Great experience from the Sales rep doing the estimate to the installers to the home office. Everyone was courteous and professional throughout.

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.

I had the stack pipe in my basement replaced due to age and the beginning of deterioration. I booked this job about a month ago ( my choice for the work date) II received a call a couple days prior to the service date to confirm that I still wanted the job done and to confirm the time. I received a text the day of the service telling me who my tech was ,, along with a picture, and advising that they were on their way. I actually had 2 technicians for the job, Sebastian and Keith, both were very professional and explained exactly what they would be doing along with the cost. Job was completed and all areas were cleaned up. This is the 3rd time that I’ve used Mr and Mrs Plumbing and I find that their customer service has been great and all of the people that I’ve dealt with have all been great. I will continue to use them for any future needs and will also recommend them to family and friends.

Dave Mayfield of Z Excavating just did a well designed and professional job trenching and installing new underground gutter/downspout drain lines.
At a very fair price he included cleanouts and he recommended schedule 40 pipe based upon my situation.
He carefully established the correct fall to ensure proper flow away from my foundation. He carefully tamped the refilled trenches and cleaned up after the job.
Finally, he was exceptionally good to work with. He’s honest, knowledgeable and affordable.
This is totally unsolicited, I just wanted to share my great experience with Dave.

We had Amanda Plumbing come to connect our sick, dishwasher, and disposal after we had new counters put in. They were prompt, professional, and charged HALF of what we were quoted. They are honest, which is wonderful and hard to find these days!

These guys are great! So responsive! Mike led me through some trouble shooting. While it didn’t work, it’s good to know that they cared enough to do so.

Pete with AB Plumbing was wonderful! We had an emergency situation. He came out immediately and resolved the problem in less than two hours. Extremely efficient, courteous, and a true pleasure to work with!

I was calling around, and had a few people not call back. One wanted to have an appointment made. Another wanted me to go through a contractor. These guys told me the exact price they would charge, and when they could be there. They showed up on time. They did exactly what they said they would do. They charged me exactly what they said they would charge. And they didn't even mess up my carpet removing the old water heater. I could not ask for anything better.

I filed a claim with my home warranty company for a plumbing vent issue we were having in May 2020, and was unfortunate enough to be assigned RooterMan to work with. i’m pretty sure the home warranty company picked the absolute worst business in Columbus to contract with so they could get out of their obligations, because that is exactly what happened.

RooterMan sent a tech to look at and diagnose the issue, he told us we would have to have a smoke test done to identify where the problem was coming from, and that it was obvious work needed to be done. From there it was radio silence. A couple weeks after he was here we called the warranty company to see what was going on, and they told us that RooterMan indicated that nothing needed to be done and they closed the claim, which directly contradicted what the tech told us while he was here.

I called RooterMan to see what was going on, and over the course of two weeks, called and spoke to the owner four times, and every time he was completely clueless about what was going on with his own business and said he would give me a call back each time (spoiler alert, he never contacted me once). Finally he had obviously started screening my calls, and I know this because he was dumb enough to answer after I immediately called from a different number. It’s now been over three months and I’ve still yet to get that call.

Thanks to the unprofessionalism, lack of care, and terrible customer service, I’m now in a permanent limbo with my claim, which I’ve accepted in just going to have to pay for myself. Save yourself a lot of headache and look for literally any other plumber in the city to work with.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
