We had a combo boiler that went out a couple of months ago. Numerous parts were replaced to no avail. I had a sit down talk with Malachi & we agreed to try one more part, which lasted about 5 days. Malachi calls you back when promised. He makes sure you're ok by checking to see. My husband has been ill & we're seniors, I greatly appreciated Malachi did. We ended up with a new system & as promised it was here in 24 hours & installed in one day. The installer, Sawyer arrived at 9:00am & worked immensely alone pulling out the old unit. He was informative, patient, and worked none stop. In the afternoon 2 other installers came & assisted Sawyer. All were nice guys, working til 6 at night. Malachi did he could to help us knowing our circumstances. They are definitely NICE GUYS.

The crew that arrived out to install our new a/c unit, air handler, and attic venting/rerouting were incredible! They were polite, thorough, attentive and hard-working! We are so impressed…and grateful that it is no longer 93 degrees inside our house. they were off-the-charts! We got several estimates, too, and their pricing was fair and awfully competitive, beating their competitors prices for the same unit. A+++++

Jesse H did a fantastic project on this work call, and talked with my brother in law who had professionally installed our unit to figure out best practice for solving the problem. Jesse being willing to work with another pro workman and respect his work shows what a quality technician he is. We were also glad that he was willing to educate us in simple ways we could take care of other simple maintenance on the unit to extend it's life. I met this company through a coupon for A/C maintenance. Then, when my A/C stopped working one evening, they were here the next day by 10:30am. Leroy is a wonderful tech and explained the problems and options to me. Resourceful guy! I endorse if you're in Tucson.

Pipe was overflowing with water. Marvin was our repairman and he cleared out the drain. He also recommended we become a member for their one year upkeep check and inspected the unit. After changing out a few parts outside that were wearing out he got running properly and brought down the amp usage for our unit. fantastic experience and would recommend this company to others.
