These guys are great! The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their prices are very fair and they do some quality work. They even came back the next day to see how their work was holding up. I felt like they were there to really help me out and not just put the screws to me like some places. I would definitely recommend this company, and I feel comfortable saying that I will call these guys anytime I have a plumbing issue from now on.

I called ask if they did free estimates. Yes they did. All I needed was a estimate for an outside riser. I already knew the problem which I told them what Roto Rooter found. They said they needed to locate the problem. They charged $200 ...it was not a free estimate. I even told them the pblm is right here with the housetrap. Why was the locator even necessary???

I called Mourey the boss and he said there would be someone coming within 20-25 minutes. It was quicker and it was this guy named Adam. Surprisingly, this guy has been working there for over 20 years! I definitely recommend him and everyone else there.

Best experience with someone working on my house ever. I've never had drainage issues before so I didn't know what to expect. He was great though!! He explained what he was doing every step and told us exactly what to do to avoid this happening again! It was much less expensive than I thought it would be!! A++ experience!

Mom called them to come out and give an estimate for some work, They did but never replied with quote. Even after waiting 2 weeks and then calling the office, and the office saying they would check into it and get back with her NOTHING. Why come out and review a job and provide ZERO Follow up. Perhaps they only work in certain neighborhoods. I would not recommend.

The crew responded quickly to a very major plumbing problem within a few hours of the call. Prompt, professional and reasonable charges.

I called around 9a.m. Mike got back with me within 5 minutes letting me know someone would be by within an hour or so....Adam showed up, within said time, was very professional and outstandingly helpful. He went above and beyond by helping to move a very heavy deck to find the outside access. Thank you so much for the timely, courteous, and awesome service. Will always call A-1:)

Mike and Adam at A-1 took great care of my sewer line problem. It was a pretty major job (in my mind) and they did really good work at a really fair price. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing work I need done.

Quick, fair and informative.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had a drain that was extremely clogged in my 100 year old house. They were timely, polite, did not sell me on services I didn’t need, and the price felt reasonable.

We’d been having trouble shower drainage and toilet flushing for a few days over the weekend, but didn’t think too much about it. However, that all changed when I got home Monday night and found the sewer had backed up in to my shower. Not a good sign. With a wife and 2 kids, that is a problem that needs fixed without delay. In my mind, based on what I saw, I thought we could easily be looking at a $5-6K problem.

I woke up early Tuesday, searched Google for drainage Fort Wayne, called the first company on the list... No answer, then I called Morey at A1. Amazing!

He had a crew out to look at our issue that morning, assessed my situation. Turns out, I had some bushes that grew through my sewer line, separating the line which eroded the ground under my air conditioner causing it to collapse on top of my sewer line. Yes, the AC unit was on top of my sewer line.

The A1 team effectively guided me through the exact the steps I needed to do so they could take the next step. They explained their process and timeline . They had the heavy machine out to my property on Wednesday, pulled out the bushes, solved my problem, which even included an upgrade to my line to ensure I would never experience a similar issue again. And they hauled away those bushes for me, so I did not have to mess with them.

I can’t speak highly enough about Morey and his team for the way they handled my situation and solved my problem, quickly. I would have gladly spent the $6K for the work they did to solve that problem, but they only charged a fraction. Best $2,400 I’ve ever spent for a happy wife and peace of mind.

If you ever have an emergency plumbing issue, don’t call anyone else. Call Morey!

I'll give them 2 stars only cause they responded quickly but they didn't fix my clog instead they broke a pipe which it happens it's a older house no big deal. I got that fixed and the awesome mess cleaned up called them back up to try and get my clog taken care Mike offered me to take off $50 off for another visit haha no thanks I'll just go with a pro like i should of to begin with and saved a lot of money!

Very friendly, courteous and professional. Someone was here right away and explained the issue I was having. It was fixed quickly. Just super good service and good people. Adam was the professional that addressed the issues I was having with my floor drain. I highly recommend this company.
