What a strange experience. Over the phone, they quoted me $80 to replace a wax seal on a toilet, came out pretty quickly, and went to work. After 10 mins, they left without a word. I thought the guys had just gone to their car for a tool or something, but they drove off, no explanation, no bill.

A month later I get a bill for $200!! When I call, no one answers. Next month, another bill. I call again- no answer. I keep calling until I get a lady who tells me they don’t take credit cards, only cash, and I have to bring it to their office.

On my next weekday off, I go to the office, and it’s abandoned. No cars, no lights, nada. I call- no answer. I get a voicemail later, and the lady tells me there’s been a death in the business that’s why they were gone. I try to call back the next day to send my condolences and figure out just what in the hell is going on with this bill. No answer. No callback.

After a few months of silence, I get another bill yesterday. I call today to see if I can come in and talk about this, but the guy says he doesn’t “do money” and they’re about to close anyway. It’s 3pm.

I don’t know what to think at this point. I’m willing to pay the quoted price for services rendered because the repair seems to have been done correctly, but this company seriously needs to work on their professionalism and communication.

We’ve used Precision Plumbing twice for more urgent issues in our home. Both times, they arrived promptly and solved all problems quickly and efficiently. Kind, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable staff. We won’t use anyone else!

Great experience with Mid Tenn Home Solutions. John was my tech, got my new water heater in quickly and left the area clean. Had no problem getting my old one out even with the sediment issues. And Rocky the owner is very helpful. Thanks for good service from a locally owned business!

Worked on a leak for 4 days before I called on a 1000' line through my farm. They found it in 3 hours. Plus it was exact. I was worried we might be off a few feet. It was within inches!! The owner and his crew were top notch! Money well spent! Ground was totally dry, I never would have found it without them.

Joe is extremely friendly and responsive to fitting you into his busy schedule. He fixed our jammed disposal system as well as showed my daughter how to reset the disposal herself and left her the wrench, in case it happens in the future. We didn't ask for that kindness, but in doing so, he has won our loyalty and business going forward. It is very difficult to find a quality plumber who is punctual and who you can trust. Over the last couple years I have called Mr. Rooter for everything! This group is so responsive, honest, and hardworking. I work in property management with hundreds of tenants and properties, Mr. Rooter is my first (and only) call anytime we have a plumbing related issue in residential or commercial properties!

They have fixed everything for us including exploding (literally) toilets, backflow prevention, sewer clogs, to the tiniest drippy faucets and running toilets. Everyone I've met from the company is an absolute pleasure to work with! Highly highly recommend. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Based on my experience, I highly recommend using Southern Plumbing Works. I had several issues to be addressed and did not have a plumber in mind. I had used a couple of plumbers in the past but found them to be less than responsive and professional. My service technician was Michael. Companys are only as good as their employees. And Michael was outstanding. He diagnosed the issues, gave me alternative options, as well as pricing for each. He was on time and called before coming. He was polite, respectful, professional, and explained my issues on layman's terms. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing Works. Great job Michael!

Very happy with the same company I used 18 years ago who quickly analyzed the problem, gave me a price and returned to do the work which took several hours and charged me the same quoted price. I will use Brooks Plumbing again.

Even though replacing a AC unit is not a fun cheap necessity the guys at Lee gave me the best price they could, a great finance option and everyone involved was very friendly and professional. My inside return unit is under my steps with the house being build around it after installation so it was not easy and fun to replace but the crew kept a smile on their faces and seemed to enjoy the challenge. Great job Lee!!!
