The people are professional, polite and come on time. My heater did not heat up. He came and cleaned an spider web which apparently was blocking something. For 30 minutes work I was ch $268.11. It is very hard on fix income people . I appreciate if the company reconsider charges for their time allocation.
Zach was a pleasure to have as a service provider in our home. Among some other things that he corrected, Zack hooked up our new dryer and made sure it was running safely and properly. The customer service was great. It was timely, polite, and informative. However, when a capacitor on an air conditioner goes bad and I'm quoted $434 to replace it, I became extremely skeptical. I later found the part for $14. Thankfully, I told the service guy I was going to look into an alternative solution and didn't pay the small fortune for the part. Please take another look at your pricing for replacement parts. Thank you.
Zach was prompt, friendly, respectful and did services as requested. His explanations were clear and helpful. He is a great ambassador for All Comfort Services and continues their excellent service.

Our Experience with All Comfort Services. from start to finish this was very impressive and very positive experience. From Kevin the salesman who made us feel that we were choosing the right furnace and gave us the information we needed to pick the right furnace. Then came the day of the installation and the service technicians were equally as impressive. Brandon R. Showed up first and explained exactly how the day was going to go, asked if I had any questions and then proceeded to put tarps down to protect our carpeting. Minutes later Matt and Cody Arived to help with the installation. They removed the old furnace and air conditioner, prepped the area for the new, and then installed the new furnace and air conditioner and any piping that they had to replace. Brandon then took the time to show me the new equipment and how it works and even help me learn the new thermostat. And when they all left you would never know that they were here. Any mess that they might have made during the installation was gone. Not even one single screw left behind. Kevin even stopped by to make sure we were happy with how everything was going during the installation. Kudos to All Comfort Services!!!!

The guys at All Comfort Services were great. They provided very quick turnaround from getting a competitive quote to replace my 20yr old HVAC equipment in my home to actually getting the equipment installed. Excellent customer service, the technicians made sure I understood all of what they did before leaving and answered all of my questions about my new HVAC system. They cleaned up very well after being in my residence to replace the furnace, A/C, and piping. All Comfort Services is a professional company and you won't be disappointing using them.
Very efficient and professional service. However, pricing is obnoxiously high. Great for emergency repairs, but too expensive for other work.

Gary came to help us get a quote for moving our kitchen sink while we remodel the kitchen. Gary was on time, asked appropriate questions, and was very courteous. While I still have yet to receive the quote(four days now) he was nice to deal with.
Roughed in the plumbing to finish my basement. Pat was very helpful in educating me on the things to be aware of as I continue to finish my basement. I appreciate the extra time he gave me that will help ensure that my basement is finished in a way that meets my expectations.
Dexter got a leak diagnosed and fixed very quickly. He's a nice guy and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Service Professional Matt C. did an absolutely fantastic job with the installation of our new home humidifier. He was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. The installation job looks top quality and there was nothing for me to clean up after he left. That is service!
My wife and I are members of the All Comfort club. We pay a small fee each month to have All Comfort come out and inspect our furnace in the fall and our air conditioner in the spring. We have purchased all of our mechanicals from All Comfort services. On January 3rd, Rich came to our house to replace the coverto our sewer access in the garage. Rich arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous and professional. The visit lasted just over an hour. Their customer service has always been top notch.
Jesse and Eric did a great job today. They were professional and pleasant, their work was well done and they did a nice job explaining what had changed. They replaced a bad thermostat and made sure it was programmed and functional before they left. All Comfort Service has been great.
Same day service was a lifesaver! Collin was friendly, assessed the leaking issue, and replaced the valve and piping need to fix the leak. Would definitely call them again!

Upselling you and getting you to reach further and further into your pockets is what this company does. They are truly about extracting every penny. I'm a realtor and investor, i know a little bit about sales and upselling. They have surpassed customer care in exchange for money. I called them out to fix the a/c and the a/c is not working. I told them i did not want them to clean the coils of the a/c for $250 and give me another test for $185. They tried upselling me on both items which i respect because i understand their a business and an upsell is always easier than a new customer. When i declined i assumed the a/c would be in functional condition, not rewired and left in an unworking manner. I have terminated my relationship with the company and will no longer be recommending their services to my clients.

I called Air Comfort Services for a quote on replacing my central air & repairing corroded ductwork. Jay came to my house and quickly & efficiently determined my needs, answered all my questions, and gave me several options & quotes. I was given a very good price and Billy T & Dave came just a few days after I chose the unit I wanted, to install it and fix the ducts.They arrived right on time and were courteous and efficient. I had some questions and they did a great job of answering them. They worked hard and finished in a surprisingly short time.
Quick service. In my opinion, extremely expensive. especially considering I needed a quote on a repair. Dispatch fee of $129 plus labor time while the guys were here. It might be the common way of business now, but its a rip off. Otherwise, I liked the way service was conducted overall.
From the time they arrived to fixing it 10 minutes total. Came earlier than expected which is a nice perk as well. Would recommend.

Jesse R. was our technician assigned to check out our furnace for this winter. He did an excellent job. He was courteous and gave us a nice summary covering all the important aspects of our furnace.
Jesse R. from All Comfort was great! He was polite, professional and explained my problem and my options really clearly. When I called to make an appointment, a very nice receptionist answered and was able to get someone out here the following day. I will definitely be using All Comfort Services again and was very impressed with them.
Technicians (Jesse S., Mike G., and Rich H.) were very friendly and helpful when installing our new furnace and water heater. Explained everything well and left spaces in good shape. Another positive experience with All Comfort Services!

Dexter did an excellent job of diagnosing our faucet leaks and replacing our faucets. He was very courteous and professional and cleaned up his workspaces when he was done.
Awful experience! Extremely expensive. Dispatched service provider was not able to do any of the work after receptionist said twice “the technicians have fully loaded trucks and will have everything they need to do the work today.” I said repetitively I don’t want to be changers the service charge if they can’t do any work today. Total disconnect between what the service phone staff said could and would happen today vs what the provider, once at the house said. I asked multiple times and they even put me on hold to clarify with management and consult with someone else what I was asking to have done could get done. We paid over $135 for someone to be at our house for 5 mins and say nothing could happen today and even if it could I would have needed 1-2 other men with me to help lift and adjust the AC unit outside which was not put on the ticket. They want to charge me $1,400 to come disconnect and reconnect with two more trips of technicians coming out to adjust the AC unit so we can relandscape our garden. When I called back to the office they claimed it on me for misunderstanding the communication.

Our toilet had been slow leaking from the bottom for several months before we called All Comfort. When Rich arrived, he asked me questions about when the toilet was installed and how long it had been leaking. He was very polite and explained what parts were needed (as if I would know!) But he even cleaned the wet floor. I loved that he was proud to show me his work when he finished.Thanks so much All Comfort! I will recommend you in the future.🤩

David was here to preform an annual AC system inspection. He was on time and wore booties to protect the carpeting. He inspected the exterior condenser unit and checked electrical readings, inspected starter contacts and other electrical components and compared the readings to published standards. Inside he inspected the cooling coil, cleaned out drain lines and measured temperature drop across the coil and blower motor current draw. He also replaced the batteries in the thermostat. He was very thorough and efficient. Then he went over the findings and emailed a copy of the report to me. Very satisfied with the inspection and recommendations for filter replacement, etc.
Matt did a great job, he had my furnace fixed very quickly. He answered all my tedious questions patiently and helped give me a thorough understanding of what work he was doing. He also gave me useful tips on how maintain and prolong the life of my furnace. Great experience.

Rory is an accomplished technician, who efficiently replaced or installed six different aging indoor and outdoor light fixtures at my home. For two of the motion sensors, he dispatched a gopher to Menard's to buy appropriate replacements, so that he could keep working here. He is careful to put on paper shoe covers inside. The best change was living room strip lighting that required wiring behind the drywall. Rory has good suggestions for upgrading good ideas to excellent.

$129 trip fee + $91 diagnosis fee. Then $532 for TWO people to work 30-40 mins to replace a condensor motor. Believe me they were not both busy. Their upfront pricing method is not good for you as a customer. I was already committed to $220, hottest days of the year, no AC, and had no choice but to accept the estimate, lest I wanted to pay another trip fee to another company. How does the tech come up w the estimate? Why are two people arriving in two separste trucks? They laude themselves for no surprise fees but that is because all the costs are buried in the black box estimate to make it hard to negotiate. Then I asked after the fact for an itemization or some explanation of how they make their estimates. Emailed and called - no response! I'm marking them not professional for their estimate and fee methods and they did not respond to my questions afterward.
The Tech was Very Polite easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable , found the problem quick and a pleasure to meet him.

I called ACS because the humidity in the house is much higher than the humidity setting in the thermostat.The tech told me the air conditioner was working fine and in order to lower the humidity we need to lower the temp in the house. I don't think he understood the issue until I showed him the 'dehumidify' settings in the thermostat.Then it was Good question.After I paid the $130 pre-agreed-to trip charge, they asked for another $250 to call and find out if the furnace has a dehumidifier or what the setting is for.$400 for a phone call to tech support is a bit much, so I refused that service and paid the trip charge. On the balance sheet we're square, but I don't see how I got any value from the transaction.They've done thousands of dollars of work for us, but I'll certainly shop around next time.And since I'm so ticked, I'd also state that a few months after they installed a hot water heater I smelled gas and had to call the fire dept. to come find and fix a leak in the lines – it was indeed in a line to the hot water heater.

Very happy with my installation team! Jesse, Billy and Faith were very friendly and efficient. I was shown my new air conditioner and furnace while they explained a lot about the features and functionality of the system and how to care for it. They also took the time to explain my new thermostat and walk me through set-up and using it.My new system required new intake and exhaust pipes. They did a great job of installing those, cleaning up any mess, and sealing them up well outside. The new pad they put down for my air conditioner looks great and was relocated a bit to accommodate the larger size of the new unit, and to ensure there was proper open area around it.I am happy with my decision to work with All Comfort Services. My sales person, accounting person, and installation team were great! Highly recommend!
We called in the morning and the service rep came mid-morning to check out a concern about a gas smell. Jessie was very polite, efficient and thorough. It reassuring to get help so quickly…BTW - everything was fine!

I have had All Comfort Services out to a property that I manage on 3 separate occasions lately and I have always been extremely satisfied with the level of service that I received. But I have to say that the service I have received over the past few days from the office staff (Brenda and Steve) to the super friendly technician (Larry) has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING! I was stuck at home sick and the team made sure to coordinate the repairs needed with my tenant and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. With the current supply chain problems everywhere, we decided to proactively replace our aging furnace and a/c. Brandon and Zack did a great job with the install. They were on time and the install was completed the same day. Everything cleaned up afterward. Brandon did a good job explaining the new thermostat and showing us how to set it. Very happy with the furnace so far, and can't wait to try out the new a/c next summer!

Mike and Jesse were on time and did a fantastic job on installing the new furnace and AC. The new furnace and ac are excellent. The old Lennox furnace lasted over 30 years n AC lasted about 25 years. I can always count on the All Comfort Services team to be on time, friendly, and professional. I have trusted them to keep my heat and AC in good working condition for years, and they will always be my first call. Plus, Luke W keeps dog treats in his bag for my dogs so they love a service call!
It was a very good experience having Tom C. assess and quote some projects, and then install our ceiling light/fan. He did a great job explaining everything and installing the new ceiling fixture. It looks and works great!

Larry N. was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He answered my many questions and went the extra mile to help me out. He even dragged out his hand-pumped washer to clean out the outside fins since I had no easy way to get a hose up there. Definitely satisfied with the service and will ask for him again.
I’m pretty disappointed in the result of this shower “repair”. It wasn’t working at all and they were technically able to get the shower working. However the pressure is abysmal and they left the drain semi clogged. For $700+ I would have opted for a replacement. I did not receive the estimate beforehand like I specifically asked so I had no opportunity to make a decision. Granted I was not present for the work but that’s why I requested the up front estimate in the first place. I will be calling and hopefully I can come to some sort of agreement to actually fix the shower at a discounted rate. Will update review with the results.Update: I called and was happy with theirresponse. It does seem like they want to make things right. Assuming the results of the upcoming appointment are satisfactory I would feel comfortable recommending ACS. Will update further upon completion of job.Update: Patrick came by and we had a good discussion about the options to fix the shower for good. I ended up deciding to replace all the problem pipes in the house at a future date based on what I feel is a fair estimate. I am happy with how Patrick and ACS handled this situation.Update: all pipes replaced, everything working great. Very happy with the ultimate outcome. Would recommend Patrick and ACS.

Matt Collins, the technician, arrived on time and went directly to work. He followed the company checklist and made sure to competently complete each item. When he was finished, he shared with me the results of his inspection. He was courteous to me and respectful of our property. He accepted my credit card in payment and was on his way. I have been a customer of All Comfort Services for over five years and I have used them to install and maintain a new furnace, a new garbage disposal, to maintain our central air system, and for electrical work. I have every confidence in their quality and professionalism.
Was able to schedule online and I got a text when the tech was on his way. Really easy fix by the tech and he took the time to explain how I could resolve it on my own next time. Incredible service!

They thoroughly explained the Comfort Club which we were happy to join because we didn't realize all that was covered in the plan. They wore masks as we requested. Jim V. came to do our yearly furnace inspection and he was great. He did a very thorough job, kept the area super clean, and took the time to give us several tips on things we can easily do at home to keep our furnace working well. I would recommend Jim V. to anyone who wants to get their furnace inspected! : )
The electrical technician Tom, has done work for us before and we recently requested him again for input on how our cabinet lighting should be done for our kitchen remodeling project. The cabinet installers followed his advise and the cabinet lighting looks fantastic. We will be putting in over the counter pendant lights and a chandelier later this Spring and will request him again .He is very good at his job !!!

Did a great job explaining options and considerations, kept calm under what could be difficult conversations and circumstances, and were great to work with!
My 10 year old furnace was making horrible metal on metal noises a few weekends ago when I turned it on the first time this heating season. I called the company that installed it & they couldn’t fit me in until mid-November. Not acceptable. I called a few other companies & it would have been 2-3 weeks until they could look at it. Then I called All Comfort... a service tech came the next morning. The young man was very knowledgeable & professional. Due to inferior parts which wore out way too soon, my choice was replacing the parts with the same brand that would wear out in another 10 years besides not being under warranty or spend a bit more & get a new furnace. My new Lennox furnace was installed the following day. The install techs were again, very knowledgeable & professional. It only took them half a day. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Love the new furnace .. it is very quiet. It will be interesting to see what my deep winter bills are. I would most definitely recommend All Comfort for any HVAC needs! Plus it was priced fairly, including deducting the service charge from the day before. Well done All Comfort!
A technician was sent out same day that I called. He went over everything that needed to be done and explained it in terms I could understand. He sent me a proposal to upgrade my system, the next day.They scheduled the work to start in about 30 days.Three electricians showed up and worked all day to complete my upgrade.Did a great job and it looks great.See before and after pictures

I called All Comfort to repair our shop toilet that wouldn't flush, they came the next day and had it fixed in minutes! They kept in touch from the time I called until the technician arrived, even sending me a text alerting me they were on their way which was really helpful! I'm calling back today to have a HVAC technician come and look at our furnace that needs repair as well. They're a one-stop shop that performs plumbing, HVAC and electrical. This company is top notch and I would recommend them to anybody.

Came home from a two week holiday to find out home interior at 87 degrees. Our friend had turned the A/C on for us 8 hours before our arrival. Called All Comfort Services first thing the following morning. They said they’d send a technician between 10-2. Maurice arrived at 10. Was happy to see him. Maurice quickly diagnosed the issue. Thankfully it was Something that could be fixed on sight. A capacitor. Maurice was very polite and explained what he was doing as he completed his task. He also made some maintenance recommendations that would help the system operate at its best. Would highly recommend All Comfort Services and especially Maurice.
My blower motor needed to be replaced. Luke quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that he would need to order a new motor. He said it should they should have it the next day. This was in the middle of a very hot stretch of weather. After multiple calls in the following days of near 100 degree heat to check in on the status of the part, I ended up calling another company. They were able to come out the same day and replace the blower motor. I called All Comfort to let them know I no longer needed their service. They called me back three weeks later to tell me that my part had come in and wanted to schedule service.
We decided to join the Comfort Club after purchasing our first home - we're handy, but a 100+ year old home's HVAC, electric, and plumbing is just not something that we are experienced enough to always handle ourselves. They come twice per year, included in the Club, to do maintenance on our HVAC. We get discounts on other services as well - they installed a whole home humidifier, a pressure controller on our water lines, repaired some gas leaks, ran a new outlet for us, basically - anything HVAC, plumbing or electric we give these guys a call (and with the Club membership we pay no dispatch fees!). They're super professional, on time, and do quality work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliable service in Madison.
The technician was able to identify 2 issues that we had going on in our house. Although the repair was more extensive than we expected we were able to have the repair complex within 3 days which was great. They were also able to come out almost immediately after we called which we really appreciated.

Was able to schedule a plumbing inspection very quickly. Plumber was on time and efficient, but very willing to answer questions and give honest assessments. Left us with good recommendations on both issues to watch for and potential optimizations.

