They responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Saturday that same day. After a short explanation of the problem both technicians quickly identified the problem and fixed it with minimal disruption, saving us both time and money. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had a main line sewer stoppage that was cleared by Dan K with Roto-Rooter. Dan was very professional, detailed, knowledgeable and kept the work area clean. I was once a plumber for sample plumbing! They treat there employees like slaves. They only hire junkies so remember that when they are in your house! Very shady, racist, horrible business practices. Don’t waste your time or money with this company! They do whatever to fix the problem for the moment! Then charge outrageous prices! I strongly suggest you look elsewhere to get your plumbing problems fixed!!

Fast and timely service with courteous technicians! Luke was sent to fix our leaking toilet, and was very nice about letting me watch over his shoulder, since I was curious about what was wrong. He pointed out the various parts he was replacing and why, tidied up after he was done, and then after that, assisted us in identifying the main shutoff valve (which wasn't where we expected) and helped us diagnose and fix a separate problem with our water heater! We have only recently moved into this house so all of this was super helpful!

Paul & crew always do a great job for us! I bought a country place that needs some TLC and remodeling so they put in some new faucets back in November, checked a 20 yr old dishwasher that was never used... and works great (its an impressive antique and great family conversation piece). Had some leaky/running outside faucets and our shower was pouring too. The handles are literally so old that we were gonna have to replace the parts with an RV work around, lol. Referred to me by my previous Plumber who was booked. Jamin arrived on time. He is courteous, skilled and did not recommend anything i didn’t need. On a subsequent call, Jamin even stopped by late on a Friday when i thought i was having an urgent situation. I appreciated the peace of mind his last moment visit gave me.
