Aura is a very great company to work with and makes dealing with a difficult situation like, water damage throughout your home an easy process. They did an amazing job on the clean up. The professionalism and timely process made it a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend working with AURA RESTORATION!

Due to an ice maker leak, the plumber recommended I call Aura Restoration. Kyle came out and got the job started getting my floors and basement dry. He helped me started on my claim, explained the process and delt with another company when they found asbestos. It was a lot to deal with.

We use this company when disaster comes with water and fire. Truly a company that looks out in the best interest of their customers and does the right thing for them. Great communication and great workmanship.

The owner, Kyle, was recommended to us by the plumbing service we used to repair a pin size hole in our water heater pipe. It had dripped overnight and had obvious signs of water damage. Kyle called me within the hour after speaking with our plumber. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to stop by and evaluate the damage within an hour after our pipe was repaired.

He was super helpful as this was my first situation having to deal with water damage. He told me up front that I should call my insurance and start a claim due to the cost of the repair.

Every time I had to call him during the 5 day process, he answered right away. He communicated every step of the way and always gave me time estimates through the process. His crew, led by Carlos, was also very friendly and efficient at clearing the damage and setting up the dehumidifiers.

He also gave me a referral to a company that could finish the job of rebuilding the wall and insulation. Kyle made the process seamless and stress-free.

Kyle the owner called and came by the same day the plumber contacted him. He and his crew showed up the next day and started the clean. He called and came by everyday to check on the progress. They completed the job within the time he said. I would recommend them to anyone needing his services.

If you need this company then you probably have some type of emergency. I had a flood in my home and I have been working with Eric, GM and his team to get it resolved. I have been not only impressed with their reliability but also their overall care with my home. Eric’s soft demeanor kept me from stressing out and when he says that certain tasks are going to get done along with the date/time it happens! My home is now ready for a general contractor to come in and fix the damage. One of the contractors actually complimented the work that Aura Restoration did. I guess that the way they demo’d the damaged areas was done precisely and easier for them to do the work they will need to do.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and so thankful I called.

We were in the process of remodeling our downstairs bathroom and it was recommended we contact Aura Restoration as there appeared to be some water damage. Eric showed up the next day to assess the damage and make recommendations. Next thing we know, they were back the next day to do the tear down and set up dryers to dry everything out.

Both Eric and Steve were very friendly and personable and were knowledgeable on what needed to get done. Eric communicated with me almost daily by phone and kept me informed on what was going on. Steve was a hard worker despite how hot the days were and did a wonderful job tearing everything out. Overall, I was shocked how quickly this transpired. From the time the initial call took place to the time it took to finish up the mitigation/take the dryers back out was less than a week. This is not something I've experienced before (the immediate response) and I was very appreciative of their help.

I would definitely recommend them to others in similar situations.