He arrived on time, was polite and thorough in explaining the problems and options once he had identified the sources of the difficulties. He performed the necessary repairs expeditiously, then advised us about future service needs that we should schedule. We were completely satisfied with Billy personally and professionally. There are many businesses that tout their great customer satisfaction numbers and how they really care and take care of their customers—but the real proof is when—as a customer—you are faced with a crisis – enter All Comfort Services to the Rescue.This happened to me on January 29th and 30th of this year—the 2 coldest days Madison has seen in a long time! We were out of town for an extended period and had neighbors monitoring our home. They contacted me and told me our home had no heat and they couldn’t get the furnace to re-ignite. One call to All Comfort Services (who installed the system in 2009) and I was assured a technician would be at my house that night to diagnose and correct the situation.After several communications, it turned out that it was not a simple problem and would require a second day to correct it—but the technician, mindful of the extremely cold weather that evening, worked out a plan with me to stabilize the temperature in the house until the problem could be solved.Early the next morning, I was contacted by the owner of All Comfort Services to tell me that he was assigning 2 technicians to resolve the issue, and they would be there first thing that morning. Despite sub-zero temperatures, and the necessity to work outside, they fixed the problem that morning, and I was constantly updated by the owner himself!This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. When making a major investment, such as a HVAC system, it isn’t necessarily the price that matters, but rather the quality of the organization you are dealing with.I am deeply indebted to Kendall Richards Maurice, Larry, and the rest of the team at All Comfort Services for handling my “crisis” as if it was just another day at the office!

Mike, Brandon and Josh came out to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit. They laid down mats to protect my floor from wet shoes and walked me through each step of the process. All three of them were a delight to work with and made me feel knowledgable about my new system. I would recommend All Comfort Services to anyone who is considering a HVAC, plumbing or electrical because of the people they employee and the service they provided.

I had a spa hard wired and needed the electrical panel upgraded. Aaron came and gave us the original estimate. Then Sam and his partner came to do the installation. It was a pleasure to work with everyone from Air Comfort. They were all very nice and professional and I would definitely use their services again.
Ed was efficient, professional, and friendly—installation was putting in a 220v line and outlet for a new range. Something wasn’t quite right (unforeseen) after the first visit but Ed took care of it quickly with a second trip. Would unquestionably recommend AllComfort and, particularly, Ed’s services.

We happened to get the coldest day of the season so far but they arrived on time. We have an older house and they were able to fit things in and so future maintenance will be easy as well. Very polite and explained everything well.Funny thing, they forgot to relight the water heater but I did that easily. Fortunately I found out while washing dishes and not trying to shower.
I called All Comfort about our furnace not working and they were able to respond very quickly, which I was not expecting... Jesse arrived about an hour after my call. Professional and fixed the problem as well as replaced another part that was going bad. I used All Comfort 6 years ago as well with a good experience and will continue going to them!
Rob (plumber) was excellent! He took the time necessary to repair my water heater and more importantly, he explained exactly what and why he was doing what he was doing. Very personable and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his services.

All Comfort Services sent an experienced technician who was very professional and knowledgeable. They suggested upgrades and provided me with great advice. This is the second time I have used All Comfort Services for my electrical needs and highly recommend them for yours as well.
***EDIT: After speaking with the Electrician Manager, ACS did express they dropped the ball in many ways with our service and made an effort to make things right. Initially, he did make me feel as if they already gave me a reduced price as if I should be thankful for the original price we paid. Overall, despite wasting a lot of my time dealing with the entire service/process, I did appreciate their efforts to listen. Added two stars to my original review, but not sure I would go with them again given my experience.1. Electrician did not show up on time due to scheduler error - at least 1.5 hours late. I was told I was the first appt of the day. (They did waive 50% of trip charge.)2. After diagnosing, electrician gave me an estimate and said it was all inclusive - included the 50% trip charge...later come to find out it was NOT all inclusive.3. They had to order a part to complete the work. Estimated two weeks. 3 weeks had passed and I called to see if they had an update on the part - left message with electrician coordinator, no call back. Called back AGAIN and come to find out that the part had already come in and no one called me to schedule installation. I should not have to be chasing them down. Poor customer service.4. After electrician completed final work, I asked for itemized invoice. He said he would request it for me....never received it. Again, I had to call in to request it and someone is supposed to call me back or contact me about it. Again, poor customer service. In addition for the amount of money I paid for this service, a one line invoice with the total amount seems insufficient. All other service businesses I work with such as plumbers, provide an itemized receipt. It has to make you wonder what they are trying to hide.Two stars is only for the electrician working on site who seemed to be understanding and apologetic...but unfortunately, he does not make all the decisions.

Joel arrived soon after I called which was great because water was spraying from the humidifier tubing into the basement. He answered my many questions and left me feeling certain that he had fixed the problem and prevented future problems from arising with the maintenance he performed on our furnace and humidifier.
Called on Sunday evening - requested an early Monday appointment as we needed to leave town by midday- They called early Monday - the drain repaired by 10A ! Very professional and gave us suggestions about a slow facet instead of replacing it. Could not be more impressed.

Billy T., Jessie and Larry just finished an Outstanding job for me. They showed up on time, clean and professional looking. They were courteous and careful as they worked.They replaced our 29 year old furnaces (2) and central air conditioner. They installed 2 new furnaces, a central air unit and a humidifier. The newly installed equipment is lined up perfectly, looks and works great.All the connections of combustion air in, exhaust out, electric power, natural gas piping, duct work, thermostat wires and the thermostats are beautifully plumb, level and square with thier surrounding equipment and the house.They cleaned up the entire area perfectly and left nothing but the paperwork. They truly did do an outstanding job.
We had several plumbing needs that were addressed by an All Comfort technician recently. The office reply was prompt and they texted us to let us know when and who would be coming to go over everything we needed done. They even sent a photo of the technician who would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed done and made suggestions of what would best suit our needs for our home couldn't be more satisfied. Now waiting for pricing of all parts and labor of what is on our list to have done. Looking forward to working with them to update our plumbing needs.
Aaron was on time and answered all of my questions related to the estimate I needed for future work.Follow up for after the work was completed:Sam, Andrew and Corey were on time, knew exactly what they were there to do and worked with me to split some electrical services from one circuit onto two so that the circuit would not be overloaded any longer. They were communicative throughout the work and were complete way ahead of my anticipated time. All in the work took them about three hours to complete between installing two new outlets, splitting services onto two new circuits, moving garage door openers onto their own circuit and then also sealing off a vent in my garage I was as really impressed with their work.

29 hours before out of town house guests were to arrive for a week stay, my wife and I discovered our furnace was broken and not worth the investment of repair.Thanks to All Comfort Services, an hour before those guests arrived, we had heat. That heat was provided by a new system to our specification, customized to our house, and including a hospital grade, whole house air filter recommended for my lung condition.Our guests are happy and so are we. We highly recommend All Comfort Services.
Luke was efficient, friendly, and cared for our furnaces like they were his own. The Comfort Club is a great program and we saved money in the long run with waived dispatch fees and free yearly maintenance. All Comfort Services is out go to for all things HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.Update 4/11/22:Jesse, Mike and Lucas did a great job replacing our ancient A/C units and furnace. We had a new furnace, A/C and hot water heater installed in a manner of months. They have been responsive and professional. We wish we had gotten more information on the differences between our old systems and new ones (old ones were 30+ years old!) durning the installation. Scot, who came out today to address a post-installation issue, was invaluable in his knowledge and support and gave great insight on some of the ins and outs of things and what we need to do differently to maintain these new appliances. The technician was persistent in looking for possible reasons for my issue. He did a thorough inspection and helped find a couple issues and was quickly able to resolve them. He also answered my questions as a relatively new homeowner.

I had already had 2 other places look at my furnace and hadn’t found the issue and just charged me. Joel didn’t do that, he found what was going on and didn’t stop tell he did. Poor Quality of workmanship. They removed the hard fins from my air filter and it was sucked into my blower motor over the last month. The main reason they came was the furnace was short cycling and not kicking on and locking out. The main problem has come back and now they want to charge me again to come out..After this initial review, they reached out to me and came out right away to remedy the situation. The Furnace is now working properly. The tech that came out worked very hard to fix the issue on the furnace.
Very fair, honest, knowledgeable, prompt company. I've had Tom C do electrical for me -- he's great. He installed a ceiling fan, added an outlet for a sump pump, and installed four recessed can lights in the dining area. All work was excellent and he provided a lot of guidance since I definitely didn't know what I wanted. I will use them again!

Vern was prompt, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. He took time to involve me in decisions and checked in with me regularly while performing the work (secondary heat exchanger and inducer motor replacement for the furnace, as well as some piping modifications to the venting outside the house). Luke arrived at around 11 :30 and introduced himself. He was very friendly and open to any questions we had. He said it would take about 45 minutes to check over the furnace. He checked everything over inside and outside with the vent tubes. He informed us about things he had checked and went thru some of the tests he had done. When a technician returned he stated that it was most likely another issue with the water heater that would cost us an additional $1100 to replace. My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air late at night during 98F hot stretch. I called and left message after hours. I received a professional call back early in morning for scheduled service the next day. They followed up a few hours later with availability same day. 2 professional techs, Jesse & Clayton, repaired my AC early afternoon. Capacitor failed and needed replacement. This was a 40min repair and was billed as a job, not an hourly rate on top of the $129 trip charge. I used a $50 Bucky book coupon and the total was $362 with tax. Quite expensive for a simple repair imo but it was repaired same day. The cost is the only reason my review was 4 stars not 5. This business is organized and great with communication using text & email. As well as their persistence to have my issue resolved asap was excellent. I will use this company again knowing they have competent people working phones and in field.
Our AC stopped working over the weekend and I called on a Monday morning and Kendall (company President) came out the same day to take a look. He was willing to come after normal business hours as well. They were scheduled to do some work the very next day for one of Kendall's friends, and Kendall asked if his friend would be willing to delay his project so that he could get us in the very next day. Billy and Cody arrived early on Tuesday morning and we had a new working AC and Furnace by the early afternoon. They really went above and beyond expectations and put the customer first. I would highly recommend them.

For the first visit to assess the work scope, the technician arrived about 90 minutes late - after the four hour window in which he was supposed to arrive. Nobody bothered to reach out to me to let me know. That annoyance aside, the technician who did the work was pleasant, hard-working, and did the job well. He encountered some obstacles while working, and managed to get the job done in spite of the obstacles.
Larry from All Comfort Services is a magician. Expertly diagnosed and fixed our newly installed furnace when it made loud noises. Took two trips from ACS to our house to do it. We appreciated the persistence.
We had regular maintenance done on our furnace. Jesse R. was efficient, did a thorough job and took the time to explain all that he had done. He made an appropriate recommendation for installation of a chimney liner on the exhaust pipe for the furnace and water heater -- much appreciated to prevent rust and prolong the use of the exhaust pipe. Jesse Rogers of All Comfort Services performed an annual check of my AC system to make sure that it was ready for the cooling season. I found Jesse to be very professional, efficient and personable. I would gladly have Jesse work on my home's HVAC system in the future.
None of my usual plumbers were available in a timely fashion to replace a very small, simple half bath faucet. I called All Comfort because they were able to get it done the next day. That was the only good thing about them. They charged over $500 for this with an added $96 dispatch fee. A different company replaced a kitchen faucet for me much more fancy and higher end for $180 labor and $129 for the faucet. So for this tiny cheap bathroom faucet, it is ridiculous. I called to question the pricing and the tech was rude. Edit: this service was under an LLC

The team that worked on our systems was professional, on time, and did a very good job explaining the situation in language that I could understand.
Rich from All Comfort was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, approachable, and analyzed the problem immediately. I was very thankful that he stayed and worked till a new water heater and a new water softener were installed the very same day....and it was a very uncomfortably hot day!
My very old AC unit stopped working on Saturday of one of the hottest weekends we've had this summer. By Monday morning it was about 84 degrees in my house. Very hot for me. So I started making phone call to a number of AC companies in the area. Some companies I was put on hold indefinitely. Some were two weeks out for a new AC, one week out for a service call. However, within a couple hours of my initial phone call, Kendell showed up at my door, clipboard in hand. We discussed the various options available to replace the very old AC. I found him to be both honest and personable. We agreed on a new unit, and to my pleasant surprise within a couple hours after that, he had a team of guys out and the old AC was replaced with a new one by about 3pm the same day. A remarkable accomplishment in my book. I would highly recommend them. Kendall followed up with a phone call and promptly emailed the warranty information.

After being out of town for a few days, my family returned to a cold home and a broken furnace. Within an hour of calling All Comfort Services we had a service technician look at our furnace and diagnose the issue. Unfortunately with a 30 year old furnace our best option was to get a new one.The technician requested a sales consultant and a number of space heaters to hold us over. Our consultant, Kevin, brought 3 heaters and walked us through options that night. 12 hours later we had a great install team (Billy, Lucas and Don) arriving with the furnace of our choice.The team was excellent and their customer service was incredible. I’ve used All Comfort for several services - their team is consistently professional, courteous, and helpful.
Salesperson Debbie came out to my house on a Saturday with only 2 hours notice. She was very thorough and made a sound recommendation of both their economy and mid-grade lineup. We went with the mid-grade lineup as they were EnergyStar rated (rebates and tax credits help too!) and were more efficient. Two days later (Monday)installer Mike G. from All Comfort Services arrived a few minutes before the promised time and was professional, courteous and conscientious the entire duration (7:25 am to 3:10 pm). He laid down sheets to keep footprints off the carpeting and swept up all waste generated from the installation efforts. The installation of our new furnace and ac unit looks incredible. Mike and Matt needed to install a second exhaust pipe for the furnace and re-route the ac lines. They did a better job of running all the pipes and tubes than the initial contractors! Everything is plumb, level, above the ceiling joists and just looks perfect. My wife and I will not hesitate to recommend All Comfort Services to all who inquire and would have Mike work in our house anytime!

Faith was great; she was nice to our kids, our cats and did an amazing job with the furnace. She even took care of an unsightly little furry friend we didn't realize had tried to live out his very very last days in the furnace... we will definitely be calling on her again.
When my furnace died, my previous HVAC supplier couldn’t get out to see me for weeks. In the middle of winter. I called All Comfort Services and they came right out. They brought me space heaters to tide me over until my new furnace could be installed — the next day. They walked me through all my options, answered my questions, made compassionate and sensible recommendations. The installation went great. The installers were efficient, answered my questions, repaired my humidifier for free. Very satisfying experience. When my water heater died this summer, I did not hesitate to call All Comfort Services again.
Brandon, Josh and Rob from All Comfort Services just installed a new furnace and hot water heater. Besides quality products, we chose this company because of the exception service. They quickly responded to a web inquiry for an estimate. Office staff were very helpful in setting up an appointment, and Jay, the estimator, was very very helpful. He did not push any specific products, but listened carefully to our needs and concerns. He provided a very competitive estimate, and within a few days they were ready for install. The install crew mentioned earlier really set the standard for how service people interact with customers! From introducing themselves to the respect they show for your home they were outstanding. Courteous, helpful and informative was the norm for these individuals. They showed us what they did, all the features of the new system, and answered all our questions. Well done gentlemen!

Everything was fine except arrival time. Scheduled for 7:30 and got here at 8:15. I know things happen, but this always happens to me (3 times with All Comfort so far). I don't want anyone to get into trouble, I just want you to be aware that this should improve.

Rory Johnson dealt with our issue, which was a failure of the electric gutter guards that we employ whenever ice or snow fails to melt on our house roof. He spent a good amount of time trouble-shooting the problem, which required several inspections of electrical connections and wiring. He assessed the issues, which we will now resolve by having some rewiring work completed.Rory is a very competent fellow, and someone who interacts with clients in a very pleasant way. We really appreciate his service.
Warning: We hired All Comfort Services to convert our house from LP to natural gas. This included running new pipe from the meter, installing a new water heater and converting the existing furnace. A master plumber completed the work. That night my wife thought she smelled gas but we brushed it off because they had just completed the work and we thought it might be normal. My wife was out of town for the next few days and I was at home with our three children. I have a bad sense of smell so I didn't notice any smells. When my wife returned home she said she smelled strong odor of gas in the house. We called All comfort services to check it out but their on call technician seemed frustrated because he was an hour away so he recommended that we call MG&E. MG&E showed up promptly and found the leak where the service was done on the furnace and fixed it. I have attempted to contact all comfort service to speak about this issue as it put my entire family in significant danger. They have not returned my calls. They also left a mess in and around the house as well as a caulk tube that had spilled all over our back porch. The house could have easily exploded killing all of us. For this, I would not recommend their service.

I had a furnace installed by Jesse S. and Billy T. from All Comfort Services. They were both very friendly, professional and helpful. They went over everything and made sure all my questions had been answered before leaving.
All Comfort called me ahead of my annual furnace check to see if a different day worked better than my original day. Luckily I had a day that worked well and was able to get the the maintenance out of the way ahead of schedule. The visit went very well and everything was completed in a timely manner. Zach also made some very good recommendations for the near future with my aging equipment. I would definitely recommend them.
They did a full clean and check on the furnace. They replaced the filter and also installed a new thermostat. The two men were friendly and helpful. They ran through the use of the new thermostat. They were respectful of our home and our time. Very professional service! I believe their work was a good value because it is something that we are not comfortable doing. The work was done quickly and carefully. I would recommend them to others needing this service!

