Had an issue with air conditioning; these gents were quick to diagnose an issue, and gave me options for repairs and cleaning. Great crew for the time, and budget I had.

We had a concern that we had a gas leak in our laundry room due to a bad installation of our new gas dryer. My worry led me to find a plumber on a Sunday. After reading reviews, I called True Value Plumbing. I called on a Sunday and Cody answered the phone(on a Sunday) and scheduled with us for the next morning. He came to the house, confirmed the leak, and then did not charge for the visit.Incredible! Cody was kind, generous, and responsive. He will be our go to plumber for sure. Excellent service!!

I had a problem with my kitchen sink not draining. Had 3 other plumbers come out to look at it and was not able to resolve the issue. Coy hydro jetted the line and was able to do what all the others were not able to do. It not only fixed my kitchen drain, but cleaning out the drain fixed the slow drain for my washer also. He was very courteous, explained everything as he was doing it and cleaned up all the mess so you couldn't even tell I had a huge sludge pile on by back patio. I really appreciate his can-do attitude and his ability to fix what others could not. I am keeping him number forever.Doris (happy home owner)

We had a difficult plumbing job to repair a broken pipe fitting of outside irrigation system that attached to house. Plumber San Diego sent out Mike who addressed it skillfully, expediently and professionally. I could tell he is very experienced. We were very impressed by his all around excellence! My wife and I hired Brinks to line our 60 year old decaying and cracked cast-iron sewer lines. Unlike the other quotes we received, they were able to offer us a suite of lining methods so that we would not have to dig into our slab in any areas of our home. This was big for us since we wanted to maintain the original finishes and flooring. The other quotes we received were A. more expensive and B. would require us to remodel portions of our bathroom, which we did not want to do. Overall we are happy with Brinks and their service.

Untrustworthy, a liar, and a malicious saboteur. We had wanted a simple facet installation. The days prior to the appointment, Dan from Extreme Plumbing called and texted with concerns over pex plumbing fittings. He seemed excessively worried which raised my concern. He arrived on Monday and after looking under the sink for a few minutes, informs my wife that the pex fittings are too old and need to be replaced. My wife puts him on the phone with me and Dan is offering to replace the fittings for $220 (plus the $150 for facet installation)- I tell him that my confidence level in him is at the untrustworthy point and that I don't think I want him to do the job- he offers to do just the sink if I sign a waiver. I tell him no (at this point it's like sending food back in a restaurant). He grumpily leaves mumbling about 30 years of experience.It turns out Dan had loosened all of the drain pipes under the sink. When we washed dished after dinner, water flooded the under sink area. Dan left our home, in anger, and out of retribution, knowing he had sabotaged our home.Not only will he try to sell you services you do not need, he is a liar, he is untrustworthy, and he is malicious.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel that this one is necessary.I hired this company to simply unclog my main line. They ended up charging me a higher rate because they couldn't get to my house in time; They stated that because it was after hours, they would have to charge more. Then upon not clearing the line, they charged me an additional $329.00 to pull a toilet! I was not made aware of this additional charge, they simply charged it. Be wary if you give them your credit card info as they will charge it as they see fit.Furthermore, the plumber left contaminated wax ring residue all over my toddlers bathroom and on the baseboards of my house.In the end, I was charged $578.00 to simply snake a line. The line even had an easy access 2-way clean out on it. There was no camera scope involved, no additional work completed and I was originally quoted $179.00 over the phone by Lenore. As a customer, I felt taken advantage of. It is common business practice to discuss charges with customers before charging them.The communication skills of this company were very poor. I tried to call Lenore to discuss their extra charges and they would ignore my calls. I then asked to speak to the manager or owner of the company and they informed me that they do not speak to their customers! That says it all in my book!They did not set the toilet properly and sewer gasses, odors and drain noise were coming through the toilet base. I eventually had to pull the toilet and reset it myself. Case in point the plumber did not know how to set a toilet correctly....(The wax ring is supposed to seal the toilet to the flange, it does this by compressing down and forming a seal) (The below pics are the wax ring after I pulled the toilet.)Just a heads up before you call or hire; Ask for some references or previous clients that you can talk to.Best of luck,

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out. Hopefully the problem is fixed before the noon tomorrow. ?(Equity Groups complex Serra Bella 2707 MVD ?)
