I was staying at a friend's house for a weekend and the shower had an issue with the pipes. Called Atex and Jordan found the issue quickly, had the parts, took care of it for a reasonable price and had everything working in no time. My buddy came back and told me the shower had never run that well. Told him about this plumber and since has used him for a couple other projects on the house. Phenomenal.

I needed my 40 Gal water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, and and a pipe repair behind my refrigerator; I live in a small condo (under 900 sq feet). Jordan was easy to work with during our initial meeting planning out the job, the day of he was super efficient in the space he had to work with, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up after. I was very impressed and satisfied with the job and would highly recommend A-Tex Plumbing to all.

Jordan is amazing! He took time to explain what was going on with my plumbing system and cleared the clog. Jordan came out on three or four separate calls. One to replace a shower drain pipe in the upstairs of our home. He did an incredible job. He also located a leak and was able to fix it before it caused more damage. He scoped our pipes pretty far down and showed the interior condition of the pipes which definitely put us at ease. He was always one time, very professional, reasonably priced and over all did an incredible job. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job, big or small! Thank you for a job well done which saved us thousands in potential structural and mold damage...

I reached out to several local plumbers for an issue with my water pressure and another plumbing issue. After speaking with several other plumbers, I called A-Tex and s/w Jordan. I could tell right away he was knowledgable and seemed honest, so I hired Jordan. I had previously hired a different plumber/handyman type who spent hours trying to identify the problem and in the end made the issue significantly worse. Jordan fit me into schedule and was right on time, he was able to fix both my issues quickly and was extremely easy to deal with and charged reasonable price, not always the case. I highly recommend Jordan for any large or small jobs and I am very happy to find a plumber I can count on for future jobs. Thanks Jordan and A-Tex Plumbing!

Thank you jordan!!! I thought my old house was haunted! Everytime I used the water i would hear a loud banging sound... it was terrible! I called Jordan after I was referred to him from a friend of mine, one of his other satisfied customers. The sound was awful and it felt like the walls and tile and counter were all taking damage. After Jordan assessed the issue he explained it so a simple mind like mine could understand. He said that my house didn't have any protection from the high water pressure from the city and this issue could cause a detrimental problem to the pipes in the house and cause a flood at some point. He installed a pressure reducing valve which completely resolved the issue. His know how and experience really shined through. Price was very affordable and my satisfaction was high.My only gripe about the experience is that given Jordan's physical status, i.e. he is very good looking, i did not catch one iota of plumbers crack and that made me sad and frustrated. The work was impeccable. Would recommend!

We were thrilled with A-Tex Plumbing. Jordan was responsive to our request for an appointment, scheduled with us right away, and then came early (when does that every happen?!). We had a tricky shower repair situation and he fixed it with ease. Jordan is friendly and clean. He didn't leave any mess which we've had with plumbers before. Great customer service all the way around. 5 stars!

Jordan has above and beyond customer service. Super nice guy and professional. Our Airbnb's garbage disposal had fallen apart causing a leak which prevented our guests, who were occupying it at the time, to be able to use the sink. We needed a new one ASAP, I asked if he could come by the next day as it was already early evening and he offered to come same night! So I let him know the model of garbage disposal we wanted, he picked it up, and arrived at our house with everything after only an hour I had called him! He installed it in about an hour and cleaned up after he was done. I will only call Jordan from now on for future plumbing issues and refer him to others needing help.

Jordan came out to plumb the laundry room and installed a faucet in the kitchen, his prices were so reasonable I asked him trouble shoot the toilets, he gave me a great deal on Installation since both were beyond repair. I highly recommend Jordan he is professional and personable, he may not wear white gloves but the quality of his work is top notch at reasonable prices

Does the A in A-Tex stand for awesome?! Cuz it should. Jordan installed a new disposal for me and it was quick, professional and it works like a champ. He’s super knowledgeable and helpful. A-Tex is now my go-to for the services they provide.

I was in need of an emergency plumber to fix my shower faucet and fixture. Everything went wrong with my plumbing all at once, but was able to get all of it repaired quickly. The service provided was quick, accurate, and affordable. When they left, the tub/shower worked like new, and everything was left nice and clean. I would definitely recommend and would reach out to them for help next time I need repairs

I noticed my drain was clogged last night. I was able to get in touch with Jordan first thing in the morning and he arrived on time. He was friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend A-Tex Plumbing, and will be using them in the future.
