. My Buyer had some misconceptions about the condition of my AC system based on mis-information from her inspector. Some inspectors know just enough information on AC systems to be dangerously wrong.

This company tries to prey on customers who they feel don't know any better. Homeowner needed a small repair done to a 2' piece of pipe near the water meter. She even dug the hole for them. They came over and quoted her $1200 to do the job. After she refused, they haggle down the price two more times down to $400. For the same work!! I emailed their corporate office in Memphis about this incident and no response. This company needs to be stopped from preying on people.

The guys who came were very helpful and friendly. They cleaned up both of our drains and located 2 cracks in our pipes. Mike set up an appointment for a care specialist to come out, look at it and quote the cost for the very next day. So thankful to have them out on a Saturday.

Our water heater is very old and could definitely use replacing but he gave me an estimate on what I could have done to get it working now as well as what replacing it would cost. He also made a call to the office about a discount that he didnt have to do. I will definitely be using/recommending them!

I have a customer that used this company for a damaged sewer line and they completely took advantage of them. They charged them over $7000.00 to fix a broken sewer line that was only 40' long and the majority of the excavating was completed by our company as well as the backfill and restoration. We tried working with them but the manager Evalyn Pinkston was completely rude and unwilling to work with the situation as well as the Technician Gary Whitehead who completely lied and inflated the time and materials on this job. I would highly recommend getting multiple quotes for repairs prior to paying any company like this one a ridiculous amount of money for a repair that should have never cost anybody more than 1500.00 to 2500.00 dollars.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I'm very glad I reached ARS Rescue Rooter. I called another plumber at 5:15pm before I contacted them. That other plumber said that he couldn't come out and there were no plumbers working this late. Knowing that was a lie, I called ARS and I was told that Chris would be at my house in 30-45 minutes. Sure enough, Chris got there right on time, looked at the problem and, after setting up, he had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. I'll never call anyone but ARS from this point forward. Great service, great people, and excellent pricing. I highly recommend them!

Zachary Meadow came out today, on a Sunday to clear our drain. We have roots in our very old cast iron pipes. We have had another company come out several times and they would clear the clog but not offer to cam the line to find out what the issue is without us paying $500. Zach came out and cammed the line and showed us all the issues that we need to address. He was quick to schedule us a follow up appt for tomorrow (a holiday) to have someone come and give repair costs. He explained a few scenarios and explained that ARS has financing options for big jobs. Overall he was very courteous, did not leave a mess behind, was very prompt and so helpful. Plumbing repairs are always scary but I’m so grateful that I found ARS and look forward to getting repairs made, thanks Zach!

The tech informed me he do not know how to work on galvanized piping and did not have tools to fix my issue. Informed me someone else will have to come out and assist me. Cost me 89.00 for him to come out and say that. I had to go to Lowes and purchased parts to fix it, talked with staff at lowes and they gave me what I needed.

I had a stopped up drain for my washer in the garage. Mike W. came and cleaned it out and then ran the washer to verify that it did drain properly again! He also checked my hot water heater to make sure there was not a gas leak. He also recommended that I have the water heater drained and a cut off valve and drip pan added. Mike was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely request him if I need service again in the future.

I called up rescue rooter to come and repair a clogged pipe. Service professional was very rude. My bathroom was clean when he got here and this is how he left it. And before you ask, yes that is feces all over my floor. It took 2 hours & half a bottle of bleach to clean my restroom.Service professional refused to assist us in removing toilets, he said “it’s about $125 to remove each toilet and 225 to put each back on it’d be best for you to just go to Home Depot and buy the wax ring and do it yourself”Will not recommend to anyone and will not use in the future. Not to mention, $280 to unclog a pipe is absurd.

No no and no...they only spent about 15 min ...walked around house ..said I had no out side access..so they would have to pull toilet up ...and go threw there ...never even tried to snack threw it ...just went straight to it be around 700 to unclog toilet..No thank you ..Called different company they went on roof ..had it unclog with in 20 min ..ran camera...all way to street ..never had to pull toilet...and it was under 300 ..Can not believe they went straight to most expensive..Bad would not recommend this company..

I called at 6am about a non-emergent plumbing issue. The women who answered was polite, professional, and helpful. She asked if I would be available between 8-12 which I was. I received a phone call at 8:20ish saying they had a plumber that could come and take a look at my problem.Juan and John came out to check things out. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were prompt, informative, personable, and didn’t seem mind the time it took to try and recreate my plumbing issue. After inspection they felt comfortable saying that it had fixed itself for now, but if I see bubbling or things start backing up again to call them. I felt bad they ended coming out without having them fix anything, but they were very friendly about being called out for nothing.I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing needs. It wasn't our fault that they were running late, so we felt we shouldn't be charged extra. Canceled the appt after that.

Had an outdoor faucet give out last Sunday about mid morning, I cut my water off myself and made the call. Spoke with with Charles and they were out within 5 hrs. Late nite stool clogged problem. Called ARS about 9PM and Mike made it to the house about midnite( he had a couple of other jobs before ours). Had to rotor route the main line. Tony was our plumber and he did an extraordinary job. Our main line drain was clogged and all of our toilets had backed up . Tony spent the time and thoroughly assessed the problem and after a lot of work totally corrected the situation. GREAT JOB THANKS
