John came out the first time promptly so it seems stated our builders incorrectly did everything yet seems he only put a bandaid on the problem at hand, within not even a week same thing leaking again, to make a long story short he never fixed anything it's still leaking after his 3 attempts. I called and stated it's been 3 times I think we are going to go with someone else get another opinion etc but due to the fact we are still in the same boat can we get some sort of refund cuz u didn't do ur job? It was as though I lit a fire in his butt cuz our came attitude completely unprofessional and not taking any ownership whatsoever and playing the blame game, making excuses and justifying everything trying to tell me he can come do this and that but why would I let this man back into my house after yelling at me and treating me this way on top of 3 failed attempts ??!!! He even hung up on me then not long later had his wife call to finally cave and say she'll send us some money back! I've never dealt with someone more rude and unprofessional ever I don't see how he has a business if he thinks it's okay to treat his clients that way. Do not use him it's a waste of ur time and money!!!

These guys were amazing! They came in and were able to fix our backed up drains within just a few hours. Robert and Brian (sorry if I got the names wrong) were quick and left everything clean when they were done. They were even able to come back the next day when I forgot to have them repair a separate issue with the toilets. I am so happy to be able to use our plumbing again! And on a separate note they were both super sweet to my pets which is always a win.

I texted and called and got prompt service. However, when the tech left At lunch time, after he installed a new water heater, I was told the water was heating. 4 hours later, still no warm water. They came back about 6 and around 7 pm, after much ado, decided it was a breaker. He went to lowes and came back with the wrong breaker insisting he didn’t know and had sent his boss pictures and that’s what he was told to buy. I had him leave since it was bedtime. The next morning, I called and asked for a different service person. The original guy showed up, and I asked him to leave (since he kept insisting he isn’t an electrician and was not going to work in the panel/breaker box.) After several calls, the “owner” agreed to send an electrician even tho that was “above and beyond their work”. Electrician installed a new breaker… and checked the work the tech did… and the LICENSED electrician said no hot water was likely because of a bad connection made by the plumber. Less than 30 minutes after he arrived water was HOT. $3000 (for a $700 water heater) and 28 hours later… after being told I was rude, I got hot water. Like the previous review… if you have extra money and time to waste, these are the folks to call!!! If I could give minus stars I would.

I sent company a review via text. I called and asked do you replace elementin the first call before the guy came. They said we don't know until we get there. Free estimate. The guy comes. I ask him do you replace element? He says no. I said i asked before you came and now that you are here you dont do that. I said what about a washer for leak on sink. He goes to look. Comes back says no. Tells me we replace the whole thing and replace water heater. I said you can leave now. You came for nothing. I asked before you came if yall replace element. I was told free estimate on the phone. The guy was not here 5 mins. I told him my plan was to do it myself but wanted the free estimate for the element replaced. And after he said we don't do this. I said you're a plumber! What do you mean you don't do that? Then told him you can l leave now. I get a bill today saying I owe them. Really. Free estimate? Scam artist. Reporting to the BBB.

Tried to sell us new water heater for many thousands of dollars for what turned out to be $100 parts and labor from a different company. Our waterheater works like a top. I complained to BBB and wrote a.negative review. I can't recall ever writing a negative review about anything. I felt compelled.

I only give it 4 stars because the labor seems quite unreasonable. $377 for a person to come out and change an AC fuse? The fuse was $80.00 and my bill was $450 with a discount. Super nice people and professional but the labor seems to be a racquet.