We have relied on AlComfort for our furnace and AC yearly maintenance for several years. The technicians have always been friendly and willing to answer our questions. We woke up to a cold house on Sunday morning. We knew our furnace was 20 years old and expected it wouldn't last much longer. After calling the answering service for AlComfort on Sunday Vern promptly called, I explained our situation and he said it wouldn't be worth putting any money into our furnace due to its age. He explained the service charge he would have to charge if I wanted him to come out to look at the furnace.Long story short, Jay, a sales rep was here at noon Sunday to explain their products and schedule our furnace install for 8AM the next day. Jesse and Justin arrived promptly at 8AM. They removed our old furnace and installed the new furnace by 1:00PM. They were friendly and very knowledgeable and answered my questions.

I've had my boiler serviced by All comfort for three years now. They are one of the few places that service residential boilers and they do a good job. I've also had some minor repairs done by them and everything was done well.
Seemed like a good deal with up front pricing then the quote comes and a$12.50 capacitor is listed at $250.00 then add service call cost and mandatory $112.00 check up and you have a $500 bill for 30 minutes work and $12.50 parts. Not even close to reasonable, Karl was a decent serviceman but had no flexibility to correct outrageous price. Bought part locally and fixed myself. Too pricey to use or recommend.

I could not be happier with my experience at All Comfort Services. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful, professional, and respectful. They went out of their way to install a new air conditioning unit in my home within a few days to help my elderly Mom who struggles with the humidity.I highly recommend All Comfort Services!
Leaking 8 year old water heater needed to be replaced. All Comfort sent someone out the day I called and then quoted me for a replacement which they installed 2 days later. Everything went smoothly and quickly. They also had to negotiate some difficult obstructions in our water heater room that involved lifting the heater to chest hight horizontally. I appreciate the extra work they did to install.My two small complaints are the folks arrived for the install 2 hours before the start of their estimated 2 hour window of arrival. Luckily I had the day off of work, but trying to coordinate other life activities around such a flexible start time would have been challenging. The other thing is the price I paid was about $400 more than the quoted price and I'm not sure where the difference came from. The emailed receipt I received had parts and labor all listed under one line item so I'm not sure if it was more labor cost or why the difference.Overall it was a good experience and the plumbers had to do some literal heavy lifting to accommodate us, so I appreciate it.
Rich did a great job explaining the options and the work that would be performed. Everything was completed as requested and the job site was left cleaner than it started. Rich made sure to explain the different settings and features on the new water heater and water softener before he left. Thanks!
I typically love All Comfort but the last service we had for many utility replacements in a new house wasn't great. Everything works well and was setup well, but they missed that the A/C unit couldn't go in the same spot and they didn't put the humidifier on the side that we asked. They also left parts from the old utilities outside (that our dog got) and didn't clean up after installing the thermostat in our dining room.Still would recommend considering the other options but less perfect than a few years back.
Maurice came out on a Saturday to troubleshoot our furnace acting up. I thought it was a serious issue but after diagnosing it all that was needed was a simple maintenance. maurice gave an initial estimate and then an updated one after the initial inspection. he held to the estimategreat customer service

Poor service. Didn't bother to show for the appointment. Evidently they have a policy of not sending a tech to a previously scheduled appointment unless they can reach you by phone. Whatever, but they need to make that clear to people. My wife spent the day at home waiting for the tech to show. She was working in the front yard, so could not hear the phone. It's ironic that they consider this to be acceptable, yet run ads claiming that they are the only firm in town that really wants to take care of their customers and will do what it takes to satisfy the customer. When I called to cancel a follow-on appointment I complained about this and was told that that is their policy. I've not encountered this policy before, and I'm sure I'll have no problem finding a firm that wants to do the work.Not only did they lose this work, which is admittedly minor, but they also lost the opportunity to bid on replacing the furnace and a/c.

The pumbler went to my house, never gave the estimate, called them 2 weeks later, the lady in the phone said it would cost ×$$$, twice the price of another company. I said no, then they kept sending me messages to pay for the estimate that I never officially received....their services are very expensive! They charge for estimate, but don't give you a copy unless you fight for it:(

Maurice was on time, couteous and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (capacitor) and replaced the part. He offered me a complete evaluation which I declined only because I'm selling this home and didn't want to invest the extra money. Would recommend All Comfort, this isn't the first time I've used their services.
Edited 12-10 : I would encourage you to inquire as to the range of hourly rates that might apply to the situation you are dealing with. We were able to negotiate a partial refund after discussion, and might have avoided some stress on both sides with more transparency. See the story below.We contacted All Comfort on the recommendation of one of my co-workers who's primary contact with them had been through the new construction and remodeling processes.Our situation was what I believed to be a small, pin sized, leak in a pipe that showed up as a water stain on a ceiling tile in the basement.After leaving an e-mail message one evening, I was contacted the next day by David, who offered to send someone out yet that day, but knowing the small, and intermittent nature of the leak, we set up a time later in the week when my wife would be home.I received another call the next day from David who said he had someone available earlier, and was it possible to send him over that afternoon.Since my wife was home, we gave them the go ahead.Rich arrived around the appointed time, and after some investigation, and my wife running the water in our shower for him, he determined the there was no mechanical issue, but that there was a leak in the tile surrounding the top/shower .For this service, we were charged $222.92.The $65 dispatch fee I was told about when I called, and then another $146.30 for the 1/2 hour Rich spent doing his diagnosis which consisted of taking two screws out that held on the face of the whirlpool tub skirt, and looking into the cavity while my wife hosed the walls down with the hand shower.I have no problem at all with the dispatch fee, which I completely understand. My problem is being billed at a rate of damn near $300/hr for what was basically an inspection service.It makes one wonder what the charge would have been had he actually had to fix something.I understand the uncertainty of a call like ours, but I'm not sure I could ever recommend All Comfort, unless you have an absolute emergency.
Have used them many times, always with reliable service. This visit was no exception. My A/C died at 8pm on Thursday. I send in an email request for service, as it was non-emergent. They nonetheless called me 5 minutes after I emailed and offered me service that night or next day. I chose the latter, and their scheduler called me next morning to set up a time around my work schedule! I was so impressed that they squeezed me in and still could accommodate my work schedule. The technician was on-time, professional-acting, professional-looking, and covered his shoes when entering the house without my asking. They were very up-front about charges prior to the visit, with no surprises. He fixed the problem on the spot and even answered some unrelated questions I had about my A/C.

All Comfort Services was extremely responsive when my water softener died. I was out of town, but they were able to work with me to get pictures to quote and schedule around my work travel. The technician who did the install was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My water heater also had had a slow leak for quite some time that I hadn't had looked at, and the technician discussed that with me as well. They recommended replacement at some point in the near future. They were not pushy at all, and were able to replace the water heater in the same day as the water softener, which was much better than waiting. I am extremely happy with All Comfort Services and will be using them again as things come up with my old house.
Good communication - they returned my call the next day and got me an appointment soon after that. They let me know when the plumber was going to arrive 20 minutes beforehand, which was nice. He showed up on time and had a mask on, which is what I was hoping for. He found the leak quickly, showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. It looked like a fairly easy job with a part that maybe wasn't really expensive, so I was a little surprised the bill was as high as it was. But the peace of mind and convenience was worth it. I recommend All Comfort.

Chris S was our service pro, and did a great job. We had a problem with a pressure pump that led the furnace to be unable to run the diagnostics it does before each furnace firing. We could hear what sounded like the furnace trying to start, like a faintly revving engine, but then it would die down. It would actually work once in a while, but usually didn't. We of course did not know all the details until after Chris S arrived, listened to our statements, asked some questions, and checked out the furnace.We were impressed by the relatively short amount of time he was here, which included diagnosis, inspection, replacement of a part and other work. He was very good at explaining the situation, asking for our decision as to what to do, and doing over what he did afterwards.Chris S was excellent, and we were very happy with the job he did. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and we had confidence in him and his work.
I had an issue with my air conditioner. They sent a technician the same day and were able to address the problem immediately. The technician and the customer service staff were very polite and friendly and responsive.

Jessie showed up at my door and placed foot covers on his feet and a mask over his face. He told me what was involved with his visit today in a friendly, professional manner. After providing service to my air conditioner, he noticed a loud hum. It was coming from the air return, so he adjusted the grill and the humming stop. He informed me that it would cost 115 dollars to permanently fix it. I decided to see if his adjustment would remain fixed before having to pay the additional money. I told him that if it comes back, I will have the work done. I believe if it does prove to be a problem, then I will have them fix it in the fall when it is time to service my furnace.It was so nice for Jessie to go out of his way to solve this long-standing annoyance even after he finished servicing my air conditioner, I am so happy to have the Comfort Club membership.

This afternoon I had a problem. It's dinner time and I don't have a problem anymore. Service was prompt, friendly, and courteous. I'll definitely do business with them again. Although, hopefully, not for another 15 years or so.
Will only use Matt to do any work/maintenance on our Furnace & AC, he is always time, honest and seems to have our best interest at heart plus he knows his stuff. As far as a good value, hard to judge when you are only comfortable with one technician.

Maurice H serviced our furnace and A/C. He was great! Maurice was on time, polite, professional, and thorough. He (and we) took COVID precautions to keep each other safe. My boyfriend called Comfort Services for our noisy baseboard heaters. The work order number is 603877, I figured since it was my google email that the receipt was sent to that you would be able to find our account, even if my boyfriend made original call. We were told on the phone that the dispatch fee of $96 would be absorbed into the cost if we used them for the work, however the technician charged us the dispatch fee and the repair fee. I told the technician that I had bled the radiators and they were quiet for about 18 hours before they got really noisy again. He bled the system at the boiler, it did nothing. He then spent a significant amount of time bleeding the system at the baseboard radiator. He thought he was done as they were quiet. However in the time he went out to his truck to write up the bill, the noise of water running came back again. He proceeded to do the same thing he just did and bleed the system at a radiator. I told him multiple times this is what I did 3 days ago and the noise came back. He once again got the system quiet, then asked if it was fair to tack on another charge for all the time he spent. I refused to pay for the extra time because he did nothing that I didn't do a few days earlier and I was very skeptical the noise wouldn't come back. Over 400 dollars later, the noice came back within 6 hours of him leaving. We have called the service manager twice with no return call. To say we are disappointed is an understatement.

Technician treated me with respect and listened to my description of the issue. He offered good advice, based on his knowledge and experience.
Terrific service, easy to schedule,,arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable.
Was super pleased with the service. Faith was very professional and helpful, telling me the what to keep an eye on as far as maintaining the furnace, types of filter options and gave information about adding the humidifier onto our service plan.
Our tech was here same day and fixed what we needed fixed within three and a half hours. Easy to interact with and very helpful. Will definitely come back to ACS for more work when we need it.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Truly every aspect of their service - from the phone call to the service itself - was great. They were honest and upfront about pricing. Our technician was friendly and did a good job explaining our problem and the solution. I would absolutely recommend All Comfort Services to anyone in the Madison area.
We had a water heater give up late at night, called All Comfort Services the next morning and they got us scheduled right away. The technician was to our house within an hour, was very thorough with choosing the best replacement for our usage. Since it was a bit emergent, didn't compare prices so they might be a bit high, but the service and professionalism were top notch.
Technician service my heater, but had the furnace turned off. Had no heat all night and had another tech come out this morning to turn it on on side of furnace in basement. All seems to be working now! Mike

Billy T. showed up on time after we received a heads-up call (appreciated!) He and Matt worked in a professional manner all day to install the Mitsubishi mini split. Billy took time to show how to use the remote to run the unit. So far so good! I would recommend Billy T and Matt and All Comfort Services to my friends & family.
Jesse R did the annual preventative maintenance on our furnace & air conditioning system. Needed replacements for 2 capacitors & installed them. Asked his advice on adding a humidifier system also, which we plan to do too. We couldn't have had a nicer or more helpful guy come out for this service!!

I had called on Thursday to have a leaking pump on my air conditioner serviced. This was a non emergent situation. Service was completed first thing Friday morning. I was informed of the home visit fee of $96.00 which I felt was reasonable. The pump was fixed within 30 min. The sales rep. offered to service the furnace while he was here and I decline. There was no pressure to have further service. Excellent company, I will use their service for future needs.

All comfort services (my guy Rich, apologies for the callout) did a great job on installing a garbage disposal. Also, happened to be fairly competitive for pricing.Background: we switched from a two compartment to a one compartment (farm) sink and the old galvanized pipe was in the way. While I can replace most plumping, I knew it would require cutting the pipe back a ways to fit and was uncomfortable performing it myself.They use flat rate pricing so there's no gouging for parts and labor. So, the cost was pretty competitive in the end. Just be prepared for the $65 fee, which they do mention over the phone.The plumber (Rich again) used booties which is greatly appreciated. Was very personable and could make small talk. He worked quickly, and the completed work looks great and functions perfectly. He finished by asking if I had any questions or wanted him to look at anything. Mostly a sales search, but he also answered other questions I had that would yield no business, much appreciated.My final comment is I would definitely recommend using All Comfort Services for your plumbing needs.

I used All Comfort for a repair to my water heater a few months back and just had to replace our entire furnace that failed on a Saturday afternoon. Hati (sales) was great to work with - super responsive, informative, and cared. With two small kids and being forced to stay at a family members house, All Comfort made our install a priority (over the weekend), and Mike/Jessie (install team) got the new unit installed by 2p on Monday. Sounds cliche, but i mean it when i say that the people at this company really seem to care. Will definitely be using them for all heating/cooling needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I called to get a quote on a replacement water heater. I already have three other quotes but thought why not get another. Reviews are very good. I have two other small jobs that I want to have done at the same time. I figured I get a price on the heater and then see if it was worth getting a bid on the other work. I was given a quote of Over $1700. $500-600. More than the other bids. I asked if there was anything special about this water heater. Basic unit. I was told that they don’t like to give a price over the phone but can come out and take a look. But charge $96 to give the quote. No thanks. All three other companies came to my house at no charge. At these prices I think I’ll look elsewhere.

Dishonest practice.. Ac wasn't cooling down the house one hot day. Assumed it was broken, called them to investigate. The first technician started diagnostics then almost an hour later told me he was stomped and another tech is coming. The other tech comes and between the two of them, replace my air filter (using my own) without asking me and informed me that they couldn't find anything wrong with it besides bearings that could replaced but otherwise it is working fine. This cost me around 250. They did not communicate what they were doing and in the process wasted my time and money. I called their office to follow up on this poor service and basically robbing me out of $250 and was told I will be contacted by their president. This was over a week. They have been very dishonest. Never using them again.
Faith was on time, cheerful, and got right to work. She was prepared, knew what to do and this was her first time to my house. When she finished, she explain the state of my furnace and air conditioners, and explained the numbers. I love numbers. She described what I could expect of my aging furnace and recommended next steps, in knowledgeable and not scary way. I'd recommend Faith and would be happy to see her at future check ups.

We found out we had a gas leak yesterday and within 18 hours of us calling, it’s already fixed! This is my second time using All Comfort and I’ve been so happy both times! Thanks for the great work!
We had a full A/C system installed in our attic by Brandon and John. They did a great job with the installation and the system is fantastic. Prior to the install, we worked with Jay on the quote and he was always quick to answer any and every question I had. I highly recommend these guys going forward.
Both service men were knowledgeable and removed the older furnace and installed the new quickly. They arrived early and I have heat again. This is the coldest day so far this year and they stayed positive even with them having to go outside in knee deep snow. Our furnace stopped working and we called All Comfort Services. Larry was incredibly thorough, friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail and with knowledge. He went above and beyond in making sure everything was working properly. I felt this was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had with a service company.

Very fast and professional, good service. Scheduled AC repair through the website and they called me the next morning saying that they could come that day. I just wish scheduling through the website had a better representation of their actual availability.
All Comfort is great. Furnace stopped working at -25°, freak out time. All Comfort had technician Larry at the house in 45 mins. Friendly and professional, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 1 hour. Great company, ask for Larry!
Had All Comfort install a new system when the heat was bad. Very pleased overall. They have been out to our house to replace a water heater also. They do it all and I'm pleased with them overall. Prices are just above average, but the service is guaranteed 100%, and I haven't had to use the guarantee so far.

Called and was able to have a technician arrive the same day within the timeframe given and with a phone call to say the tech was on the way. Maurice showed up and was very professional and determined what was probably the issue, but due to the time that repair would take, I had to reschedule to a different day because of something that came up that I had to take care of. The rescheduleing was easily taken care of and not an issue. Will definitely call again in the future.

Today, he replaced a broken wall light switch. Kevin was our first contact and helped us assess our needs for a new air conditioner and furnace. He was personable, knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. . He's a great guy to work with.. Jesse S and Larry N arrived promptly and very professionally installed our new equipment. They were outgoing, friendly, and displayed a real expertise while installing the equipment. They were careful, tidy, and took time to explain the whole process. They all met and exceeded our expectations and we are currently enjoying a most comfortable air-conditioned house. We'd pick this crew again in a minute.

I had Tom come out and install some outlets indoors and out. It is good to note that Tom has done many electrical jobs for me over many years to include rewiring the entire house and installing hard wired smoke detectors. Tom is VERY professional and does EXCELLENT work. He is the only electrician that I will use. He is honest, fair, and on time. Tom knows what he is doing and you can rest assured that your job will be top quality. I highly recommend Tom for all your electrical needs.

