The service that I received today was absolutely outstanding. Mr. Richards worked so hard to solve my problem. He went above and beyond what others would do. He was patient with me and very kind. I can't say enough good things about him...I don't have enough room. But I was so very happy with him. He's wonderful!

Jesse Jimenez's service was a great experience. He was friendly, courteous and a great communicator. He was on time and explained the process as he went including any additional costs. Therefore, there were no surprises and I wasn't left in the dark. The repair was completed promptly and when the part failed twenty-four hours later. I contacted Mullin Plumbing and Jesse returned within an hour of my call and replaced the defective part quickly with an apology and was back out the door in less than one half hours.
I will definitely use them again in the future and as for Jesse. He is a great example of how customer service should be done and Mullin Plumbing should be proud to have him on their team.

Very professional and they saved us today with a broken hot water line. We would not have been able to handle this without them getting us fixed up. They were quick and very knowledgeable. Lonzy was great!! This company has it together! You speak with a living, breathing human when you call and they have someone dispatched within about 30 minutes. Victor Woods was awesome! He eliminated different things and got right to the problem! He actually made my stress go down because he fixed the problem that other plumbers did not and we appreciate him so much and we will be asking for him in the future! Thank you Victor!!!

Jimmy is always punctual, respectful, responsive to my questions, professional and honest. I am never concerned that any job he is on will not be done properly and in the time frame discussed and agreed upon. I can say the same thing for the gentleman who worked along side him. I recommend him and his company to anyone needing plumbing service!

Mullin Plumbing is always dependable. We have used them several times and each experience is professional and top notch service. I highly recommend them.

The tech was on time and did a super job for us. Disposal and new faucet replacement in kitchen sink. Could have been DIY, but for the reasonable pricing it was a time saver with no headaches. Definitely recommend.

Would not recommend this company. They charged my grandma 800 dollars to replace 2 sillcocks( outdoor faucets). Normal cost is about 175 per faucet for a company price..

Chris was fantastic. We thought we had a leak in our line from the pump. Chris detected a faulty check valve. He repaired the problem, and we did not need our yard dug up. I will definitely use Mullin again.

Scam , scam , scam , they wanted me to pay for them showing up without letting us know they were coming, they did not let us know that they were going to send someone down . I saw that they were not going to come so I called someone else, and then they showed up . I kindly rejecting them and explain the person who I talked to they told me you guys would not able to make it so I called someone else, the people who came they understood and returned. And a few day later on I received the phone call from them , ( I will be specific) it was a lady I talked to , she asked me to pay the bill which I had no idea what was that . I tried to explain for her what happened, she cut my words , she didn’t let me finish my sentence, and yelling. Can you believe that ? She had audacity to tell me to shut up and let her talk. She continued to tell me to pay , I rejected and she threatened me she would do something to me . This company is dangerous and fully scamming company , if you are using them , or thinking to us them , don’t use them .
