We woke up to a pipe leak in our bathroom. Olsen Plumbing was able to have it looked at and diagnosed within a couple of hours of calling. Had a superb overall experience. Would like to thank Mercedes and Lyle for the good customer service and work.

thy did a superb project clearing our drain. and found that the old pipe that was installed in 1953 had a few holes in it. we ended up fixing the pipe our selves because we had to tear up part of the parking lot. but they did a good job. they did have to make a second visit to our shop. the tech that csme out tried to bill us for a second visit but the office people were good about checking things out and took the charge off our account.

I didn't have any complaints. They fixed our faucet in the kitchen to remove the leak, they fixed our constantly running toilet that took forever to fill, and the other toilet with the leaking seal near our hardwood which helped us to avoid further damage to our floors. I should know how to do these things myself, I know, but I am grateful for these nice gentlemen who didn't gouge me. I am grateful for helping me save face with my wife, too, lol, who was concerned that we would be charged an arm and a leg for such minor repairs...one of which was simply to tighten our bidet.

san antonio is the best town to own a house in, but the repairs can be a killer on savings. had it not been for john and his competence, i would have been in a bad mood the entire day.
