Called Roto-Rooter Sunday night and they were able to come as quickly as Monday at 9 am (which was greatly appreciated). Mark fashioned a workable solution out of a terribly wonky yard spigot situation (that had broken).

They mark up their prices and we were not at all pleased with their work.

Great work. They done a great job fixing my garbage disposal.

Forgot to fully tighten toilet feed hose after replacing the wax ring below. DId a lot of damage. I was covered by my own insurance but I got a nasty rate hike I had to eat for this error

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Used Bennett for two different plumbing issues - both time - fast, clean --- and most of all, they fixed the problem completely. Will used them again if the need should arise.

We had a plumbing emergency today (of course on a holiday weekend), and we got a recommendation from a trusted neighbor for Myers. We called and were given a reasonable window of time in which a service person would arrive. Keith showed up on time and was so pleasant! He diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in no time!! He was extremely friendly and it was clear that he KNOWS HIS STUFF! He gave me some helpful tips for around the house and was so nice to chat with. Though I am not wishing for another plumbing emergency anytime soon, I am so happy to have found Keith Welchance at Myers and will be quick to call him the next time we need a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. Covert Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my tankless water heater and the price was very fair. Their customer service is excellent and they know what they're doing. I wouldn't call anyone else.!!

I have called on these guys twice, and was impressed with their professional service and knowledge each time. This last time, the two fellows who came out (sorry, don't recall names; service call to 707 23rd street, 3:20 PM 12-8-2021) were able to give me comprehensive estimates and let me choose exactly what amount of work was necessary and make it fit my budget. I really appreciated that. These guys will be my plumbing service from now on.

I called Morton plumbing and told them that my water line was backed up and that I needed help that same day. No commodes were working, the kitchen sink was backing up, and the bathtub was backing up, so they knew the problem before they arrived.

They were nice enough to work me in that day, but when the technician arrived, he checked everything and told me I had a major problem. He also told me (after calling his office) that their equipment was not available to clear my sewer line, and that it would not be available until the following week (which was in about 4 days).

I could not wait that long since I had no working commodes in the house. I asked the technician if I should call RotoRooter or another plumber, and he said yes, and that he would call Hiller. I told him I was a Hiller customer but did not call Hiller initially because I thought they were very expensive and I had heard good things about Morton's.

So, bottom line, the Morton guy left, and then I was billed a $49 dispatch fee. I don't mind paying the dispatch fee if I was offered the option of Morton's do the work. But they were not able to help me that day.

When I called their office to ask if the dispatch fee could be waived, the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting me and said that her guy told me what was wrong so that I could call another plumber and tell them was what wrong. She talked over my attempt to speak and would not let me talk without interrupting. She said that I was told about the dispatch fee in advance (I don't remember being told about it) and that everyone was billed that fee and it had to be paid if I chose another service. The only reason I chose another service was because Morton's did not have the equipment available. And if I told him in advance about all the issues I was having, why did he come to my home if he did not have the equipment to fix it?
So, my complaint is poor customer service, and having to pay a fee when they were not able to do the work due to their lack of equipment.
