I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Weylin Costa is the type of person you would wish all business owners were. Friendly, fare and honest. He came to repair drain in my bathroom and was there 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the problem but wouldn’t take payment. I will always tell friends and neighbors about him not because of no charge but because he is a honest business person.

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

We had a plumbing emergency today (of course on a holiday weekend), and we got a recommendation from a trusted neighbor for Myers. We called and were given a reasonable window of time in which a service person would arrive. Keith showed up on time and was so pleasant! He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in no time!! He was extremely friendly and it was clear that he KNOWS HIS STUFF! He gave me some helpful tips for around the house and was so nice to chat with. Though I am not wishing for another plumbing emergency anytime soon, I am so happy to have found Keith Welchance at Myers and will be quick to call him the next time we need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Highly recommended! Had a leak fill my crawl space with ankle deep water. They fixed the leak to where the issue won’t happen again, pumped out the water to empty out my crawl space, and were very helpful all around. Reasonable price, super quick response, and great people.

Charges were unreasonable and excessive for services rendered. We thought it was a complicated repair. It was utterly simple & took less than 1/2 hour. Though we were given 2 choices on how to pay, no information was given about how difficult/simple repair would be. So, owner knew we were in the dark. And, obviously, used that opportunity to rook us. Morton refused to adjust amount, giving umpteen excuses. He charged highest repair charge on the scale, and seemed to enjoy rooking us. When speaking to him, he (1) Disparaged the services, accreditation, and experience of other, good plumbers; and ( 2) Retaliated by increasing charges after talking to him. Owner is NOT professional; will rook you by charging the highest rate he possibly can, and thus, lacks character. This is not someone you want in your house. Will return to several other previous plumbers who are reasonable and fair-minded. I have had several great, experienced and kindly plumbers who discuss the work to be done, and make the situation fair for the customer. BROOKS and many others are much better. Do not go to Morton.
