Great experience! Highly recommend. I wanted to thank Master Plumber Angel Gregorio for the amazing work he provided! If you can believe it, it was an amazing experience. The work we needed was based on a failed hydrostatic test and the fix required digging under a house over 40 feet. Although this was an expensive undertaking, I did not feel overcharged or taken advantage of. Angel walked me through the entire process and I knew we were in good hands and that it was a fair price. Even with an expedited schedule, Angel worked with me every step of the way. He was kind and patient. Even on his off hours he ensured my house was top priority. I was blown away by their service. You get what you pay for and I definitely did when I called Texas Plumbing Diagnostics. They were excellent! Dixie was amazing. When I needed paperwork, she provided it all in perfect order quickly and seamlessly.I heard about them from Angie's list and I will use them again and again! Thank you for taking a nightmare problem into a easy solution!

Great service provided to me and my family when we were in great need. In the fall of 2018 I received a water bill in excess of $1000 due to a water main break in my front yard. I called and spoke with Dixie and the same day Master Plumber, Angel and his assistants were on site assessing the problem. Within a week a new line was installed from the meter to my home. We have been using Texas Plumbing Diagnostics for almost 10 years now and have found one thing to be true. Over the many years of having members of their service team in our home we have always found them to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. When the job is finished no mess for me to clean up. Same day service is not unusual and their rates are reasonable as well...not to mention how wonderful the office staff has been while setting an appointment for service or communicating arrival tme.

I highly recommend TX Plumbing Diagnostics! Their prices were reasonable! The guys were absolutely professional — in manner and expertise. They used state-of-the-art equipment to pinpoint exactly where my main drain line was broken. They repaired it quickly and efficiently. It seems to me that this company has the latest equipment, resources, knowledge and techniques. And their customer service is first rate. Dixie in the office is utterly professional, friendly and wants to make sure her customers are taken care of!

I called Texas Plumbing Diagnostics in late June of 2013 to help with a leaking water supply line that had been a problem for several years. They diagnosed the rather complex problem correctly, and repaired it in a most professional manner. They returned over the next few weeks to take care of several other plumbing problems. They completed each task with impeccable craftsmanship and the best of customer service. Today, 9/17/2014, I emailed Dixie Bishop, the owner of the company, with a request for information concerning the invoices of the jobs that they had done for me. She helped me with the same level of professionalism and care that her technicians had used. I was impressed, but not surprised, to see that the high standards of customer service were reflected throughout this company.

We have used Texas Plumbing Diagnostics on numerous occasions for our rental properties. It is so great to have an honest resource to call on to take care of issues in a timely manner at a fair price! They are the only ones we call! I can't imagine using another company.Our 20 year old home is plagued with plumbing problems so we have used TPD on several occasions. Each visit has made our home better.They have handled foundation leaks, major plumbing with a new dishwasher, rerouting outside plumbing and weekend pipe bursts.Even late at night, they have responded promptly and professionally.Angel and Jed are the plumbers we have dealt with and I must say they are favorites of ours. Thanks guys.I know this review sounds like it was written by a family member, but it's not so. We called TPD out of the directory and now they are permanently in my contacts.

TPD did a great job while executing two different jobs for my family. The first time I had them out was to respond to a leak behind a wall. They located the leak promptly and made repairs while minimizing damage to the wall. The second job was the installation of a pressure release valve and expansion tank. This was also done promptly and professionally. This process also involved pulling a city permit and ensuring everything was code-compliant and passed city inspection. TPD addressed this administrative requirement just as well as the actual project. I'm glad to recommend them for your plumbing repairs, projects, and modifications.

My daughter called them to replace a water heater that had broken while under warranty. They charged almost $1100 labor and diagnostics. They also told her that they had to obtain a permit from the city and charged another $199. I called the city. The homeowner may obtain that permit for $58. They are a typical plumbing ripoff outfit.

I want to commend TPD and, in particular, Master Plumber Angel Gregorio. He came out to check our washer connection and drain system. He courteously called to advise us of his arrival time, tested the system, and answered all my questions. At the end of it, we were set and ready to go. Thanks for this great service and we'll definitely be calling you again!

I've used Texas Plumbing Diagnostics for small jobs like leaky faucets, toilets and replacing washing machine water hoses and was impressed with the level of professionalism and responsiveness. The plumbers are careful and thorough such as doing pressure tests after leak repair to ensure further issues are not lurking in the background.Then, we recently faced major plumbing problems and need foundation repair. Dixie calmed me down answering questions and clarifying what procedures are needed to locate the sewer line leaks under the slab. She sent Angel to run a hydrostatic test and use digital camera to find breaks. He found one problem under the kitchen and informed us of options and cost quotes. There is a second leak we'll need to find after the 1st is repaired.So, I greatly appreciate Dixie and experts like Angel who also know how to soothe the fears and anxieties of homeowners who are new to major repair emergencies and highly technical procedures and inherent expenses beyond minor maintenance.

During a complete remodel of our home the only bright spot was TPD. They did a great job on an extensive amount of work. Adding a tub, moving a toilet, adding sinks, etc. I would highly recommend TPD whether it be to snake a drain or have them help you with a bath or kitchen remodel.

Amazingly overpriced. I provided parts (except one) and got one hour of service time (plus the dispatch fee)................$577.00. Never again.

Disappointed, they cancelled our appointment without notification. We were left without a water heater replacement.

Dave did exactly what he said he would, explained the situation and offered what we felt was good advice.
