I hired them after signing up with the monthly plan. Honestly they were very informative, professional and patient with us. I will be using them monthly as these guys are trustworthyUpdate****Even better customer service. We had one guy (Aaron) who came to fix our outside AC fan as a second day process. Then something happened with one of my AC units (which had nothing to do with the one being worked on) I addressed the issue with him and he solved the whole problem and went beyond my expectation. Have no regrets in signing with these guys and I will be their customer for a long timeHad multiple plumbing problems including detached sink, toilet malfunction. That’s when Larry came to help. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. It took multiple trips due to the design of our sink but we got it done. Larry even fixed my toilet when it wasn’t even on his schedule. My wife and I had a rupture in our water main. Walton, ACE's parent company, did the work to fix it, and we could not be more pleased. Wayne and his team were prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. They coordinated the entire job, including working with the town to get a new meter installed. Walton was also half as expensive as our other quote. They even came the next day to fix the cement in the wall and spread mulch and grass seed on the dirt patch left from the hole.

It was all done in two mornings. I had no idea what to expect in this process, but my expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. I hope to never have an issue like this again, but if we did, we'd definitely call Walton/ACE.

Called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. Took care of my clogged sink, in and out within 30 mins.

They go hard!!

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

We worked with supervisor Chad today to review possible leaks with plumbing and he was very thorough and extremely professional. he spent extra time to explain problems that existed and showed us photographs as well which was very educational. thanks Chad for all your work. Bud

This was the most unprofessional work one had tried to do for me. The technician comea to my door in this covid-19 season without a face mask I had to ask him to get one. then he goes to my attic where he was supposed to fix the head of the water heater vent that disconnectEd from the water heater. He first said it was caused by people who changed my roof. I told him that was over 9months ago and so that couldn’t be so as he tried to force the disconnected vent head to the the water heater and he broke the elbow connecting the vent through the roof. He said the home warranty wouldn’t cover it he needed to tell the authorization department. He actually filled a report that he met the whole vent broken and left from there. He had the dislodged vent placed on my air conditioning duct work thank God I went back to check upstairs. He had not the know how nor the decency to take responsibility for damaging my property. Such a person should not be trusted with peoples properties.
