Had a problem with my sewage backing up in my house and a foul smell in every room in the house. They came to my house to troubleshoot the problem. The bill came to a little more than I thought it should; however, when I watched them work and saw what they found beneath my house (they walked me through every step of the troubleshooting and repair process making sure I knew exactly what they did to my home and why), I completely understood how long I've been living with plumbing on the brink of going bad. Now, no more smell and no more back up. I'll definitely use these guys again. They're work is all top notch and I've never met a contractor with even close to the dedication and integrity that these guys have. I'm more than confident that they not only fixed my problem, but saved me a lot of trouble in the future by being proactive in their approach to eliminate problems before they become any worse than they already were. They aren't cheap, but cheap isn't what I want when I have a problem that needs to be fixed before it costs me tens of thousands of dollars in property damage. They're as honest as they come and worth every penny when it comes to protecting something as important as my home.

On June 26th, 2020, Dalton came by my house to look at my plumbing issue and to give me an estimate of the cost of the job. He asked for $85.00 to give me an estimate. I gave him the check and never heard back from him.

OKC Drainworks was assigned to our case, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Jason and his team diagnosed our issue which was more than just a worn out water heater. When our house was remodeled, the remodelers cut corners. OKC Drainworks not only installed the new tank, but they brought all of the issues up to code. We are so thankful to have hot water again, and so thankful for Jason and his staff.

Friday morning shower, before a holiday weekend, started with water backing up! When I get out of the shower I see both my tubs with nasty water, and I can't use my toilet either.
