Shane with Champion Plumbing was amazing. Clearly he is an expert in his field. Went above and beyond to fix my plumbing issues (hot water heater covered by home appliance warranty through another company). Spent 30 minutes on the phone attempting to get “authorization “ to complete work. While the warranty side was a s**t show, he and Andrea (office) were phenomenal. I will use them again, if needed and would very easily recommend them to family and friends.

Great place to call

I am reviewing two services. I should have posted last year after the first service. I had to have a water heater replaced. He made sure that it was to code(the previous one wasn't). Just had a sewer leak fixed and had the same great experience. He was on time, friendly, professional, and charged a very fair price!

We called plumbers piedmont, ok and we found this great plumber. I can't thank Robert enough for coming out to my house and fix our stopped up drain. I've never been so excited to wash clothes and do dishes. He is excellent at what he does. He gave us a lot of useful information for the future. He is a nice man and a hard worker. So if you need a plumber piedmont, ok give him a call.

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment.
They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly.

I called Rotor-Rooter at 6pm on a Sunday night, while preparing dinner. My kitchen sink backed up during the process, which impacted my ability to prepare dinner. The young Man informed me he was busy, but reassured me, he would be at my house in two hours.

He called first, and knocked on my door, as he stated. He was very professional, courteous, and caring. Thanks for going over and beyond Roger Drury.

Company diagnosed and fixed our gas fireplace where we had been quoted high price to have it replaced by someone else. Saved us big bucks and they had to search hard to find the replacement part but we appreciate their hard work for us. Highly recommend Copeland & Son.

Called them on a Sunday for a badly clogged pipe. The plumber showed up within a hour and crawled under the house real quick and then told us we had a major problem because our drain pipe whick was pvc drained into a galvanized pipe and then a cast iron pipe and he couldn't power flush it because it would probably bust the pipe and then said we had to replace the entire pipe system for $1900. We told him we would check with the landlord to see what he thought. He told us that he would email me a copy of the repair quote and also the receipt for the $85 service call, which we received neither. We called the landlord and he had someone else come out and look at it and they said there was no galvanized pipes in the drain and he replaced a 20 foot section of pvc pipe and fixed the problem for $500. I feel this person the company sent out was only concerned about overcharging us for something we didn't need because we didn't know what we were dealing with. We will never reccomend this company.

Great experience! They were able to come to my rental house quickly and repair a leak in the kitchen sink faucet. Very responsive. Would use again!

Weylon was super helpful and did an excellent job replacing a flange for installation of a new toilet. Always great to find an experienced tradesman who takes pride in his work and excels in customer service. Highly recommended!

PlumbMasters is a life saver! We have had plumbing issues with our house since moving in back in August. Come to find out, the whole house was running off of the ejector pump in the basement, was not up to code, and also not properly installed. After several plumbers telling us that they could not attach our main floor to the gravity line or asking an unattainable amount for repairs, we luckily found Mr. Scott with PlumbMasters. He came to the house on a Wednesday for his initial assessment. We received our quote that very same day. To top it off, he came back the following day to walk us through exactly what he would be doing to ensure we knew what we were paying for. He contacted the city to confirm water lines, drew a permit for the repairs, etc. The following Monday, Mr. Scott was out our house doing a total system repair. He dug and properly placed a new line (in the 90+ degree heat with no complaints, must I add), replaced our sump pump, and got the city here to confirm proper installation. From initial assessment to completion, the process took 6 days. SIX DAYS!! Talk about efficient! Mr. Scott and his team practice professionalism, effective communication, offer fair prices, and are hardworking. I can not recommend them enough!

Myers came to our home to install everything for our new bathroom. They did exceptional work and were very knowledgeable. Dwain was very easy to work with and was nice enough to take his time and answer all of my questions (I like to learn from those who know!). They were on time and did great work! I would definitely recommend them and they will be our go-to company for any future plumbing needs.

Covert Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my tankless water heater and the price was very fair. Their customer service is excellent and they know what they're doing. I wouldn't call anyone else.!!