After a power outage they were able to fix the electrical panel so I had power throughout the entire house. When the power had been restored the surge knocked out my furnace and they were able to fix the furnace as I had been without heat for almost two days.They always do amazing work.

In the past we have used ACS for our HVAC needs, and was happy with it. However, today we had a tech out, had him do diagnostic work and found a fuse was out. We had the fuse repair done on our AC unit, and he also found another part that was going bad (capacitor) he suggested we replace. We opted for the tech to replace both parts. The tech then suggested we do a full HVAC evaluation that had another fee attached (2-300$!) on top of the diagnostic fee for today and parts/labor. I mentioned that we were looking at new units and he said he would put it in the notes that we wanted an estimate for that. He did the repairs and then I paid and left. The repair didnt work and the AC unit was not functioning only an hour after the tech left. I called the same day to see about sending him back out, and since I didnt pay for the extended evaluation service on top of the diagnostic fee/parts and labor, the $400 worth of work I paid for today has no warranty, and I would have to pay for them to return and diagnose it again. If the tech would have told me the repairs on the unit wouldnt work, I would have paid the diagnostic fee for the day and saved the parts and labor money for the cost of a new unit. I talked to Leo the supervisor who just said on repeat because I didnt pay for the extended and expensive evaluation, it didnt matter if the diagnostic fee and repair I paid for today worked or not as there is no warranty on it unless you pay for the extra service. This is horrible practice. I understand with older units that repairs can be tricky, but why say oh its just this one thing and repair it knowing it wont work. ACS in the past was not this way. If the repair the tech suggested not to repair the unit and get a new one, we would have explored that route instead. The diagnostic fee and parts/labor fees should come with some sort of warranty in case the diagnostic done was incorrect.Edit: All Comfort did respond to us and took care of our fees for this visit, I still think its not right they don't guarantee work done on the same day that they perform it.

The service was great. Response time was great. Very friendly and courteous staff. Respected my home with shoe covers. The reason I gave 4 stars was not for the service but for the price. I feel the cost of my sump pump replacement was quite high and would have been even higher if I didn't sign on for the comfort club. I did not check around or get bids before calling All Comfort Services because I know neighbors used them and were happy with them. They were here for about an hour. So that is on me for not getting estimates but I'm happy with the work.
Great service and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Everything was explained to me and good suggestions were made about future service.
Dexter was awesome and efficient. Just a plumbing check up as part of Comfort Club.

I was called two times to update me on the scheduled arrival of a technician to inspect my furnace. Billy T came within the time I was told, was polite, professional and answered all of my many questions. I feel that he went the extra mile to ensure that I was on board with everything he had done, and offered tips for my future use of my systems including a reminder to replace batteries in the thermostat. I am very pleased with his manner and the service he provided.

The technician, Luke, was fine to work with. However, we were charged a service fee for a no repair situation with our 3 year old iComfort thermostat. Several other calls to the office staff resulted in us being told to Google it for a solution. The 5 year warranty is deceptive as they still want to charge labor to reinstall faulty equipment. Overall disappointed.

All Comfort Services turned a frustrating and scary situation into a wonderful one. Our boiler broke unexpectedly in the middle of February. On a Friday morning. I was worried we were going to pay huge amounts for weekend service, or have to find (and pay for!) a hotel with space for our family of 6. We called a different heating company that sent out an aloof technician who left quickly saying his boss would have to call us to give us any information. He boss quoted us $10,000. We called All Comfort next. The first difference was kindness- they were happy to have our business not annoyed we were calling. They brought us small but amazing heaters that kept our family warm and in our home. Second- their quote was HALF the first quote we got. Third- their technicians were quick and thoughtful. They upgraded our system to be more efficient and left us with peace of mind. Start to finish a great experience! We’d specially like to thank Garry K., Pat A., and Jay E. You guys are awesome!
Jesse was an excellent technician! He was masked, and very personable. We have an old house with a boiler, and lots of old registers. There was a leak in one of them. Jesse fixed it quickly. He also did the yearly tune up on the boiler. He did not leave a mess, as the last company did. We will definitely call All Comfort again!

This was the best service I’ve had in a long time! Our furnace turned off early this morning, we woke up freezing and I wasn’t sure who to call. I found All Comfort Services online and gave them a call. I was connected to a real person (no robots) right away. She was very kind and made sure we were scheduled into the next appointment as soon as possible. Matt arrived a short while later and he was extremely knowledgeable and thorough!! He not only fixed our heating issue but took apart our furnace and inspected everything to ensure there were no other issues. He even changed the filter, and helped make sure the thermostat was setup properly. I really felt like our family was taken care of today. On one of the hottest day of the summer with a heat advisory, we had All Comfort Services put in a new Air Conditioner & Furnace.Billy, Jesse and Kevin were efficient, friendly and got the job done earlier than expected. They were wonderful and explained in detail our new equipment downstairs and outside.Days earlier, Jay came out and gave us an estimate and thoroughly explained our options. He was kind and friendly and professional.We would highly recommend All Comfort Services.
Furnace had been acting up. Occasionally not keeping the house warm. One heating contractor made several visits but not while it was not running!?All comfort came while it was malfunctioning and found the problem and made the repair.
We requested service because we had no heat and Maurice with All Comfort was at our house within hours. He was thorough and took the time to explain every aspect of the issues and what our options were. Very appreciative for his help!

Matt C. of All Comfort was great. We have been nursing along a truly ancient air-conditioner, maybe 50 years old, and when it finally broke last week, Matt made valiant effort to save it late on a hot Friday afternoon. When it turned out he couldn't, he and his coworker Jay E. Followed up with me very quickly to do an estimate for a new unit and get the new unit installed. I continue to be very pleased with all of the All comfort staff, both their technical staff and their office staff.
UPDATE: For the record, I had 3 other companies come to do an estimate. Took 5 to 15 minutes. This place is a SCAM!This place deserves 0 stars. I set up an appointment for an estimate for a new furnace/a.c. unit. Just got a call to see if they could come earlier for the appointment for an estimate today. I was never told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours for an estimate. My main issue is being made to feel like I'm cheap or that I wasn't good enough for their high end stuff. Wow, without even knowing anything about me. I have a 1 bedroom condo, 800 square feet. Guess my new furnace/a.c. business and my hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. Thanks for the awful experience.

Installed new water heaterReplaced our old water heater. We were very happy with the promptness of the service and our repair man was so very friendly and careful of our surroundings! We had service on our AC a few weeks ago and that service was so very prompt also! We're so glad we found this service company and will be using them from now on. The last service was on Saturday and it was still very prompt.
My service professional was Maurice H.He greatly exceeded my expectations! He was here for my annual hvac checkup of my air conditioner. He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and extremely likeable!!!I will be requesting him in the fall for my heater checkup and anytime I need service.He is fantastic!
Calling for HVAC repair should not resemble a stereotypical used car sales experience. But if you call these guys, be prepared.During the hottest week of the year, the air conditioning at one of our properties failed. We called All Comfort and let them know it was a two story commercial building that would require a ladder for the 25-30' height of the roof.Sure enough, the tech shows up and lets us know that his ladder is too short, but he'll be glad to check the furnace. He does so and reports that since the furnace is 15yrs old, it's likely the AC unit is as well. He suggests we replace the AC unit.Sounds reasonable I say... Please come back tomorrow with an appropriate ladder and replace it.By far the easiest transaction a business person could hope for, right?.. But no! The very next day, two more techs show up.Do we get a new unit?.. No!They inspect the AC unit, they inspect the furnace (again) and let us know that .. wait for it.. we need a new AC unit!Wow!! it only took them two visits and three techs to figure this out. Mind you, I already agreed a new unit was necessary after the first visit.Wait! It gets better..the tech proceeds to let me know there will be $166.83 charge for the previous day's visit.., AND a $306.21 charge for the second visit.So, $473.04.. two visits and three techs.. That is what it takes for All Comfort Services to figure out we need a new AC Unit.We call, complain about the duplicity and incompetence.. and are assured by a manager that he would take care of things.. mind you he says, I'm new here..They end up billing us for the first visit.. we paid it in full.But then billed us for the second visit while crediting the first.In other words, they billed us for the more expensive visit because that's the kind of people they are.Meanwhile, they call back and schedule an estimator.. well needless to say, the estimator doesn't even show up at his appointed time!.. he simply emails a quote.Meanwhile, we call another local firm. They come out and give us an estimate and we move forward with new units for the whole building. Never has $24K been more happily spent.Is all Comfort Services Dishonest? .. Incompetent? .. both?As a business person you have to feel for whoever owns this company. Without authorization $139.38.. Yup, we're going to wrestle over that.. Meanwhile, I wrote their competitors a check for $24KBetween their techs, call center and ultimately their manager, none of them could simply take a Yes, and sell me the new HVAC system I needed.Rather, they were too busy with their nickel and dime scam.. or maybe they're simply not qualified to be representing a business.. either way, Air Comfort Services is a ZERO.

I was really pleased with their service. ACS texted reminder the day before the service and at about 20 Min before the technician arrived. Their Technician, Dave, took pictures of everything he inspected on his tablet and went over the results with me. Very thorough.
The guys did a great job--arrived promptly, got the work done within the time frame they promised, and invited us to be in touch if issues appeared. We will see how the air conditioner works when the weather warms up.
We have been using the services of All Comfort Services since 1996 and we trust them to do good work in our home. Billy T. was professional and explained how to use our new furnace and a/c. Billy T. and Mike worked very well together and cleaned up everything thoroughly after the installation was complete.

A couple of years ago, on a Friday, going into a very hot holiday weekend, my parents AC went out. They both had various medical issues. The team worked with me late into Friday night and had a crew over in the morning to replace the AC. On a Holiday weekend! We had our furnace die the day before Christmas. We call All Comfort and they were able to come that day, diagnose the issue, and supply us with space heaters on a Sunday.Matt was very thorough, and Jay did a great job following up, including detailed options and paths forward.We went with a new furnace, and it was a great decision. Jesse, Mike, Tom, Gary and Justin were all very professional and straight forward. This was a tight space and we had to remove the water heater.Even when an unexpected cost came up, Kendall the president called me himself. He even stopped by the house to meet me in person to clear it going forward.In the end. I had a new thermostat, a high efficiency furnace, and heat in my house. Very happy with the service

Had a leaking plumbing fitting above the water heater. It was leaking enough water on the water heater to extingush the pilot light. All Comfort Services came out and told us we needed a new 2500 dollar water heater as the one we had would no longer work.I got my torch and some plumbing solder and a new fitting. Soldered in the new fitting stopping the leak. After 24 hours drying time the water heater runs fine. It's been running about a week now without any problems.

Rich did a great job! He was so good with my husband, who has Alzheimer’s. He let Don take his time to understand the problem and make a decision. Then Rich and his partner, who also was very patient and kind to my husband, worked fast and efficiently to restore our pipes. I like that all of the estimates are preset on the computer depending on what’s needed to be done.
We recently purchased a hot tub and needed a 20amp Breaker and dedicated line installed for our hot tub's wiring.We called around and All Comfort Services had the soonest availability, so we went with them.We are so pleased with how they presented the quote and the quality of work. We had two electricians that quickly and efficiently ran new line and installed the outlet for our hot tub.They also went the extra mile - they secured the cord for our new hot tub to the cabinet to ensure that the cable did not get damaged, gave advice on how to safely maintain the cable, helped us understand how to care for cables, especially in the cold.The crew wore masks and boot covers the entire time, respected social distancing - were friendly, and communicative, on time and respectful.This was the first time we used All Comfort Services - primarily because we wanted the work done quickly, but it certainly won't be the last. I’m planning a project to convert 2/3 of my single car garage into living space and need heating and cooling the plans are in the very early stage and I needed someone knowledgeable to let me know what would be possible. He gave me 3 different options that would work the pros and cons and an idea of the costand his personal opinion “ If it were me” that option is the lowest cost of the 3 and makes the most sense for my project. He was more interested in doing what would be the best and not selling me something that I didn’t need. We thought highly of Brandon and Larry in their work on our air conditioning installation. They were both courteous, involved us in decision making and were clean and considerate. Our concerns were heard by them. They installed a Lennox air conditioning unit in the attic and made sure to preserve as much attic space as possible for our future storage needs. I came home from a week trip to a cold house. Since I am a Comfort Club member, I called for help right away. The employee who answered my call suggested a couple of things to try and get my furnace to kick in. When that did not work, he scheduled a service call for immediate help. Within an hour or 2, David Hess came and replaced the motor in my furnace. I had heat back on in no time. Glad to have it fixed before the real cold temperatures forecast for Friday. From scheduling to service tech, the experience was just as I was told it would be every step of the way. Very professional. Quality installation and decent pricing. Nothing more than I needed. This is my second large purchase and both were very satisfying. I'd use All Comfort every time.
Real casual yet productive visit a couple Fridays ago. I know next to nothing about this particular line of work, yet that was no impediment to Matt. He calmly talked me through several scenarios and we then made a mutually beneficial adjustment to our agreement based on the new information. He even noticed my McGovern's beer league hockey jersey as we were wrapping things up. Real pleasant experience. Thanks All Comfort and Matt.
Dishwasher install. 4.5 stars for the installer and a 1.5 stars for the prices. I would have rated this higher if they did not try to charge me $239 for a $10 part. Luckily I had the part. I’d did not shop around for other plumbers, so I’m not sure if their rates are high. They have a flat transport fee which was reasonable. After that you get charged by the job type. The cost does not change whether the job takes 30 minutes or 4 hours. The job took 2 hours which I thought was reasonable and I know it’s something beyond my DIY capabilities. The cost for just the job (no transport fee) was $475. $237/hour seems high. However if your job takes 6 hours, you might actually get a deal.The person that did the install was very professional and friendly. Yes, I’m being picky, but sweeping up little pieces of copper wire from electrical cables would have been nice. Those pieces can do a number on hardwood floors.

Our heat stopped working the night before. We called after hours and left a message so they could call us first thing in the morning. Jesse came in the early afternoon to repair our heating unit. His work was thorough and professional and we had our heat working again after about an hour. The service fee was $96 on top of the $165 to fix the unit. It was fair price considering we did not have our unit serviced last year.

The service was great. Very fast and professional. I was disappointed that our technician took off his mask in our house. This is a big deal to me because I have kids who are not old enough to be vaccinated. During my scheduling call, I was told that All Comfort did not know about our technician's vaccination status but was assured that the technician would wear a mask and maintain social distancing. That didn't occur. Next time, I'll call around until I find a place that can confirm vaccination status.

Maurice was wonderful! He explained his work as he did an annual check of our furnace and air conditioner. Maurice answered my questions and even left a check list as to the work he had done. We had not been happy with the Company we had used in the past, but due to Maurice we are now dedicated customers of All Comfort !
We have always been happy with the customer service All Comfort Services provides. Had yet another good experience today having our routine AC maintenance. We will continue to stick with them for all of our furnace and AC needs.

We got new furnace and air conditioning units. Great experience! Showed up on time, and they were done earlier than expected. Cleaned up after themselves and showed me all the bells and whistles of our new thermostat. Nice guys, too. Highly recommend All Comfort.
Our service tech was Awesome with a capitol A.He diagnosed and explained the problem within 5 min of his arrival.The weather outside was not in any ones favor and they delivered the necessary part(s) to get our furnace back up and running in a timely manner even if it was -4 outside.Great job to everyone involved, thank you and Happy Holidays!!!
The plumber arrived on time and texted when he was on his way. He quickly identified the issue in all three problems I was having and fixed them promptly. A little pricy, but worth it for the peace of mind.

We worked with Dexter R. Dexter was very professional from the start. He reassured my concerns and fixed the issue. Was able to come out the same day and helped schedule the repair after diagnosing the problem. Also saved me money by allowing me to use my own bath faucet that I chose. The next morning he was out there and fixed the repair. Exceeded my expectations. These guys are great to work with. My experience with a furnace installation two years ago, and annual maintenance have been great. Technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Prices seem a little high, but every quote I've gotten for any home maintenance in the Madison area is higher than national average. Overall, very satisfied with the service I've received from All Comfort.

