Tim was very educated and professional, took the time to answer all my questions. He went up and beyond showing me my system, the functions of the system and even walked me through the solar power system that I just had installed.

I have been using Jimbos for all my rentals. This guy is awesome!!

He is patient with kids and pets, he explains things as he works, and he is respectful of property. He manages his time well, and always bids appropriately for the job. His pricing not only competitive, but is always honest as well...he doesn't do any superfluous work, and is willing to discuss the potential outcome of any decision I make before I have to decide.

I recommend Jimbos to everyone because we all deserve to have an honest craftsman in our lives!

David is amazing. A gentleman and a scholar, he’s helped us twice when we were in a pinch and I’ll use him every single time.

Ken came out to fix my kitchen sink. He figured out the problem, as it turned out not to be stopped up, but a vent issue. Also installed a new toilet in my bathroom. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I know I will use Ace Plumbing in the future.

Service repair man was very curious. For the trouble call I had, very pricey. I guess he see my house and desired I had money. Boy is he wrong, he is dealing with a retiree.

Great Service

Inspected our gas line so we could get gas service turned on at our newot (to us) house. Because we could not get gas service turned on without his approval this guy milked us. Replaced about 4 gas valves at $60 a pop just because they were a bit older and could possibly leak. Mind you that these are $10 at Lowes and I could have done that myself. had I known this was an issue. Takes 5 minutes and a pipewrench to change one out. Anyways, also performed one other unnecessary service regarding an old gas heater in the bathroom. We could not deny the request as he would not approve the house so the city inspector could come by. Basically stay away unless you like being milked for every penny.

Could not recommend Hope plumbing enough! I found them on Google and was more than impressed. We had three pipes burst in the winter storm. He went above and beyond to get us back to normal with our plumbing. Will only be using his services from now on.

Had to leave a message because the scheduler was in a meeting. I was told that I would get a call back in 5-10 minutes. Over an hour later I called back and was told I could leave another message because the scheduler was out on a job.
