Had a leaking water heater. They diagnosed and replaced the heater quickly, cleanly and with minimal disruption. The work area was spotless during and after the repair. They even honored the warranty on equipment installed by another plumber. This is an experienced, family business that knows plumbing and does excellent quality work. I can't give them higher marks. Buckeye Heating was recommended by a friend 12 years ago when we moved to the area and needed to replace the furnace in our new home. Their sales and installation crew were excellent to work with. Called because my water heater was making loud noises and I noticed the cold/hot water nipples on top were bent inward! Gentleman was friendly on phone and was interested in helping determine if my water heater was to far gone or not. After sharing a few things with him, he encouraged me to replace the water heater myself due to installing my own water softener, etc. however made it clear that him and his team stood ready to come help if I needed it! Definitely appreciate his honesty and encouragement! Glad to report I did install my water heater and expansion tank and the wife is happy!

Very quit, nice clean neighbor hood.

Our toilet kept backing up and we couldn't figure out why. So we gave these guys a call. They sent someone out right away and figured out we had issues with our pipes. They were able to get it fixed in a timely manor and we professional the whole time. Was hoping for an easy fix, but they sure made the process an easy one.

I would highly recommend AB Plumbing! They came out on a weekend to help fix our leak in our basement. They were quick to finish the job and very professional.

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.

Rooterman of Columbus was assigned to assess the cause of a leak by a home warranty company that we placed on Friday, August 28th. They were scheduled for Monday August 31, 2020 between 1-5pm.

I called Monday morning to confirm, and was assured someone would be out. No one showed up. I called shortly after 5pm Monday evening asking for an ETA, and was told they would check and call me right back. No one called me back. I called again around 6pm, they said they wouldn't be able to make it out that day and rescheduled for 1-5pm on Tuesday, September 1st.

I called three times on Tuesday, couldn't leave a voicemail due to a full mailbox and no one showed up. No one has called to follow up or reschedule and it's now September 9th.

Don't bother trying to call. We've had two appointments booked with this company through our home warranty and took off two days of work. Both times they were a no call no show. When I called they said that we would have to reschedule that they were to busy to make their appointment. I'm only giving 1 star since 0 stars is not an option.