All Comfort called to let me know I could get an earlier appointment, which was so appreciated. The tech was on time and very friendly. He explained everything he did in a way that I understood. This is my second time using All Comfort, and I will definitely call them the next time I need service.
We use AllComfort for HVAC, plumbing and some electrical work. We are members of their Comfort Club, which includes fall furnace maintenance, spring AC maintenance and no trip charges if they come to inspect something and give an estimate. Their people are always professional and respectful and their prices are competitive on jobs when we have gotten bids from other companies.
The crew showed up promptly at 7:am as promised. The men got straight to work dismantling old furnace, filter and aprilair.6 hrs later they were done.I was shown how to use the new units which they had installed like artists! DeVinci would be proud! Great job! Very Happy with service

We had used All Comfort a couple of years ago to upgrade/replace or heating and air-conditioning and been very happy with the service. Over the weekend our water heater died. Not viewing it as an emergency we requested a plumber come out and give us a quote. I was Ok with the $129 service fee and the plumber arrived ahead of schedule. He looked up the estimated replacement and placed it at $4600. We were given no options of model and when I asked about hourly costs was told they do not do hourly work. I have no idea how mush they were charging for labor and the water heater but i just got a replacement scheduled with Home Depot for $2700. I can appreciate that a business will mark up the cost of parts and since I wasn't provided with options I have no idea how much the water heater itself was but $1900 difference seems excessive for a job requiring a couple of hour of work (two water lines, one gas line, and a vent line all existing so easily modifiable by a plumber). It would be helpful to offer a rough estimate without an onsite plumber. You can always bill for out of scope costs but it is extremely fustrating to have someone stop by at the cost of $129 look at the project which had already been spelled out and provide an estimate that is way out of line for the work. Thank you for your response. You need to be upfront with your service costs or at least estimated costs. If you have a set cost why do you require someone to come out and look and charge for an estimate? I looked up the 75 gallon heater mentioned and it runs $2600. That still means $2000 for a couple of hours of work. Sorry. As far as I am concerned your business is more interested in milking your customers than in providing the quality service needed. Anyone reading this shop around. You are sure to find a business that will provide you with all the promised bells and whistles for a much better price. Thankfully I can afford the $129 dollar lesson. I feel bad for those who are taken in.
Matt was on time and very pleasant to talk with. When he discovered a problem with our furnace capacitor he was very good at explaining why the replacement was needed and what to expect from the repair and the furnace in general in the future. Thanks Matt.
This was check on our A/C, which was a bit late for this annual maintenance. Yet, all was good.
Asked service person to have a sales rep contact me. A month lapsed and no word. I contacted.Upon consultation, I wanted basic furnace and AC, and although they offer financing, they don't on these models. He gave me $1500 off and bid was still thousands higher than competitors. BTW, who offer financing on ALL of their models.
ACS sent Pat Ace, who is a superb plumber. He performed maintenance on one tankless water heater, fixed our utility faucet and replaced an exterior faucet. We were very pleased with his work.
Another great service call with All Comfort Services. We're members of their Comfort Club, which gets us annual heating, cooling, and electrical checkups, plus a discount and no trip charge on other calls. Just had our Furnace and A/C checked out for the year.

Dispatcher was very friendly and helpful, although did not fully understand our need at first. Our technician came out after hours, although for a steep fee, was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to complete the job in a timely manner. Prices were a bit high in comparison to other companies, but worth it.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in April. The installation was professional and well done. When we started using the air conditioner a few months later, it made a loud noise on startup. The team at All Comfort worked very hard including several visits to our house to analyze the problem. They have decreased the noise. I was impressed at the effort they put in to fix the problem, including the President of the company coming out on a Saturday to hear the noise! Thank you All Comfort!

We had a Home Depot installation that went wrong, and we needed someone to come out on an emergency basis to avoid spending a night without power. Rory showed up within minutes of my initial call to All Comfort Services, and everything was finished in under an hour. I would happily hire this company again.
I have reviewed this company before. They reached out for a yearly plumbing inspection that was part of the All Comfort Club advantage. I additionally had some banging pipes when my washing machine was running. Collin came today fixed the banging pipes and did the necessary plumbing inspection. Still amazed at their Teammates.. so personableknowledgeable and friendly. Knowing the services that All Comfort provides, I will use them in the future for various other things!
We used the prior company (Air Quality) and are now having continued excellent service with All Comfort Services. The technician was awesome and explained everything carefully and thoroughly.
I love the comfort club. I never have to think about HVAC and plumbing because they remind me.
Eric Williams was courteous, respectful, and detailed in his work. When he entered my home, he put boot covers on to protect my floors. He introduced himself and gave me his business card, with his picture on it reassuring it was him. He cleaned up after himself and the area (basement) he was working in. I recently accepted an offer on my home. The inspector decided that I needed to have my furnace cleaned and inspected prior to the closing...in 3 weeks! I called several heating and cooling businesses (two of which I had used in the past) and was told they were scheduling into mid January. I called All Comfort and they were able to schedule an appointment the following week. I received a phone call 20-30 minutes before the Service Specialist, Karl R, arrived. Karl was very thorough, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend All Comfort Services.
Reminders given about appointment , with an email that the technician was on the way with both his name and photo. They were on time and friendly. They also kept me informed on what they were doing. I have used this company for 10 years not only for hvac but also electrical and plumbing issues and have never had any complaints

All Comfort Services arrived within an hour of us calling. Very happy with the timely repair of our furnace as well as the up front communication by phone on price estimates.
Purchased a home a few years ago, with a Lennox furnace that was installed by All Comfort. Early fall, I figured I should get the heating and cooling system checked over and cleaned up, so I called All Comfort, as their documentation was all over the furnace. The visit lasted about 3 hours, with the technician checking everything over (heating, cooling, humidifier), and cost about $450. Seemed a little steep for general/preventive maintenance call, but it was worth it for piece of mind that we would have heat through the winter. The technician was personable enough, and since I needed to return to work, I left him alone to finish up the preventive maintenance.Well, a little more than two months later, a week before Christmas, the furnace failed. It was on a Friday evening. Fortunately our house has a double fireplace, which I was able to stoke all weekend and keep the house at 65 degrees. All Comfort was able to come out right away Monday, and it would be $100, just for them to step in the door. OK fine, it is winter, and they fit me into the schedule quickly. I suspected the issue was the blower was locked up, since I heard buzzing coming from it prior to the furnace not working. I am an engineer, and have a pretty solid understanding of how the furnace works. I would have trouble-shot it myself, but am in the middle of a remodeling project, and am low on spare time. It took the technician (same one that performed the maintenance 2 months earlier) 30 sec to tell me what I already knew, the blower was locked up.He then proceeded to remove the blower, which took 2 mins (3 bolts, main exhaust tube, drain tube, and ground wire). While he was doing this he started to tell me how the furnace is old, and it is not worth replacing the blower. He started telling me that it would be $4000 (starting prices) for a new furnace, that my furnace was 17 years old and that he is surprised something this old is still running. Asked me when I would like them to come out and quote a new one, etc., etc. By this time I had opened the blower to find that the centrifugal impeller shattered, which locked the motor, and probably burned it out. How was this not caught 2 moths prior? I asked why we could not just replace the blower? He said he was not sure that they have the part, and that it would be about $1200 if they do. I told him to check to see if they have the part, and figure out exactly how much it would be to replace. He called the main office, and talked about everything other than the part, I am not even sure why he called. Meanwhile, my wife just arrived home from work, so I told him that I was going to discuss it with her quickly, as to what we wanted to do. He disappeared out to his truck and returned shortly thereafter with a box, stating Oh, guess I had one of these in the truck, and a quote for $1300.At this point, I really started to have suspicions about the whole experience. The furnace breaks 2 months after getting preventive servicing?, a blower fan that has 10 mins of installation labor, costs $1300, my only good option is to replace the whole furnace for $4000? So, I quickly looked online for the blower, ..... $100-200 !!!!!!, and this is not for a cheap replacement, it is $130 for the OEM Fasco 7021-9450 that was in the furnace and failed in the first place.So, I was going to get charged $1400 for them to come out, and for parts and installation of a $100 dollar motor that takes 10 mins to install, ...... and this is all after multiple hard sells on a new 4K furnace, which I was told is really the most sensible decision. These guys are not at all honest, and I will never work with them again. Maybe the furnace breaking 2 months after servicing was coincidence (maybe not), but the dishonestly in pricing after the fact was offensive and obvious. I will order the $100 replacement part, and I will consider myself lucky that this company only took $550 from me, for what appears to be essentially nothing. All Comfort lost all my respect and future business!

I had an estimate done for a simple plumbing hookup after I had an undermount sink installed in my home. I received a quote for over $1900. Over $480 was literally just to install the faucet that we provided. Wanted to charge over $200 for drain traps that i got for $15 at a local supply company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE COMPLETELY GOUGING PEOPLE AND ATTEMPTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE of who they thought wouldn't know any better. This is by far the worst company ever. So sad that they are literally robbing people in time of need and I feel they should have their license revoked to prevent others from falling victim to horrible business practices. I can't even believe they are in business now, or ever!!! PLEASE. If you listen to one piece of advice given in your lifetime.....listen to this and don't waste your time with this despicable company.In response to your reply:You're correct it's not under this name. The quote was given at a $96 estimate cost appointment.I would gladly post a photo of the estimate if I could. And yes, I will call on Monday to get an explanation of how sticking a faucet through a hole, screwing a collar on, and screwing in 2 water supply hoses costs almost $500.00. That's the most expensive 5 minute process I've ever heard of.
Joel Barlow came to look at my 1989 Luxaire furnace that wasn't working overnight. He found the wiring issue very quickly and fixed it right away. Very friendly and honest.
Pat A., from All Comfort Services, did very nice work for us, and we are very happy with his work. In an earlier recent trip, Pat and his colleague noticed some leaking in our old water heater (over 20 years old), so recommended us to install a new one, and we think that's a very good suggestion as we may not even notice the problem until some serious leaking happens. In the next trip, they installed a 50 gallon Bradford White natural water heater for us. Pat's work is very professional, and he also fixed some minor issues in the house as well. We will definitely like to work with Pat in the future again.

Our water heater was not broken and did not need a repair. It had shut down due to a precautionary setting. Jared (the repairman from your company) was very polite and after doing his diagnosis said that the heater was not broken but just needed to be re-set as it had shut down due to the precautionary setting.All he had to do was turn the heat setting nob several times back and forth until it clicked to restart the heater. He showed me how to do this. There was no repair involved.For this we were charged an additional $167 as a repair fee. I was appalled and dismayed that you would charge this much just to re-set a heater that was not broken at all. There was no repair needed. I understand the fee of $160 for diagnostics--but there is no reason that we should have been charged the additional $167 just for Jared to do what I could have done myself. Perhaps a much smaller fee or nothing would have been much better business. I felt very taken advantage of in this instance.Susan

The guys showed up on time and installed our new AC very efficiently. They even made improvements to the current setup that will provide better airflow and cleaned the filter on our unaffiliated dehumidifier, catching a potential fire hazard that we were unaware of. They offered other appropriate products and services, but not in a pushy way. I would recommend and use All Comfort Services in the future.

June 2022: Lesson of the day... clean cottonwood seeds from the air conditioner unit. I didn't know so I never hosed it down. My AC decided not to work at some point yesterday, so All Comfort came to my rescue with this diagnosis today. My to do list just grew a bit.July 2020: I can always count on All Comfort to help my home stay comfortable. Today, the air conditioning check-up was completed by Faith R. with efficient skills and friendly demeanor. I will call on All Comfort again!4/24/2019: After 16 years, my water heater died. All Comfort to the rescue ❤️. Rich came out and was able to replace it with a new 50 gallon unit within a day, finished the job in under 3 hours! He was very efficient and personable.The sticker shock took a minute to sink in, but I have complete faith in the work of All Comfort.Posted in 2018: If you need emergency service or scheduled maintenance, All Comfort Services is the place to call.Today was AC preventative maintenance day, with Maurice H., the HVAC technician. From start to finish, I was not disappointed. Maurice explained the health of my system and gave me tips to keep it healthy. No surprise there, based on the caliber of professional staff who work for All Comfort.
Maurice was very polite and helpful. After completing and during his service he was explaining what he was doing. All was cleaned up and put away in our basement when he was done. He also notice a problem with our water heater which he made not of so we could further work on that.

Our son recently purchased his first home and we are helping him with renovations prior to him moving in. It is an older home which hasn't had much done in a few decades i'm sure.First of all; I want to commend All Comfort and Guy for showing up in the first place! I find it mind boggling at the number of places that will set an appointment and then not even show up, and worse, not follow up or return a call. How do they even stay in business? I was impressed at how quickly Guy was able to met with me and, in-fact showed up just a little early to boot.We didn't have anything earth shattering that needed to be done; move some outlets, add some outlets and fan boxes, update some un-grounded receptacles, install a bathroom fan, things like that.When we got the quote, they weren't the highest or the lowest but more importantly, Guy made observations and recommendations that no one else did, so, regardless of price, I felt the most comfortable with them.I wasn't there when Aaron and Nick began the work a week or so later, but stopped by later in the day. While removing some items from under the sink, they bumped the drain trap and it broke. To be honest it's probably 40 years old and was ready to fall off by itself. They immediately dispatched a plumber and replaced it, taking full responsibility. In my experience, most others would have made up excuses and left us to fix it on our own. I was impressed when they told me what had happened.More impressive was the professional, yet sincere, (friendly, but not TOOfriendly) demeanor of both of them. I knew right away that I had made the right selection in choosing All Comfort. These people are Pros in all aspects.They took care of a few additional items without cost, cleaned up the areas they had worked in and returned promptly the next day to finish the remaining items.Before they arrived on day two, I stopped by and went into the basement to check on a few things unrelated to what All Comfort was doing. I was blown away by what I noticed; part of the bid included moving that 220 receptacle for the drier to another wall. Not only did they move the receptacle, they moved the dryer, re-routed the vent tubes and hooked everything up as well. It may not seem like a big deal, but in today's world of lack-luster, seemingly non-existent customer care, this spoke volumes to the culture at All Comfort.Even though I chose Guy to write the survey about, (as he was my first contact) Aaron and Nick need to receive special attention as well. Nick is in training and I was impressed at the manner in which Aaron supervised him. Aaron carefully explained details of each task in order to provide clear instruction and more importantly a clear understanding of what was being done and why.Aaron exhibited a style of leadership that is severely lacking today and Nick is an eager and willing disciple. No doubt that both are truly Keepers .All said and done, I would not hesitate hiring All Comfort Services again. You can feel confident doing the same.

Update on this review: I spoke with the customer service manager (Cameron) and he explained that, a third party answering service that they use, dropped the ball on relaying my request to him. It is a training issue that he says will be fixed. That's good. I since went with another company for service, but I will call them in the future if I need additional HVAC help.Well I called them this year and had them do the HVAC preventive maintenance. The tech (Joel) did a great job! He explained everything to me, also gave me a source online to get a air filter upgrade kit. Which I did order. I'm confident that our system will be trouble free for the year. He was very thorough in his inspection. I will use them in the future.
All Comfort Services was super helpful when out water heater suddenly stopped working this winter. They got someone out the next day (Dexter, you rock!) and he diagnosed the broken part and replaced it quickly. He even cleaned out some built up dirt and gunk from our water heater before he left.
Excellent customer service. Our technician explained exactly what he was seeing with our furnace and gave good recommendations and guidance on next steps. I will definitely continue to use All Comfort's services.

Aaron came out and gave me a quick estimate for a service panel upgrade and appliance gas line installation. I was pleased to see that the cost was below what I was expecting to pay and very reasonable. The gas line installation was scheduled promptly, which we were pleased about since we hadn't been able to dry clothes for a while. The technician, Dexter did an amazing job installing the lines, they are discretely tucked away. We are very happy with the work.We are still in the process of scheduling the service panel install, which is slower due to permitting, but so far it has been above expectations. Will update once work is complete.Very happy with ACS!

Our ceiling fan in our bedroom went out which made sleeping at night almost unbearable. I called All Comfort to make an appointment not expecting to get anyone to come out to my house for a couple days. They were able to have their electrician, Tom, come out that same day I called. Even though we had to replace the ceiling fan Tom offered to take a look at the old one to see if it could be fixed and save us some money which was very nice. Pricing was fair, in fact it cost more money to buy the actual ceiling fan than it did for All Comfort to come out and do the install. Also the customer service when I called to schedule the appointment was first rate and very friendly. Tim was very helpful in getting our problem taken care of. Would recommend to anyone who needs home repairs.

We use all comfort for all our home repairs. We had them in last week to fix a plumbing issue and this week we upgraded to a breaker box from the old fuse type panel. They showed up on time and did the complete job which involved a lot of upgrading. They finished it in a day and the price was what we expected and what we were quoted. The technicians were polite and professional. We will continue to use them for our home needs. I also recommend the comfort club as we have that too.
My experience with All Comfort Services was exemplary! The professional was courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. I plan to use them again in the future for other house repairs!

This is the first time I have used All Comfort Services and I have to say that I was very impressed. The service I received from the initial phone call to set up my appointment and the service I received from Service Specialist Billy T was top notch. I will definitely be using All Comfort Services in the future.

Technician thoroughly explained the inspection. He suggested a cost-saving idea on the filters. Also emailed photos of inspection points. He was early, which was somewhat problematic for me, but it worked out. He completed maintenance in about an hour. Friendly and competent! I am very satisfied with All Comfort.

Upfront pricing is $65 for dispatch and $140 is the cheapest code they will bill if there's no work to do, for a minimum of $200 just to have someone look at your pipes.It's an alright service, but my experience was a little more unique. There's a small leak somewhere under my sink, but can't tell where it's coming from. I put a towel under the sink that gets wet over the course of a couple of days, but can't tell how it gets wet. I called All Comfort Services to hopefully have a professional diagnose it, but no luck. I ended up paying $200 for 20min of professional time and what might still be a leak.edit: updated a typo and for a reply.Thanks for looking into the my information. I'm not dissatisfied with the service, I agreed with the professional that there wasn't anything to be done if he couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. I would probably call again if I was having a bigger issue. I would have preferred more upfront pricing other than the $65 dispatch fee, but I understand that can get complicated to advertise/discuss when a customer calls.

Larry was very thorough trying to find where my furnace pipes were clogged with ice.. ( turned out both, yay negative temperatures!) He tried every trick to clear them before he had to cut n splice them for a temporary fix.After it warms up and the ice melts, they'll go on the roof to fix the pipes.He explained it all to me, which I appreciate.

