I had a great experience with Local Plumbing Inc. They are great at what they do and very knowledgeable. They help me feel comfortable through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anybody who's had a water leak in their home.

I had a kitchen sink I wanted to replace, and let me tell you, they make sinks differently than when my builder grade sink was installed years ago. (long story) God blessed me with Phil at RCP. I couldn’t ask for a nicer, more experienced, on time, always returned my calls and texts, kind of guy, and he did a beautiful job installing my beautiful sink. Thank you Phil! I’m going to miss you! Maybe I’ll redo my master bath now that I know who I can call and count on. Denver came with Phil on the final install and he was great too. Thanks guys!

Brian was on time and did our repairs on budget. I only wish I had known about their online coupons since we could have saved a little money!

Tracy made it to our house in a timely manner. He was polite and wiped off his feet at the door. This is a company that I will continue to use when needed because of Tracy. Thank you Tracy for your wonderful service. We now have running water in our master bath shower and tub. Keep up the good work. Thanks again

I'm very happy with the service they provided. A previous company came out to inspect our unit when we thought it wasn't working. They were quick to tell us our whole AC system needed to be replaced and quoted us for a unit wayyy overpriced. Luckily we called Turner and Witt. They came out, thoroughly inspected the inside and outside units and found NOTHING wrong. Our AC worked fine, it just simply couldn't keep up likely from our poor insulation in the house and it's slightly undersized. They gave us good advice and did not try to sell anything! These are honest folks, reasonably priced and I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you Turner and Witt for your expertise and honest customer service!

They were recommended by my pool service and I have used them at both my and my daughter's house. Both times we were impressed with their work.

Jim as been my go-to guy for blocked drains for years. Good service. Referred him to neighbors. Called twice in the last few weeks, said I had a slow drain - not an emergency - fit me in when you can. After the 2nd call - he promised if not there that day - for sure tomorrow. He made sure he had my correct address and phone #. Never showed - haven't heard a word from him.

They charge $125-150 an hour which is high but they are brutality efficient, dont waste time and are very professional.
You get what you pay for.
I would definitely use them again if in need.

Do yourself a favor and go to a local place. Called three times: 1st time the plummer simply didn't show up when he said he would (meaning I waited at my house the whole 3 hour window he told me to wait for him), the last two times the person who answers the phone (in the corporate office somewhere other than lubbock) promised to connect me with their dispatch in Lubbock and never did so. This is a massive corporaton where treating the customer right is of no concern. Go with the local business options.

I wouldn’t trust these guys with the simplest pipe repair. Unprofessional and had multiple floods after using them.
