This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

I selected Bravo’s Plumbing based on great reviews on Google for a dishwasher’s shut-off valve replacement. A great experience thorough-out and I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a plumber. The customer representative answered my questions in detail and gave me a very reasonable pricing quote based on a photo I sent her. An appointment was scheduled immediately and Bravo, the plumber/Owner arrived within 2 hrs and replaced the valve quickly. We are very satisfied with their professional service and will use their service again for sure.

Fort Worth co. - duplex visit.

Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

Called All Needz to have a gas line installed for a range. They did a great job, but when we installed the range we discovered the it didn’t slide back all the way due to the line. We called All Needz to let them know and they quickly sent someone out to fix the issue at no additional charge. Justin was friendly, responsive, and more than willing to ensure the job was done right. Great service!!