It took three trips and about $500 to resolve a leaky faucet. My slightly leaky faucet was progressively broken more each trip by the plumbers. The second person who came said the first person should have used manufacturer specific o-rings and that second plumber wasn’t interested in ordering more o-rings. They wanted to charge me $950 in total. $500 was to install a new faucet, which still seems pricey and was a lot of hassle to repair a slightly leaky faucet. Advocate for yourself, get experts in the type of plumbing brand equipment you have if possible. The second plumber gave me some advice on how to find a decent new faucet for less money. I may use them again in a pinch.
Super quick and professional. Called for service at 4:30pm and repair was complete by noon the next day. Definitely a little pricey for the repair that was made (about $300+hr labor) but was fast quality work and would definitely recommend.
Zach was friendly and so helpful! He fixed a delivery, service entrance doorbell and left me an extra one and showed me how to repair it myself so that I won't have to pay someone else to come out and do it next time that it wears out! What great service!

Maurice arrived on time and was very professional in his demeanor. He started the appointment by explaining everything he was going to accomplish, and reviewed items that I was not familiar with. He completed his work in an efficient manner and went over his findings when finished.I am not well versed in what a furnace tune-up should be, but I was extremely happy with my service today!
Great experience with All Comfort Services after our furnace went out on Christmas Eve. Luckily it was warm enough to hold out for a couple nights (assuming they charge extra on holidays?) and we called on December 26th. I figured they would be stacked with 'catch up calls', but they were able to have a technician out by 10, who noted our furnace was pumping out dangerously high levels of CO2 and we needed a new furnace. As an aside, the technician left our home feeling concerned he didn't communicate well with me, so the owner actually called to make sure everything went okay (which it did, but it was nice for them to be proactive). The tech left at 10am, we had a bid for a new furnace by 12:30p, I made a few calls to their office that were pleasant, we had an appointment for a new furnace scheduled by 3p, with an excellent install by noon the next day, all without a trace of an install noted in our basement. We called around for a couple other bids with one actually coming in cheaper by a few hundred, but given the prompt response and follow-up call the peace of mind was well worth the extra cost.

Today they tag-teamed the job and were done very quickly! As usual the technicians were polite, friendly, and wanted to make sure I got my questions answered! We have needed several visits for one of thing or another this past 6 months and as financially painful as it has been, they are a pleasure to work with 😀

We had a light fixture installed. The staff that did the work were fantastic. They were very professional, courteous, but most of all knew what they were doing. A screw was stripped & embedded in the ceiling requiring extra work to remove before any work could start. The electricians were able to fix this. The experience is exceptional. The fixture was installed & looks great.
Their phenomenal organization skills and customer service make any service a breeze. They inform you of prices before they do the work and make sure you're 100% comfortable. The staff sets you up to succeed as an employee and they give you the knowledge to grow your skills within that field. Great place to work for. Great people to work with. I had the furnace, air conditioning and April Air replaced today. It was professionally completed within 6 hours and looks great. I was povided with a detailed review of each system so, I'm confident on how each system operates. The company gave me a great price when bundling all three units.
Long story short, I tried to work with All Comfort Services to get an air conditioner and some ductwork done. I was told (incorrectly, I would find out later) that my venting was not up to code but that they would be happy to ell me all sorts of equipment like a new furnace and water heater to fix the issue. I hired a reputable home inspector to look things over and was told that everything was indeed up to code so there was no need for any additional services. Then, when I tried to get my money back for the services that were not done the owner would not respond to any of my emails. I ended up having to dispute the transaction through my credit card company in order to get my money back. After speaking with the inspector and a few other people I work with I've heard some others who were less than satisfied with their service and prices. I would use another company for A/C and heating work.*Updated: The response from the owner is incorrect. While Kendall may not be comfortable with my side of the story it is the truth. The facts are that a service was not provided for the money I paid, the company tried to essentially extort more money for unnecessary equipment, the ducting and venting in the house is up to current code, and the money rendered for the service was only returned after a protracted dispute process with my credit card company. The most interesting piece though is this: The system that was essentially deemed unsafe and not up to code was installed by All Comfort Services by the previous homeowner. So either All Comfort Services did a shoddy job in the beginning and didn't want to fix it later, or the system was fine and All Comfort Services was attempting to extort more money to turn a profit. Those are the facts.

I have been using All Comfort for years, great service and great associates. The only concern is that the window of service is 8am to 5pm which you have to be home all day to wait for the technician.

Joel, the All Comfort serviceman sent over to repair our furnace when we had a power surge in our neighborhood was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous, conscientious, and explained to us, what he had to do, etc.. He patiently showed us how to work our thermostat that was just installed and that he had to reset after this power surge. He fixed/reset our humidifier that was also affected. Have several years of positive experiences with All Comfort Services. The techs explain any problems they find in terms I understand and explain my options.The only area for improvement I'd hope for is to get smaller arrival windows (usually 4 hours is my experience). For folks like me with long commutes, it's tough to plan your day/week around windows like that. I understand that there are limitations in one's ability to predict how long a given stop will take, so this might be as good as it can get.

I have called all comfort services twice. First time was to install a ceiling fan. I took the day off work so I could be home. The day of the installation I get a call that my appointment was cancelled because of an emergency. I was a little annoyed that I took the day off and still no fan installed. The next time I called when our AC went out on the hottest weekend of the summer. The technician that came wasn't rude but he just wasn't pleasant. He was short and not very comforting. He didn't come inside the house to look at the the mechanicals. While he was correct with his assessment, in that moment I felt due diligence was not done. Moreover, at the end my options were to pay for the service call or pay $714 for a recharge of refrigerant. The price felt a little steep for a recharge so I opted to just pay for the service call and a promise that a comfort specialist would follow up with me to talk about my best options. It has been over a month and no follow up.
Very frustrated about my experience with All comfort and won’t recommend it to anyone that I know.My fiancé called them and she was told that it costs $96 for a technician to come and diagnose why our AC stopped working and based on that number we chose them.When the technician came and after he finished his diagnosis, he told us that we have to pay $150 additional diagnosis fees that he didn’t tell us about before.We decided to pay and complain later and not to proceed with any fix because we couldn’t trust to do any further work with All comfort at that point.My fiancé call to complain ,spoke with Cameron and he clarified that the technician failed to let us know what the diagnosis effort will cost before starting it and letting us know that the $96 is just a dispatch fee!!We asked for a refund for the $150 and pay the $96 because that what we agreed on for their service.He refused to refund the 150$ and offered to refund the $96 instead !!I didn’t agree on that resolution simply because I won’t pay any extra money for the company’s mistake.I will update this review as the situation goes.

Sadly, I cannot leave a good review for this place of business. We had two slower draining drains. One was a sink and one was a shower. We were charged approximately $700 to repair our drains. They drain at EXACTLY the same speed as before this company came to fix them, $700 later. It was literally like flushing our money down the toilet.

Quoted almost $1200 to get a toilet replaced. Asked how much of this is labor cost and was told they can't provide this information. Called another local plumbing company and got a quote for just over $400.....and they were able to tell me how much of this was labor. My previous recommendation for this company is no longer valid.First time user of All Comfort based on recommendation of neighbor. Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism demonstrated by Jay and his installation crew. They provided a lot of detail on the systems being provided and many options to consider. I have worked with others in the area and find this company to have the best customer service and product quality. Highly recommended!

I called for a free estimate and they failed to show up. I called and they admitted they misplaced my appointment and sent someone out over an hour later than my scheduled appointment. I do have to admit that the guy who came out was very nice while in my home, but he failed to ever send me an estimate...even after I called a week later and reminded them that I had not received an estimate. Today I received coupons in the mail from All Comfort Services to take advantage of their services with the upcoming fall season. As if I would schedule something else with them that they would probably not show up for. Worst customer service ever.
Mike arrived within the assigned time slot. An e-mail from All Comfort produced Mike’s photo and name. He completed maintenance on the furnace quickly and removed old filters. He assured me that the dehumidifier was set to kick in when needed.

We called the plumber for a clogged toilet. Rich was great. He cleared the problem quickly. He explained the yearly service offer. So we signed up for the yearly inspection service for our furnace and air conditioner. It also will provide reduced dispatch costs if there is a problem. Luke was awesome. Easy to talk to, explained the work he was doing, understanding of the customer (was clearly not trying to make a quick buck), fair in his service. Definitely will continue to go to All Comfort first for any electrical or HVAC related issues.

(Technician) was prompt and professional with the install, and even pointed out an unrelated electrical repair that we needed to make with a different appliance. the on time rating is sort of facetious. the arrival time was between 8 AM and 5 PM. Potentially I am held captive in my house for up to 9 hours. seems the projected arrival time could be narrowed down a little bit.

The technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and made exactly what I wanted work with the space. They asked great questions and made sure the solutions were the perfect fit for my needs. Billy walked me through setup and use of my thermostat and even made added recommendations taking into account my asthma and having pets in the house. The service was efficient and friendly, including giving my dog a few friendly pats along the way. All Comfort Services is top notch!

The plumber showed up earlier than expected and was quite efficient. He finished the toilet repairs within less than a half hour. He was very polite and friendly. He did good job and cleaned up after he was done.

I called around 8 am this morning and Luke W was at my door a little after 10 am. Luke immediately talked about the steps he would be taking, how I would be billed and how he'd wrap up the service call. While fixing the main issue, he discovered another one and fixed it on the spot (which saved me time and money because it would have been another service call this winter). All in all, we had amazing customer service from the call center and with Luke. I would recommend your servcies to my friends and neighbors.

I was charged $226.55 for a capacitor that I was able to find on Amazon for between $15 and $30. I’m sure All Comfort buys these in bulk at even a lesser price. That is an incredible mark up of 1,410.%. You should be ashamed! I am seeking a refund of $226.55 - $40 = $186.55. My address is 821 N Gammon Rd, Madison WI 53717. I will be sure to tell friends and family about this debacle so that they use caution in hiring All Comfort for any of their heating/air conditioning needs.
Team was very straightforward and informative regarding our options. They arrived on time, brought in more techs when they faced a challenge so they could finish in the alloted time frame, and advised us on the system after install was finished. When we asked them about an upgrade of our air conditioner from the model the quoted, they advised an upgrade from a two-stage model wasn't necessarily cost-effective given the fact we live in Wisconsin as compared to say, Arizona. Very satisfied and would recommend them in the future.

I had a repair scheduled for my A/C. Jesse was on time and wore a mask. The part he was repairing didn’t fit so he had to call for the correct size. While waiting he asked if I wanted my furnace maintenance performed. Even though it seemed a little early I thought why not? It’s included in my Club plan. He performed that and replaced the A/C part. He was pleasant and made good use of his and my time. Very happy overall with my service.
I scheduled an annual furnace inspection with All Comfort and was genuinely pleased by the level of professionalism shown by their technician, Jesse R. He was very polite and went about his business in a prompt and orderly fashion. Upon completing the inspection, he took the time to explain the details involved as well as offering me the opportunity to enroll in the All Comfort service plan.

Contacted All Comfort Services to take a look at my water softener, which I thought was not working properly. Spoke with the scheduler and discussed that I had a Kenmore brand. The technician came out and within a few minutes told me that All Comfort does not service this model. All comfort did not charge me the dispatch fee, which I appreciated and apologized that the scheduler did not catch this initially. They admitted it was a learning experience on their end. Incidents like this happen but they made it right

Great experience. I called and scheduled an appointment when I found my toilet leaking. Rich was on time, obviously skilled and experienced. He changed the ring on the leaking toilet, and made flapper repairs on that one and one other. He assessed all three toilets for replacement, deemed them in good shape, and gave me the comparison costs of repair versus replacement. Such a relief to have repairs done reliably, professionally, and timely. Thanks so much!

Would recommend 100%. Joel was our tech and he was awesome. Showed up on time, explained the issues and fixed it quickly. He gave great advice on general maintenance of the system and how to keep it running smooth.
I have been using All Comfort Services for years and the service has been only exceptional. While we was traveling over Thanksgiving my furnace went out, and we were able to have Maurice come to the home and run diagnostics and supply our home with space heaters, so that we could avoid coming home to an even worse situation beyond a cold home. Thank you, Maurice for helping us on a holiday. Billy T. and Faith installed our new furnace today and I was impressed by their speed and care in getting our house back to a normal temp. They were courteous and professional, and their work is much appreciated.
Brandon arrived bright and early and set to work. He was warm and friendly. Before he began work, he put down tarps to keep our home clean when he brought parts from the truck and when he disposed of the old furnace. Before he left for the day, Brandon clearly explained how the new thermostat and the new furnace worked. He was a true professional!
After convincing us to switch our service to this summer, with the promise that any call, 24/7/365 would all receive the same rate, they came last week to fix a furnace mid-week. Clearly, they didn’t fix it, because we have returned from our weekend away and the house is freezing. I called the tech and the rate is more than double. That is the opposite of everything they have promised. I’m extremely disappointed in this company.

All-Comfort services did a fantastic job in helping us upgrade a 30+ year old HVAC system with a new one that is much more efficient and quiet. We have cut our electric/gas bills by an average of 20% per month, especially in the hottest and coldest months. The HVAC work was done almost a year ago. We had them out again this week to add on a secondary cooling system for an upstairs bedroom that remained warmer than we wanted. It was better after the new HVAC and they were able to bring it inline with the rest of the house with the secondary system. Everyone we’ve worked with at the company from sales to billing to installation to maintenance has been professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend them.
Mike, Jay and Justin provided excellent service when our furnace went out during the Polar Vortex. They worked in the brutal and bitter cold to make sure our family stayed warm. We couldn't have asked for a more professional group of gentleman from a great company. Thank you All Comfort!

Faith was wonderful! She arrived in a timely manner, introduced herself clearly, and checked out my furnace/air conditioning thoroughly. She even likes cats! I look forward to seeing her again in the fall.He was terrific (I've forgotten his name.) He came during the time allotted, he was pleasant, clean, and reasonably fast. Oh! He had another worker with him, whose name I can't remember either, but he was great, too. He even knew about author Margaret Atwood's work! I'm impressed.

The explained what they could do about one of our furnaces' shutting down due to inadequate air flow, and will come back to fix it. I was having issues with my furnace blowing cold air, the problem ended up being my secondary burner which was tripping my roll out switch. I needed a new furnace and was little hesitant on buying a new furnace.Debbie a sales representative from all comfort came out and gave me exception prices for what I wanted and need. There was no doubt that in my mind that she had laid down the best price I was going to find. Very honest and straight forward covering all aspects that I wanted which is price, value and specials.Brandon was my installation guy, very professional, courtesy and honest. He did an excellent job installing and explaining all the fine details to operating and maintaining the new equipment. He cleaned up after the installation and kept the house clean by laying sheets on the ground to prevent dirt from tracking all over. Excellent service and a job well done! I would recommend All Comfort Services for anyone who has furnace issues, even if it's to just to compare prices.

I already made a plumbing appointment for next week to tackle a few more projects. I love that they send you a picture of the tech so that you know who to expect at your door. I would absolutely recommend them!
Put it in electrical outlet and then took the time to give us a rough estimate on what it would cost to wire the garage and also to clean up asbestos and heating vents in the basement.

We needed a capacitor replaced on our AC compressor. Matt was here promptly, replaced it within minutes, and we're cool again on a very hot day! All the folks we dealt with were pleasant and professional. A very positive experience.

Richard (plumber) did a FANTASTIC job with a very challenging task (fixing two faucet handles that hadn't been worked on for the past 20+ years and apparently they STILL didn't want anybody messing with them!!!). Your service tech Faith did an excellent job of getting our A/C system ready for summer. Pointed out ways I could keep my system working optimally. Showed me the correct way to clean the screens on the outdoor unit - no one had ever done that before. Maurice came out as All Comfort was the only company with same day service. We were in a hurry and he fixed my problem in 15 mins.We were able to continue on our trip.Maurice was friendly, and knowledgeable and most importantly, a veteran. That gave me confidence he wouldn’t find extra problems!This review is for Maurice and his abilities and not so much for the company pricing policies.The trip charge was the most in town and then they don’t even include it in the bill then a separate charge to find the problem. So depending on the problem, you are into them for $178 into without a fix. That was for an easy fix.
From beginning to end the process of getting a new furnace and AC was so efficient. Kevin explained everything in detail. He took the time to make sure we were happy with our decision. The furnace was scheduled to be installed within two days. The installers were very nice, kept things tidy, and worked fast. I am impressed with how well the job was done and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their furnace.
Our annual furnace check-up maintenance was scheduled for the afternoon. There was a last minute cancelation and they called to see if we wanted to bump up. Jesse arrived within 20 minutes as promised and was fully prepared including boot coverings and face mask. He was very respectful of my husband's sleep schedule and followed instructions to enter our house from the back. Jesse stayed focused and was done in no time. After finishing he sat with us and went over a detailed checklist explaining his findings and our options to repair or replace. Absolutely no pressure one way or the other. We got our furnace from All Comfort Services 20 yrs ago and have always been happy with the service we've received, today was no exception.
When our furnace went out after a power surge, Matt from All Comfort was on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to clearly talk through the different options available. I would highly recommend All Comfort. He was also able to get the needed parts later that day. Great communication and great service.
Replaced Aprilaire humidifier controller. The technicians always take the time to explain. They answer all questions that I may have and show what they have done. We have had other services performed for our air conditioning and furnace and have found the same professionalism with all the technicians.

