Tom saved the day for us! We had a leaking jetted tub that we needed to have replaced ASAP. All other places I called needed 7-10 days to get one in. Tom came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, called his supplier on the spot and said he would have one delivered and installed in 1 day. He did a great job! Great customer service, clean and friendly. I definitely recommend Rapid Plumbing and will use them again!

Frank was sent out a couple times to the house I'm renting. The first time he replaced a water heater and softener after the water softener released brown resin in the water. He and one other guy replaced the two tanks in under 4 hours. They were both very nice and always let us know when the water would be off or when a lot of noise was going to happen. Frank also replaced a pressure regulator valve that was banging every morning and would wake me up. He fixed it in no time. There's been no issues since. Frank is a great guy and a great plumber. Would definitely recommend him!

We used them for many projects during our remodel tile work, plumbing, as well as helping with a kitchen remodel. The company did great work and were very dependable and trust worthy.

Ok charges for equipment tools used for a job. Separate $150 for a snake for my friend. This is not standard not cool

This is my second review. 5 stars for replacing a sump pump my dog ripped out the pipe causing the sumo to flood my basement. The tech could have just fixed it but I opted to replace the pump as it was pretty old. Outstanding job once again. Thank you.

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

I contracted Delta Mechanical thru Home Depot during my counter top installation. I can say that I am extremely satisfied with Delta Mechanical. Delta Mechanical was responsible for the disconnect and reconnect of all plumbing for the counter top installation. Julio Hernandez was polite, knowledgeable and professionally and expertly disconnected all plumbing, and carefully removed the old sink without damage to anything. After the counter tops were installed Julio promptly returned and reconnected all plumbing expertly, making sure there were no hanging sink, plumbing lines, or electrical cords from the disposal unit. Having done home repairs myself including all types of plumbing I can quickly notice professional and expert work and can appreciate it when plumbing is done right. Julio does it right. I would highly recommend Delta Mechanical to any one needing plumbing work.
