The folks at Choice Water Heaters did a great job on the install of a new bathroom in our basement. We got a new tankless hot water heater, toilet, and bathroom sink. The hot water is really hot, right away! We are so happy to have a bathroom in the basement. What a convenience! I highly recommend Choice Water Heaters.

These guys are AMAZING!!!! They were in and out in no time. We had a leaky faucet and no hot water. We had 2 different people come and look at it and give us crazy quotes and tell us that everything fine. These guys walked in found it,fixed it and gone within 30 mins. NOT ALL HEROS WEAR CAPES!!! I cannot give Regan enough praise for the job he did helping us locate a leak! Every plumber that came to investigate our situation, left almost immediately after seeing our setup or would quote us an exorbitant amount of money to fix. We spoke with Regan on the phone and offered to come out to see what he could find. A little over an hour in, he had located our leak and marked its location within 3 inches. It was absolutely remarkable. Regan and his expertise saved us THOUSANDS of dollars in labor and repairs.

Thankfully, I was not in an emergency situation where my water heater was leaking or not working properly, but I was looking to replace my 16 year old water heater before having any issues.

Their price for a new water heater and installation is about $600 less than what I was quoted from the other companies AND with excellent service and experience.

We had an emergency with our septic backing up into our house for 3 weeks. We had called everyone in town trying to get someone to help us. No one would call back, Buck's would never return our calls and when they set up the appointment they were a no show. My brother referred us to Pyburn and within 1 hour he was at our house and within 3 hours had fixed our problem. He was very professional and reasonable. Our receipt detailed everything he had done.