We had a leaky valve on our water pipe where it enters our home. This was caused after we had to shut off our water to do a minor home repair. The pipe was old so turning it off broke a seal. Sadface. But All Comfort Services was able to send someone out the same day, and give me a temporary fix until they could get the city to shut off our lateral and then permanently fix our pipe. We would have been in a pickle without them! They were also flexible with my work schedule and my inability to be home during their second visit. Thank you!

Delighted with the service we received. Tom did a great job installing our new doorbell. It was a bit of a production with our crazy old wiring and I just couldn't be happier with the end result. His professionalism and straight forward attitude are a real plus!

All Comfort has done elect., heating, cooling and plumbing work. This time we replaced a water heater - He was very helpful and answer my questions. When he left everything was cleaned up and showed me how the water worked. I needed some other plumbing work done - He set everything up for time when he could come back. He also looked if any of work was covered for a discount. He made sure every was working right before he left. Great Job.
EDIT: Your reply is not acceptable. I called a regular service technician and he recommended I talk with you. Never once did anyone explain to me what you just did. The attitude from your parts department was hostile, and if I were working as an HVAC technician I would go out of my way to not have to work with your company.Quite possibly the worst experience I've had speaking with someone at a local business in Madison. I called two times, spoke with the same lady twice from the Parts department. She was very unhelpful the first call. I tried again later when I had more information. She was just as unhelpful. I decided to drive there with my broken part in hand, thinking she'd be able to find a replacement if she had the broken part in front of her. She was downright HOLTILE to me. Saying something to the effect of I don't know what that is and I don't wanna have to open 40 boxes to find it. I asked if she had Google and she said no. Ok. I walked out of there extremely frustrated and I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Dexter was able to make it in for a consultation on the same day I called, he quickly identified the problem, explained what he would need to do clearly, and was up front with the cost of it all. When Dexter came back to do the repairs, he was on time, efficient, respectful, and communicative. My shower works beautifully now and I don't have a leaky kitchen faucet anymore! I would definitely recommend All Comfort Services to anyone looking for plumbing help.

Our tech was good, but we paid A LOT of money for pretty basic service(s) and we are still at the same place were started out at! Very frustrated with All Comfort to say the least. I feel like I have been at a used car dealership sales area.
Good knowledgeable help from Collin! He performed the work we agreed to, replacing a hose bibb, and also threw in some advice and a small tightening of a supply line which fixed a leak at no cost.

They walked me through the choices I had and presented information and prices up front. They gave us options to repair only what was an emergency or to repair that and other parts that were on their way out. We've had time to test both the air conditioning and heating with our new Lennox units purchased from All Comfort. We purchased a modulating furnace and air conditioner... Love them both! The air conditioner sits outside our bedroom window and we could not hear the unit running. Same for the furnace, which sits right below our bedroom. The temperature of our house has remained comfortable during the transition from summer to winter. The smart thermostat is a great perk - we can change the temperature from our phones and the display has a lot of information about outside temperatures, fan and humidifier operations, etc.The technicians (Jesse and Mike) were professional and friendly. They were mindful to keep all protocols in place for Covid and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.Highly recommend this system and All Comfort Services!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had them come out to check my HVAC system, which had been previously serviced by them with no mention of any issues. They then charged me over $400.00 to tell me that my system needed to be replaced entirely and gave me an estimate of over $16,000.00. It seemed outrageous so we had another company come take a look. They came the next day and had the system repaired the same day for a total of $500.00. I don't recommend calling this company unless you want to be scammed.
Both Gary and Dexter were Professional, freindly and informative.
Dexter's installation of our new outside faucet was amazing.
Will use again, and recommend this service to anyone looking for a plumber.

The team from All Comfort was awesome. We were impressed from the initial call to schedule a consultation through to the installation on a new Lenox system. Our consultant, Kevin showed up on time, evaluated our needs, and answered all our questions without a heavy handed sales pitch. He was honest and forthright. The team of 3 that showed up to install worked efficiently and cleanly. They explained everything before they left. We received estimates from two other very well known HVAC companies in the area, and hands down All Comfort Services beat them on professionalism (and price!). Thank you.

We have used All Comfort for multiple jobs through our remodeling process. Whether it was a total kitchen remodel, turning a linen closet into a small laundry or completing a simple electrical installation, their professionalism and skill set is outstanding. Friendly guys who know their stuff, show up and complete it on time! For electrical and plumbing, All Comfort will always be my first recommendation! Updated on 1/21/2023: We started a big master bath/master closet/guest bath remodel in September and AC has been involved every step of the way! The professionalism, knowledge and skill set are outstanding. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC have all been involved in this project and even though I have served as the GC, they have also helped to coordinate the work and even share some small spaces when needed. These guys are incredible, the service is impeccable and I continue to recommend their services!

Jessie was amazing! He troubleshooted until he discovered what was really wrong. Super polite and patient especially when he had to return to install a thermostat I failed to get right.Everyone at the company is super friendly and made sure we had heat as quickly as possible!Just call them! You will see what I mean!!!

My 2 experiences with All Comfort, I had a new natural gas furnace and ac installed, when we got close to finalizing the deal, the salesman didn't quote everything properly and cost went up about $500. The install guys were awesome, but I had to do all the coordination between the gas company and All Comfort, what a pain in the ***. Next I was looking for a quote to upgrade my electric panel and run power to a new garage, their web page even appears to do new installations....nope, the person that called me back said they don't do new installations on new construction, I tried to ask about even just the panel work, he didn't give me a chance to ask, just no to new construction. So, be careful and be prepared, the guys that do the work were great, the sales people may be a little shady or not interested. I may use them for furnace repair, but never calling them for anything else again.Udate 1/8/20. I received a call and text from Kendall at All Comfort. We discussed both topics of my review. He reviewed the emails for the furnace install the second quote from them made more sense. My opinion is the first quote things were not looked at enough, and yes people make mistakes. Overall I am very happy with the sizing of furnace and a/c units, I really can't believe how efficient the furnace is and how low the gas bills are, and it really keeps the house at a even temperature.One the other matter for the electrical panel, the person I talked to was incorrect and may need coaching. Kendall was very apologetic over the situation, and is putting me in contact with someone that can go over with me on my getting electricity to my soon to be built garageI was surprised at the phone call and feel better about the whole situation. It also feels like they really do care for the customers, a rare thing in today's world in my opinion. Thank you All Comfort and Kendall.

We were extremely frustrated with the inconsistency between what techs told us about how to maintain ventilation filters. We were shocked that a merv 16 filter is now over $200! We’ll be buying them online (just over $100 each) in the future. Despite servicing our system for years the tech didn’t arrive with either the filters or fluorescent bulb kit needed. Most frustrating, our furnace is doing something funky in the mid range burner level where the gas pulses and the carbon monoxide creeps up some and they failed to diagnose or fix the problem and said they’d just keep an eye on it every year. I feel like quality of service has gone downhill (we’ve used All Comfort Services for over 15 years) while prices have skyrocketed. Simple furnace maintenance and filters came to over $500! And they did nothing with out ventilation system (just told us to vacuum and wash filters ourselves and that main filter “doesn’t have to be changed that often” even though I explained I have severe allergic asthma and need outdoor air well filtered) and we still need to have our AC serviced in April. We booked in October but they were scheduling out over two months (!!!) so furnace and AC had to go on separate schedules.
The company did our annual furnace check and maintenance. Jesse was very responsive and professional, and everything was explained clearly. The price was great, he was on time, and I was extremely pleased. We will be repeat customers.

Had routine maintenance done to my furnace. They were on time and replaced my smart thermostat under warranty. Very happy with the service they provided.
Mike G installed a new furnace in our home and we couldn't be happier with the result. Mike was professional, courteous, and tidy. He finished the job on schedule even though he was working solo. We feel that All Comfort provided us with a fair quote, and they happily deducted the original service call fee from the price of the new furnace. We'll definitely call on them again!
Had a quote done by an electrician for a car charger. He was very friendly, on time, and knowledgeable.
We were very pleased with All Comfort Services in the servicing of our furnace and humidifier. The technician even took time to repair a disconnected heat pipe at no extra charge. We will definitely return to All Comfort Services in the future
I have had All Comfort out to service our HVAC equipment several times. We needed a new blower motor in winter a few years back and got it replaced and haven't had any trouble with that. Today, I had Luke and Maurice to our home since it had been two years and we're getting ready to sell. We wanted to make sure things were in good working order so there would be no surprises for us or the future homeowners. Well, unfortunately, we need a new furnace. Luke took the time to show to me and explain why our furnace of 21 years needed to be replaced. The heat exchanger is rusting from the inside out and soon could be dangerous to use. He even got down on his back and went inside the furnace to take a picture with my phone to show me the issue! These are top notch guys and I know they didn't want to tell me that we need a new furnace, especially since they knew we'd be listing in a few weeks. But, they really painted the picture as to what the issue was and why we need to replace now. We're having All Comfort come on Tuesday and talk to us about our new furnace options. I'm likely going to go with a 2 stage furnace since that's at least what I would put in if we were staying. And, the Lennox central air we had put in over 10 years ago is still working awesomely! They just had to clean the coils on the outside unit and everything else checked out good. The pros work at All Comfort! *6/24/2019 update: I just had Eric out to our home to do the annual checkup and he was very professional, courteous, kind and funny! He explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable that my system is running at peak efficiency. Thanks again Eric and All Comfort!
They were all professional and installed my new Lennox Furnace and AC unit in a timely fashion. From the training provided on the new thermostat to the additional repairs and additions to my existing duct work. All of them were extremely knowledgeable in everything they did. I would highly recommend All Comfort Svcs . They found they were in my neighborhood a day early and called to come out. Zach was so professional and answered allmy questions and assured me that all was well. He was a super nice guy and a tremendous help.
Scot was so warm and kind as he worked and fully explained all the business had to offer. He also explained the costs and benefits of what All Comfort does.
Jessie from All Comfort performed my winter furnace check up and tune up. He explained everything he tested and checked. He even vacuumed the chamber and wiped down the furnace! Overall, exceptional service delivered with professionalism and politeness!

Karl came out to do a furnace inspection Monday at 8:30 am and explained that we had some issues. After we discussed our options, he called in to the company and Jay was scheduled to come out at 1:30 pm to evaluate a solution. Jay helped us make a decision on a new furnace/air conditioner and scheduled installation for Wednesday at 7:30 am. Brandon and Mike showed up bright and early and installed the new furnace/air conditioner. They made sure all of our questions were answered, instructed us on using the new thermostat, gave a couple of maintenance suggestions and left the area sparkling clean. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though a new furnace was unplanned, All Comfort Services made the process a smooth one that was even enjoyable. We appreciate you taking such good care of us!

I am giving two stars because the staff arrived on time, were cordial and professional. However, they could not correctly diagnose or service the problem of our frozen pipes. The pipes were frozen when they arrived, they were still frozen when they left. They offered ideas on how we could fix the problem ourselves. I find it infuriating that I paid nearly $400 to be told what to do on my own. I have no problem with paying the initial service and diagnosis fee of $129 that I was quoted over the phone. We ended up taking care of the issue on our own over the next 24 hours, thankfully the pipes had not burst. We understand it is the holiday season and we were dealing with a very difficult storm. I feel as though the company took advantage by charging more than just the initial stop and consultation fee. I will find other service providers in the future.
Matt called back when he had a cancellation. Came right over. Stayed until problem was found. Made a temporary fix until the part could be ordered and delivered and installed. Persevered despite the hot conditions. Excellent service. Which is why I use All Comfort.
The technician, Matt, was highly competent and explained the problem with our boiler so that it was very understandable. He did the work in no time at all. A very professional technician.

All Comfort Services is a great company to work with for all of our home repair needs. We have gotten our HVAC system, Air filtration, water softener, and now plumbing! Their technicians are friendly and super helpful in making decisions that not only save your house, but also save you money.Their club is ok...it's got some really antiquated processes that could use another look from management, but even still, it's worth the trouble. Otherwise, we've been very happy with all of the work we've had done and highly recommend them!

Eric W came out to perform our annual maintenance. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through each of the steps he was performing, which was extremely helpful. He talked through, and quickly scheduled a meeting with an HVAC consultant to get a quote to replace the unit (aging inducer motor). Overall, extremely satisfied with our appointment.In addition, Mike, Brendan, and Justin performed a next-day furnace and A/C install. They were quick and efficient.

Jesse and Mike did a phenomenal job installing our new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. They did a great job reviewing the project prior to starting and once they got moving they were incredibly efficient and demonstrated high-quality workmanship. Fantastic installation. The two stage furnace has already made a noticeable difference in the air quality of our small by level ranch home.
Needed a furnace repair--first needed to diagnose the problem. The furnace was putting out about half the heat as normal. Turns out this would make sense given the issue. Technician turns up on time and is a great guy (so I feel bad writing this) but had no idea what was wrong. Burners lit, blower on, guess you just need a new furnace please pay $130. Unsatisfied I called a great HVAC company whose tech found the problem in 5 minutes that my 2-stage furnace was not kicking into 2nd stage, putting out half the heat. Then he fixed it over the next 30 minutes at about the same cost as the air comfort visit. But this alone is not what get's a 1-star review. I called All Comfort and very reasonably explained I was not happy with the service and why. Not angry, not demanding, just to relay. Was assured my matter would be looked into by a manager and receive a call back. Never happened. Bad service + don't seem to care = bad review.
Rich did an exceptionally efficient evaluation of hot water issue. Rich was also able to correct the problem relatively easily.
His patient explanations are greatly appreciated.
Maurice is a very qualified, respectful, and genuinely nice guy to work with. He wanted to know the history of my problems with the heat pump he was working on and gave me several options on diagnosing and possible repair or replacement. He also spent considerable time on the phone with Tech Support to ensure he had the best answers. While I’m not happy with the quality of the heat pump, I was very happy with the service provided by Maurice.

They were able to get us scheduled quickly when our A/C went down. Karl was great. He explained everything that needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. As he went in and out of the house to his truck he would change his shoes each time so that he didn’t drag dirt in from outside. The work was done quickly and we were nice and cool again.
Though the repairman was very professional, friendly and competent, I found it outrageous that there was a $96 house call charge, then he said it would be $250 to do the diagnosis of why our humidifier wasn't working. He stated that I would then have to pay parts and labor for any subsequent repairs. To be asked to pay $350 before any actual repair has happened is simply unbelievable. I declined and will look elsewhere for help with this issue.

I am VERY satisfied with their service. I had them tune up my old fuel oil furnace that I am limping along but after they left it quit working. No worries: they came back as soon as I asked the to, found a bad part and replaced it--for no extra charge. When it comes time to upgrade to natural gas heat, they are going to be top on my list to get the job.
Jim from All Comfort Services does such an outstanding job explaining everything that is going on with our 2 roof top units. He always makes good recommendations and does his best to keep our costs down. He consistently goes above and beyond.
Joel did a great job servicing our central AC unit. Super nice, helpful in explaining how things work, and THOROUGH! And the text reminder that All Comfort sends introducing the technician: genius.
In late April, I had All Comfort replace my entire HVAC system. Hati was my sales representative, and was very professional and responsive to my needs. I feel that he listened to want I wanted/needed, and he didn't try to needlessly upsell me.My installers were Jesse and Adam, and they were the definition of professional. They answered any questions I had, and truly went above and beyond. They installed a whole home humidifier, and were able to find the C wire (I didn't think I had one) and connect it to my Ecobee smart thermostat. This makes my system seamless. All junctions and connections were done above average, they cleaned the area up, and explained my warranty to me. They were only expected to clean my AC lines, but went ahead and just replaced them!If I had to give one criticism, a follow up from the company to see how things are going would have been nice.Overall, I couldn't be happier, and would use them again and recommend them in a heartbeat!

Overall great service, but high price tag.Tech (Karl) was knowledgeable, polite, clean, and friendly. Had a great time chatting with him while he worked. Quickly diagnosed problem with my non-functioning A/C, and identified other problems that looked in danger of needing repair soon. Didn't pressure me to purchase those services; explained the benefits of the service and the cost up front, but didn't push back when I declined some services.In addition to the $96 dispatch fee, was charged $229 to replace the compressor capacitor, and a fee for a complete evaluation of cooling system of $165 (although I could've opted for the more basic inspection; I believe that price was $119). Also had a pound of Freon added per tech's suggestion; $65 for the Freon itself and another $206 to actually put it into the A/C unit.Tech was very up front with prices before performing any of the services, but once you've spent ~$100 for the tech to come out, it's a bit hard to say Let me shop around at the risk of actually wanting them to come back and do it (presumably for another $100 dispatch fee).Were able to send someone out within 24 hours of my A/C dying, which was nice. They gave me a 4 hour window during which they'd arrive, but the courtesy call 30 minutes prior to their arrival meant I could stay at work until they were ready.If you're able to diagnose problems with your heating/cooling systems yourself, I'd call several places to get quotes--you'll probably find several that are cheaper. If you're unsure what the problem is and don't mind the price tag, All Comfort's a fine choice.

