We have used 24 HR Emergency Plumber Nashville INC for several years and found them to be very honest, helpful and responsive. I'm very happy with all the different plumbers that have helped us, as well as all the staff who answer calls.

Jason was the first and only of 5 plumbing calls we made at 4:30 on a Thursday for an outdoor leak we had causing our water bill to escalate like we had never seen before. JP Plumbing and Jason himself helped solve the problem over the phone that evening and charged us absolutely nothing for all his trouble-shooting and time! I would recommend him before any other big name plumbing company who responds when it is convenient for them and adds fees for making a return call or on-site visit whether they resolve the issue or not!

I recommend John highly. He has been my plumber for years. Always pleasant to talk to, explains the procedures clearly, gets there quickly, keeps house clean and charges a fair price. Big thumbs up.

These guys were amazing! They came in and were able to fix our backed up drains within just a few hours. Robert and Brian (sorry if I got the names wrong) were quick and left everything clean when they were done. They were even able to come back the next day when I forgot to have them repair a separate issue with the toilets. I am so happy to be able to use our plumbing again! And on a separate note they were both super sweet to my pets which is always a win.

Recently got our hot water heater replaced. Tyler was extremely punctual and informative in our conversations and didn't try to upsell me on some top of the line equipment. Instead, he worked with me to get the best bang for my buck and the process from initial phone call to new hot water heater installed was about 24 hours, if not less. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't know what his services are like. I called him first to fix some baffolding after a septic tank issue on a recommendation. I left 1 message and he called right back. He didn't quite understand what I was talking about so he said he would call the septic company I used and go over it with them and he would call me right back. Well even after leaving 3 more messages over a 2 week period he never called me back. If someone is going to not care that much I wouldn't even bother giving them a chance.

We are one of many people it seems to be I can’t believe that they are doing what they are doing to people in this day and time with the COVID-19 and they are taking advantage of people telling them that they need a new unit and showing pictures and making you think your unit is about to go out so you will have them install a new one they got us.When we seen it on the news we new we had been took it’s just not right what they are doing and Home Depot letting them work out of their store.

A friend of mine, Charlie Warren, recommended Wayne at Grassland Plumbing to me. Wayne came to my house to look for any leaks. We had thoroughly checked everywhere and there was not any sign of a leak. We didn't see or hear anything. We have had high water bills totaling over $1000 in the past 2-3 months and the water company replaced our meter about a month ago. The individual who replaced it mentioned that one time he was here to check it (I was not home) and the needle was moving and he thought it was very possible it was intermittently malfunctioning. After he replaced the meter, this past months bill is now normal, $62. Wayne, from Grassland Plumbing was here two days ago and checked everything. He checked the hot water heater, he checked the cold water line and the hot water line, he looked around the house, he checked each bathroom and each toilet, he checked by turning on and off the water from the inside and the outside meter, he checked everything. He said there is not a leak in my house and there is not a leak under the slab or anywhere! He told me that in his opinion, the old meter was causing my high water bills. Wayne was very nice and thorough and I appreciate him checking everything! Thank you!

Hiller promptly sent a technician out for our emergency. Greg was not only professional and courteous but absolutely friendly. He resolved the issue quickly and with such joy. He takes pride in his work and the Hiller company. He arrived in his crisp white shirt. After working under our home in the crawl space, his shirt was no longer white but his smile was still shining brightly as he left. I have a Cinch home warranty and they keep assigning this business to resolve my claim. This business has never contacted me, and when I call, their number is disconnected. They tell Cinch that they've made the appointment and take Cinch's money, but never actually do any of the work. SCAM.
