We were purchasing a home that and needed a sewer scope inspection to be done so Huyen and CSR were referred to us by our Realtor, who has worked with him for over 10+ years.Boy, was I thankful that our Realtor referred us over to Huyen, as he is one of the most knowledgeable and honest Plumbers that I’ve ever met. Huyen took the time to scope our system while explaining the condition of the lines and he was so thorough and helpful in answering our questions that you can really tell that he loves what he doesIn addition, Huyen provided us with multiple detailed videos to help put our minds at ease and even went out a second time the next day in order to inspect the plumbing in the crawlspace which was brought up to us after the inspection, as he knew that we had a short contingency period and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of.I can honestly say that Huyen is the most genuine and honest Plumber that I’ve ever met and he doesn’t try to upsell you at all.