We're starting our third year on the new HVAC system installed by All Comfort Services. We get the system inspected every year,vso we see ACS technicians on a regular basis. Everybody we've meet has been knowledgeable and courteous and ready to go the extra mile if it's needed. We've recommended ACS to a few friends.
Competent and very clear in the explanations. I had a problem with my AC and they come almost right away. Everything was solved in one visit and as a member of the Comfort Club they did the seasonal inspection. Fast, friendly and efficient.
I have used All Comfort in the past for some plumbing with mixed results. One job was good another was not. I called this time to get a quote regarding installation of multiple ductless split units for a rental property. Kevin was late and his attitude right away was negative and pessimistic about the project. I almost asked him to leave immediately. Contractors are so busy that they cherry pick jobs based on profitability and ease of work. I knew he would not even send a quote and sure enough I’m still waiting. This also happened with All Comfort regarding a return air system they came out to quote. Luckily John from Harker Heating and Cooilng came out with a great attitude and a smile. His quote came in immediately and the job is almost done.This was an over $16,000 job so imagine the way they will treat you for smaller work. I have a small number of rentals that always need service or work, All Comfort will not get any of that. Do yourself a favor and call someone who cares about customer service

Billy, John, and Eric were fantastic! They were friendly (including to our dogs who weren't too sure about strangers in the house), professional, and expedient. They were able to finish earlier than expected due to having an extra pair of hands, made sure we understood everything they did, and left the areas they worked in cleaner than they found 'em. I genuinely look forward to continuing to use All Comfort Services'...services.
All Comfort has excellent technicians. They are helpful, professional, solve any issues we have and are on time. It’s quite a value to be a member because then visits are free. They’ve done plumbing install and repairs, electrical line installations, fan installations and HVAC service. Always a great experience. Recommend without hesitation.

This was the first time I have used All Comfort Services, and I will definitely call them again. I needed a plumber and an electrician, and both were excellent. Cullin fixed my kitchen sink issue and also checked for other possible problems. He was very helpful, personable and easy to work with. Tom did the electrical work. He installed a new ceiling fan with light. My current fan did not have a light so he also hooked that up. Tom was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend both technicians. I also want to mention that prior to both appointments, I was sent a picture of and background on both technicians. I appreciate that added courtesy. I noticed water on bathroom floor and leaking on basement ceiling and called All Comfort Services. Pat and Jaron came to the house the next morning to help. They are a great team, very professional, thoughtful, and thorough, and most of all they did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Pat's first thought was leak from the toilet and they were considering pulling the toilet out to look for leak. Then Pat quickly noticed something else which helped to pinpoint the problem. They fixed it without the need to take the toilet out. They were careful and thoughtful to make the right and necessary fix to prevent potential future failure of connectors, valves, etc. They clearly explained their thought process to me, which made a lot of sense. They checked multiple times to make sure there was no more leak in the bathroom nor on basement ceiling. They were also considerate to check water pressure to make sure it was not too high and made sure there was no other leak of water valves of bathroom sink. Because I was very satisfied with their work, after they fixed the toilet problem, I asked whether I can have them come back to fix a kitchen sink garbage disposal issue that I have had for a while. And it ended up with Pat and Jaron fixing the problem in 20 minutes, and saved me dispatching fee to have them come back at a different time. Overall, Pat and Jaron are excellent and kind. It was a pleasure working with them. Thank you!

All Comfort Services has done a great job helping replace my house's heating and air conditioning. For some background, my house was built relatively recently—unfortunately after 10 years, the Goodman furnace and air conditioner installed by the builder died, and while the home has zoning the original thermostats were not feature rich. So, I had much work for All Comfort to do.Everyone from All Comfort I did business with is friendly. Kevin was helpful going through the furnace and AC options correct for my home's size and zoning system, and he had good recommendations for modern thermostats. For both the furnace/thermostat and AC (separate) installs — I wish I replaced both at the same time in retrospect — Larry, Brenden, and Jesse were able to come out a couple of days after I contacted All Comfort and finish the install in a few hours.I particularly appreciated All Comfort's willingness to continue to dispatch Larry to troubleshoot an elusive issue with the new zoning controller; eventually, Larry and Jesse discovered that the problem was a short in damper motor's wiring from the home builder's original install.Overall, I'm very pleased with All Comfort Services and I'm feeling comfortable and confident that my Lenox machines will be without issue for years to come!

Complete New HVAC system installed. The quality of work was way above my expectations. One of the hottest days of the year thus far and they came and did the installation! I am grateful because within a few hours once the system was up and running I had a cooled down house again.I highly recommend All Comfort. From beginning to end. Also for those of you who are not technically savvy, they explained things in laymen’s terms and will not leave till you are comfortable with your new system.

All Comfort Services was really great. They answered my call and had someone over the very next day! Billy T. was great at explaining everything that was wrong with the cooling unit. Only complaint is prices are a bit steep, but I did have a 50$ coupon, which was great.
We had All-comfort Services do an annual tuneup of our HVAC system. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. And he explained things in a way that we could understand. Much appreciated!

I had an electrical issue that I didn’t trust I could take care of properly. Since I had already dismantled the switch it was urgent that it be taken care of in a timely manner. I was positively surprised when the scheduler told me they would be able to get an electrician out within hours, and I would not have to pay an extra fee, only the normal dispatch fee. Everything worked out perfectly, will use this company in the future should I need their services.

this is my first dealing with all comfort and Matt.this was a great experience dealing with this company and Matt was excellent. he was honest, explained what he was doing and why and very knowledgeable about our heating and cooling system. we would not hesitate calling all comfort back for our service needs. this is the way customer service used to be!!!
I called and the office staff was friendly and very helpful getting me an appointment time that was convenient for me. Matt, the technician that came out, was also very friendly and efficient. He got me an answer for why my AC unit wasn't working and quickly got it fixed. I really appreciate the service and I will definitely call All Comfort back for my future needs.

Very professional. The AC guy kept shoe covers on the whole time. He was pretty slow moving, but he charged for only a pre-arranged price, so I didn't mind. He was great to talk to and could answer every question I had. I wish they had had the phone number for a recommended handyman since he recommended that I get a handyman to repair the damage caused by the AC ducts.
Jesse, Larry, and Tom showed up when they promised, and were quite considerate of my small window of time, to complete everything on my list. To top it all off, all work was accomplished on such a warm day. They worked around my schedule, and went out of there way to include me in the process. All three were very professional, and it showed in the quality of service, and workmanship, that was provided today.
Billy T got our air conditioner running again in no time. We called in the morning for an appointment and by 2:30pm the same day we were using our air conditioning again. We are very happy with his prompt and professional service. We will be calling All Comfort again for any HVAC issues we have.
At 6:00 on a night with freezing rain, slippery roads and sidewalks, our furnace decided to quit. With the temperatures going into the teens, we were concerned not only about our comfort, but about freezing pipes. I found All Comfort Services on Angie's list and they said they had 24/7 service so I tried them. They said they would be here within 2 hours...and they were! As it turns out, there is more than one problem, but Larry N was able to get the furnace going for the night and the company will follow up with someone trained to work on the under floor portion of the system tomorrow. Great service!

Great customer service. Today's technician (Maurice) was totally professional and efficient. Clearly explained everything he did. Every technician they've ever sent is totally professional and efficient. Their phone reception service and dispatch are always helpful, 24/7 and uses humans, not robots! Best company and home support in Madison WI metropolitan area for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, all in one stop shopping.

Had my water heater go out, which in turn thanks to an outdated design nixed my furnace as well. Called All Comfort Services and they provided several options as I decided to replace both units. In 7 hours they had both old units out, new units in, moved and changed plumbing/gas, and everything running. Added on top was the fact that the area where both units are located is an extremely small work/install area. Very satisfied with how it all came out!

Matt was service technician who responded to our need to investigate and unexplained odor in our condominium.He patiently listened to our description of events and thoroughly checked all furnace pipes for gas leaks . we have depended on All Comfort services for many years and have been very pleased with the quick and dependable service and explanations.
Tech that came out was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Pretty sure he heard the exact issue in 30 seconds and got right to it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Today I had a service call (routine check and cleaning) for my furnace from All-Comfort Services. The service man was Eric and I found him to be one of the best servicemen I've ever met. He was friendly and very respectful, polite to a fault. He was clearly knowledgeable about the way furnaces work, as evidenced to me in how easily he answered my many questions. He explained everything to me in a very relaxed and patient way (not patronizing like some service folk can be with seniors!). My interaction with Eric and the other two gentlemen I spoke with in connection to this service was more than satisfactory. These people seem to be intent on customer satisfaction. I'm happy to have All-Comfort as my first choice for service. Even though I bought my equipment from them, I don't feel obligated to use them. I choose them because they do a good job for me!

They really seem to have their business model down! I called on a Firday evening after hours, and just like the voicemail message said, I got a call at 8am on Monday to set up service. They walked me through their process, and the technician did again today. He went and looked, confirmed what I wanted, gave me the cost, I said yes, he did the work, then I paid. It was quick easy and really hassle-free!

After getting quotes from 4 other HVAC companies I chose All Comfort Services for three reasons. First, their sales consultant, Jay Elert, was the most knowledgeable. I am an engineer and I did a fair amount of research on furnaces and heat pumps. Not only did Jay know his product, he was the only one to check usage and determine that the old furnace was oversized and a smaller one would be more efficient. Second, the website was easy to use, comprehensive and up to date. Competitors had let their site get out of date- not a good sign. Lastly, I was impressed by the community service that the team at All Comfort Services performs.The Lennox Comfort Supreme system is now up and running flawlessly thanks to the professional work of All Comfort's team. It has gone a long way towards eliminating temperature variations throughout our three level home. It is so quiet that you have to go down to the furnace to hear that it is running.

The consultation was great and we were excited about the installation.Sadly, the install guys stopped wearing masks by the middle of the job and it was still during the pandemic, so that was a big deal for us as we'd been assured they would wear masks. One was even showing me how to work the new thermostat while his mask was totally down, so I had to stand far too close to him for my comfort. This was very upsetting.The AC unit they installed is much louder than our last one and the modulating furnace doesnt seem to be as big of an upgrade from our old furnace as we were lead to believe. All in all, I'm okay with their service, but I wish the install had gone differently and that the info about the products had been more accurate. Felt like we were up sold with inaccurate info.
Eric is very polite and knowledgeable. He worked on our furnace it is running smoothly. Jesse performed a furnace inspection and did service work. Very professional and nice to work with. All comfort and the team were very accommodating. Would recommend.
We recently had to have our furnace and ac system replaced on our historic home. We chose All Comfort because of their great reviews online and they did not disappoint. We had a great experience from start to finish and now have a state of the art new furnace and ac system. Although we new both systems had to be replaced our salesman Jay Elert was not pushy at all and listened to what we would like done. He then made changes to the quote multiple times to make sure we were all on the same page in regards to what we were purchasing, the warranties, rebates, or any other relevant information. Once we agreed on price the work was scheduled immediately and the crews showed up exactly when they were scheduled too. They even helped me jump start my car to move it out of the driveway so they could get the old equipment out. The crews wore masks the entire time they were in our home which made us feel safer and the work was done quickly and professionally. Once everything was finished they cleaned up all their work areas and left them cleaner then when they arrived. Overall we had a great experience with the company, and although we may not need more than maintenance in the near future we will choose All Comfort for the maintenance and any future work we have done on the home.

Maurice was excellent! He efficiently diagnosed and explained the problems, and got right to work fixing them. He also went the extra mile to explain some preventative/maintenance steps I could take that will (hopefully) keep the system running smoothly.
Great experience overall. Intelligent and experienced staff who did things the right way and without shortcuts to get the job done. They were helpful, answered my questions, and I look forward to using them for other tasks

I've appreciated All Comfort for being responsive and professional. Called in the morning to book a water heater replacement, and they were here within a few hours to get the job done and save me from cold showers for another few days.
The technician who serviced my furnace and humidifier was very well trained and capable of diagnosing and handling any of my furnace and humidifier problems. He was polite, friendly and willing to do what was necessary to deal with my furnace and humidifier issues.. I would recommend him without question to any of your company clients. I was very well satisfied with the services provided and the professional competence of this technician.
The tech was very professional, friendly, kept me informed throughout the process and when additional work was needed above what was expected, he got the part and got it done all in the same day, none of this we'll have to schedule to come back another time and fix it stuff. We were very very pleased.
Thank you Dexter! When I returned from my training, what a pleasant surprise to find my new sink installed after a couple of years! I kept wondering why I was getting text and emails and thinking what is wrong with our system. Now I know our system works wonderfully and our customers are getting notifications at every step of our process. The sink looks wonderful! I love it! Thank you!

Was overcharged and shocked as a first time home owner not understanding the value of what was being done. Live and learn I guess, but I'll always use a local plumber/HVAC/etc. from here on out. Almost $700 for 30 minutes of work to replace a plastic elbow joint on a bathroom drain that was freely exposed? Man did I get taken advantage of....

Chris S got here on time. He was very friendly and Courteous. He ask me about any concern that I might have with the our furnace. He was very professional and at the same time very approachable. I would definitely recommend Chris to everyone and require his service again.
Called for AC repair. My technician was great, very helpful and efficient and I would give him 5 stars! However, the scheduling process really needs work. The first technician came two hours before scheduled and the second appointment, later that day was cancelled by All Comfort because technician got stuck on another job. Didn't get service until the next day, causing problems with my schedule.
All Comfort is the go to for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. Very responsive and accommodating. Pat is exceptional as is Jamie.

RORY was on time for an electrical inspection. He put on plastic shoe covers to walk on carpeting to the basement. His report was thorough and complete. Inspected everything else I had questions about and even changed a lightbulb in my garage. Very happy with the service!

Technician was fine. My complaint is with company. Only one full winter season with hi-end Lennox furnace. At installation I should have been told EXACTLY what filter to use and WHY. I used same size but filtering level was too much. As a consumer, I would not be aware of this causing furnace to not run. This 'repair' should have been NO CHARGE due to ALL Comfort not informing me of correct filtering level to use at time of install and for the high cost of product.
I have learned more about my furnace, aprilaire etc with the young woman who has done my last 2 services. She is full of helpful info and a delight to have her as my service person. When I need service I will request her, sad to say I don't have her name but I know you know who she is.

Jessie did a great job of checking out our central air conditioning. He was very polite and competent. We are very satisfied with All Comfort Services.
I had an estimate of work that needs to be done to a toilet and bathroom sink. It is recommended that both be replaced after investigation. The information of what would need to be done was explained clearly and patiently and helped me to decide what would be my best options to move forward with confidence.
The plumber was efficient and knowledgeable and this poor review does not reflect his work. The reason for the low review is that the work done was WILDLY overpriced. We had a small leak in a pipe near an external wall with no drywall obstructing pipe access. The repairs took well less than an hour and we were charged over $600! This is way to much for such a quick and simple repair!

Jesse was timely, professional, and friendly. He did his job thoroughly and explained his work clearly and concisely, all while being incredibly kind and patient with our giant puppy and equally excited 6 year old. Highly recommend. I’m so glad we are part of the Comfort Club, it’s great to have professionals to keep us comfortable, safe, and free from unexpected issues.

Service was quick, but not thorough. The technician left the panel off of my furnace while doing a condensation pump replacement . I had to search for the screws to put it back on.

All comfort services was very responsive and professional. On Thursday night I scheduled an appointment online for the following Monday because that was the earliest online availability.They called me the next day to confirm and I asked if they could put me on their urgency cancellation list to see if I could get something earlier. My water heater was leaking a lot of water so I didn’t want to wait until Monday if possible.They called me later after lunch and told me there was a cancellation so they could have someone out to my house within 30 minutes. The service technician Collin was very polite and quickly identified the problem was the relief valve and confident he could fix it by replacement. He ran to the van and got some parts and came back in and we went over the quote.It came to $363 for the dispatch fee ($129) and repair combined, which I was a bit shocked by how expensive it was. I’ve had places in the past that have applied the dispatch fee towards the repair cost if fixed same day. However, I am not super familiar with these things and was just happy to not have water gushing all over my floor anymore.Thanks for the quick, professional job and taking away my headache of bailing water all weekend.Cheers!

The day after my furnace went out, All Comfort had a great 3-person crew out first thing in the morning. In the span of a day they were able to install brand new HVAC system including: AC, Furnace, Humidifier, Filtration System and Thermostat, all while doing a great job maintaining transparency about what they were doing and why. In the morning we received a phone call from the president to check-in, along with a site visit later in the day. We’ll be sleeping great tonight and years to come thanks to All Comfort!

All Comfort Services came highly recommended by some of my coworkers. They did not disappoint!!! My furnace has been on the downward spiral for the past couple of years and it finally gave up and was done this past week.I had Kevin give me an estimate last October and the price was good. I did not think I would have needed the service as quick as I did but, I did. I spoke with two on call service techs (their names escape me, I apologize) and walked me through some issues and was able to get the furnace on and able to limp through until the install crew could get there and do the installation. THANK YOU!!!!Mike and Jesse did the installation and they were (from what my Father told me, I was not able to be home during the installation) polite, professional, and courteous while there. The report from the cat (the orange obnoxious one, the install guys will know from the note left for them regarding the animals in the house) echoed the same.They take pride in their work, I was a heating and air conditioning guy before I got my job in healthcare, I have seen all kinds of work done, I can tell from this for sure, you all do GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!I look forward to the A/C install.I shall HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Comfort Services for sure!!!!
